<![CDATA[The development of technology at this time has progressed very rapidly, especially in application software on computers. One application program that is currently developing along with information and communication technology is Microsoft office which can be used to perform document processing and administration. Microsoft Office is deemed necessary to be taught to students regarding the use of these applications, especially Microsoft Excel applications in order to improve students' abilities in using formulas in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel is part of Microsoft Office which is often used for processing numbers. The method used is the tutorial method (assistance), question and answer and direct practice using the application. The material presented consists of an introduction to functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel. There were 12 participants who took part in this activity. This activity begins with the delivery of material in the form of a presentation (tutorial) and the material presented is immediately practiced by students.]]>

<![CDATA[People tend not to visit health facilities in good health and prefer to use traditional medicines if they are sick, compared to seeing a doctor. The role of health workers and health educators is urgently needed in increasing public awareness in maintaining health both through socialization and health check-up activities. This health examination was carried out by the lecturers and health students of Awal Bros University, on September 11, 2022. The first activity was carried out by recording or registering the people who were present using QR Code registration after which it was continued with a free health check. This activity is intended for all residents of Bengkong Laut Batam. Participants in this community activity attended and came directly to the location of the activity. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 32 people. The method of community service activities is carried out in the form of discussions and practical methods. This practical method is carried out by examining the health of the participants directly, such as measuring blood pressure and checking blood glucose.]]>

<![CDATA[A medical record is a record that contains the patient's identity, patient diagnosis, treatment and services provided to the patient during the patient's treatment at a hospital, health center or clinic. Medical records are not just filling in patient medical data, but also coding the disease. The coding is done so that health facilities can claim the costs incurred in treating a patient. The quality of medical recorders is very important because it can determine the quality of service at health facilities. So, it is necessary to provide an understanding of medical records to the community so that later many people will better understand how important medical records are for patients in health facilities. This socialization activity went smoothly and all participants seemed enthusiastic in listening to the material presented. The method used in this activity is in the form of socialization and question and answer. The participants who participated in this activity were students of SMAN 1 Teluk. The purpose of this activity is to socialize the students of SMAN 1 Teluk Sebong about the importance of medical records.]]>

<![CDATA[The hospital reporting system (SPRS) is a system created by the health department that aims to obtain data on all hospital activities throughout Indonesia which is then used as information about the national health situation. The reporting system is crucial, requiring all Indonesian hospitals to submit reports strictly on schedule. One of the reports made by the Hospital is the monthly morbidity report. The monthly morbidity report is a monthly report of disease data containing ICD-10 code data and the distribution of disease cases by age group as well as new or old cases. LB1 data is used by the Health Office to carry out planning, monitoring, and evaluation for follow-up. The data source for 10 outpatient diseases at Awal Bros Hospital comes from daily patient visit reports. The outpatient visit report at Awal Bros Hospital is in the form of electronic data obtained from the outpatient Electronic Medical Record that has been inputted by officers when patients come for treatment or visit on January 1 to 31, 2025. Then the data that has been drawn in the form of Microsoft Excel is filtered and in the pivot table, select the rows diagnosis and value No. Registration then the data is sorted and the data of the Top 10 Most Common Diseases is obtained. At Awal Bros Hospital, back diseases and disc disorders with radiculopathy are the most prevalent, with 2,203 cases. Thus, health workers should prioritize lifestyle counseling to address this significant health issue.]]>

<![CDATA[Service activities begin with the patient registration process through the e-Queue machine and the Outpatient Registration Area (TPPRJ). The patient registration procedure in the outpatient department is divided into new and existing patients. A structured procedure can reduce potential delays in the registration process, thereby speeding up the service flow and increasing patient satisfaction. The outpatient registration process at the Sei Panas Community Health Center has been running according to established procedures, with the e-Queue system simplifying patient registration. However, observations at the Sei Panas Community Health Center indicate that some patients do not bring their identification, thus causing obstacles in the outpatient registration process. This will impact the ineffectiveness of outpatient registration services at the Sei Panas Community Health Center. Some of these obstacles include patients who do not bring their identification (KTP / KK / BPJS / KIA) when registering for treatment. Due to these obstacles, we conducted outreach to patients to bring their identification before coming to the health center. This will not hinder staff in carrying out the registration process.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of this research is to design a prototype Android-based patient registration system at the Bhayangkara Batam Hospital. Research methodology: The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques of interviews, observations, literature studies and experiments. For system design in this research, researchers used the prototype method to design the system. Results: From this research, an Android-based patient registration system prototype was designed which can assist officers in registering patients. Patients can register independently and do not need to wait to be registered by an officer. From the designed prototype, two prototype designs were made, namely the admin prototype and the patient prototype. Limitations: This research only focuses on designing a prototype of an Android-based patient registration system. Contribution: Designing a prototype of an Android-based patient registration system will help officers register patients and provide information to patients so that patients know the queue number to the designated polyclinic.]]>

<![CDATA[BPJS Health claim files for Quarter 1 January, February and March 2023 with 129 BPJS health claim files for the most important inpatient services. The reason for the return was because it did not pass the service administration verification, the difference in diagnosis coding between the BPJS coder and the hospital diagnosis code and the incompleteness of the claim file. So the settlement of claims results in pending claims which disrupt the hospital's financial flow. The aim of this research is to find out the most important BPJS Health file claims for inpatient services at Hospital The results of this research are the percentage of factors causing pending BPJS health claims for inpatient services based on the suitability of membership administration, namely 100%. The percentage of factors causing pending BPJS health claims for inpatient services based on suitability of service administration is 91.6% appropriate and 8.4% inappropriate. And the percentage of factors that cause pending BPJS health claims for inpatient services based on suitability of health administration is 94.7% appropriate and 5.3% inappropriate.]]>

<![CDATA[Kasus anemia pada remaja putri saat ini perlu menjadi perhatian khusus. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kebiasaan pola makan yang kurang sehat dan gizi yang tidak seimbang. Faktor berikutnya dikarenakan masih adanya remaja putri yang masih belum paham terkait dengan tanda gejala dan dampak anemia khususnya di daerah kepulauan. Dengan adanya hal ini, perlunya dilakukan penelitian. Metode skrinning anemia berbasis website, dengan sasaran remaja yang saat ini hidup di era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) sebagai kerangka pengembangan. Tahap analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi sasaran penelitian. Selanjutnya, pada tahap desain, peneliti merancang produk sesuai tujuan dan kebutuhan yang ditemukan. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan membuat produk serta melakukan validasi ahli dan revisi. Produk yang telah dikembangkan kemudian diuji pada tahap implementasi kepada kelompok sasaran untuk melihat efektivitas dan keterterimaannya. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi, baik formatif maupun sumatif, untuk menilai kelebihan, kelemahan, serta keefektifan produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi salah satu rekomendasi terhadap pemerintah sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang modern.]]>

<![CDATA[Tuberculosis is a contagious disease that requires serious treatment and must also be monitored continuously. Optimal treatment requires accurate health records and the patient's health records must be easily accessible. This study aims to design a prototype of a special RKP application for patients suffering from Tuberculosis. From this design, it is expected to help patients infected with the disease so that their health conditions can be monitored, it is also expected to make it easier for health workers to see and monitor TB patients' diseases. The prototype application design is equipped with features to view patient treatment and care schedules, view patient medical records, and remind patients to take medication. The implementation of this prototype is expected to improve the quality of health services and help Tuberculosis patients manage their health independently. Currently, the use of mobile applications to monitor Tuberculosis is not very familiar among patients, although there is a significant need and benefit from this technology. Most patients realize the importance of adherence to treatment and routine care to achieve recovery. Therefore, Tuberculosis patients need support in managing their treatment schedules.]]>

<![CDATA[ One of the human resources in hospitals who is authorized to carry out medical record and health information activities is a medical recorder. According to Minister of Health Regulation Number 55 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Medical Recorder Work, medical recorder activities include carrying out patient service activities in the basic management of Medical Records and Health Information, carrying out evaluation of the contents of medical records, implementing the Clinical classification system and disease coding, implementing disease indexes, deaths and procedures, carry out evaluations of the completeness of the contents of diagnoses and procedures and carry out surveillance recording and reporting. Each activity in the medical record unit must be divided according to the competencies possessed by the medical recorder. Overall, this socialization activity ran smoothly in accordance with the activity plan that had been prepared. All participants looked enthusiastic in listening to the material presented. The method used in this activity is in the form of socialization and question and answer. Participants who took part in this activity were students of Batam Real Informatics Vocational School.]]>
