Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and length of employment of respondents in order to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaires distributed as many as 186. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on answers to questionnaires that measure the five main variables in this study, namely budget participation, job characteristics, emotional intelligence, work motivation and power performance of budget users. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument testing, normality testing, hypothesis testing, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Analysis. The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​value of 0.213 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X4 on Y is significant. The effect of the X1 variable on X4 has a P-Values ​​value of 0.066 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on X4 is not significant. The effect of the X1 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​of 0.481 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on Y is not significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values ​​value of 0.251 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 on X4 is not significant. The effect of the X2 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​value of 0.124 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 on Y is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of mudharabah revenue sharing and murabahah margin income on operating profit of Islamic banks in Indonesia for the 2015 - 2019 period. The data used in this study are data published by Islamic banks in Indonesia using data from 2015 to 2019 and obtained sample data of 48 data. In selecting the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, which is a sample selection method based on certain criteria to obtain a representative sample of the population. The results of this study indicate that the revenue sharing of mudharabah and Murabahah Margin income has a positive and significant effect on Operating Profit at Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the Internal Audit Position on the Success of Risk Based Internal Audit, the influence of Top Management Commitment on the Success of Risk Based Internal Audit, the effect of Training on the Success of Risk Based Internal Audit, the Effect of Policy Framework on the Success of Risk Based Internal Audit, the Influence of the Communication Process. on the success of Risk Based Internal Audit, the Role of Risk Management Implementation in moderating the relationship between the Influence of Internal Audit Position, Top Management Commitment, Training, Policy Framework, and Communication on the Success of Risk Based Internal Audit.This research makes all inspectors who have a Functional Auditor Position Certificate at the district / city inspectorates in Aceh province as a population and sample. The results of this study indicate that the variables of internal audit position, top management commitment and application of risk management have no effect on the success of risk based internal audit. Meanwhile, training and policy framework variables have a positive and significant effect on the success of risk based internal audit. Communication variables were found to have no effect on the success of risk based internal audit.The moderating role of the risk management application variable is able to moderate the top management commitment, training and policy framework variables on the success of risk based internal audit. Meanwhile, the application of risk management does not moderate the influence variables of the internal audit position and communication variables on the success of risk based internal audit

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organization culture on organizational citizenship behaviour with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The number of respondents in this study are 172 lectures in Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling by using AMOS software. The results of this study found that directly, transformational leadership and organization culture have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, then organization culture and employee engagement also have positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behaviour, but transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. The mediation effect test results proved that employee engagement mediates the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behaviour partially (patial mediation), but employee engagement cannot mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

Local governments must be able to prioritize superior commodities which are considered as the basis for sub-sectors to optimize regional economic advantages. Understanding the priorities of development planning and commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors in Aceh Province, it is necessary to know which agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors are the leading and leading commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sectors in Aceh Province. This research for community service was carried out on September 25, 2020 - August 25, 2021 with the location survey method. The criteria used based on this survey are 7 leading commodities in Aceh Province which include red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, beef, chicken meat, rice and eggs. The results of this service show that the agriculture and plantation sub-sectors are superior commodities from the period September 2020 - August 2021 with 9 regional locations in Aceh Province. Likewise with the nominated livestock sub-sector as a superior commodity in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution is indeed familiar, Indonesia has known that the 4.0 industrial revolution has existed since 2011 but has been implemented by the Indonesian government since 2019. Currently, Indonesia in terms of its economy often associates it with the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution is a change that occurs rapidly in the implementation of the production process or the way of making or increasing the use value of an item that originally used human power (traditional) to use machine tools (modern). The purpose of this community service is to help the community in implementing, being able to implement digitalization in everyday life and being able to develop it. People really need to know how important technology is in today's era. This activity is designed for 1 day starting with the socialization of presidential regulations on digital transformation, how to strengthen the economic foundation in the digitalization era and consumer behavior towards the digitalization era. The preparation for the socialization which was held through this webinar was preceded by coordination and communication with the Governor of the Riau Islands, the leadership of Bank Indonesia and the Head of the Doctoral Program in Human Resource Management at the University of Batam. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to to test the direct impact of Green marketing Mix on Brand Image of Mount Aqua Users by Lhokseumawe City Community, to test the direct influence of Green Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decisions on Mount Aqua Users by Lhokseumawe City Community, to test the direct influence of Brand image on Purchasing Decisions on Mount Aqua Users by Lhokseumawe City Community, and to test the indirect influence of Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decisions on Mount Aqua Users by Lhokseumawe City Community. The study used a quantitative method with a sample size of 96 respondents. The results showed that green products, green places , brand image influenced purchasing decisions on young consumers who use Mount Aqua products in Lhokseumawe City. while green price, and green promotion do not affect purchasing decisions of young consumers who use Mount Aqua products in Lhokseumawe City. Green marketing Mix has a significant influence on Brand image among young consumers who use Mount Aqua products in Lhokseumawe City. Purchasing Decisions have a significant influence on Brand image among young consumers who use Mount Aqua products in Lhokseumawe City.
