Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media powerpoint dan LKS word square pada materi keragaman bentuk muka bumi di SMP Negeri 30 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental tipe Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Hasil pengamatan pembelajaran dengan media tersebut dapat diketahui aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran rata-rata siswa sebesar 80,4% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui hasil belajar siswa pretest kelas eksperimen rata-rata nilai 68,03, sedangkan untuk posttest rata-rata nilai 74,90. Persentase tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan pembelajaran media powerpoint dan LKS word square secara klasikal 80,23% termasuk kriteria baik. Hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif kelas eksperimen sebesar 74,90 dan kelas kontrol 72,60. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (Independent Sample T-Tes). Didapatkan rata-rata kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebesar -0,934. Karena signifikansi (-0,934 < 0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif antara pembelajaran menggunakan media powerpoint dan LKS word square dengan tanpa media powerpoint dan LKS word square. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of using power point and word square LKS as the learning media in diversity of earth materials in SMP 30 Semarang. This study used experimental method tipe Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampling was done with a random sampling technique. The analysis of the data used descriptive analysis  and statistical analysis. The result of the learning observations using that media can be seen that the average of students’ learning was 80.4% with good criteria. The result of this reseacrh can be seen that students’ achievement in pretest on experimental class got the average 68.03, while the post test  was 74.90. The precentage of students’ toward the use of media classically 80.23% which belong to the good criteria. The result of the calculation is known that the average cognitive achievement of experimental class and control class 72.60 74.90. Then analyzed using two different test average (Independent Sample T - Test). Obtained an average grade experimental and control class is -0.934. Because of the significance was (-0,934 < 0,05) means, so that there is a difference on the students’ achievement between learning using powerpoint ad word square LKS as the media and without using as the learning media.

Abstract

This article aims to analyse the Indonesian State’s laws regarding models of religious education, by evaluating Law No. 20/2003, concerning the national system of education and other related laws. Two questions are highlighted: What type of religious education is favoured by Indonesian state? Does the preference for a certain type of religious education reflect a specific vision of the state-religion relationship? Our data consisted of two sources: the State’s law on national education system, Law No. 20/2003, and the minutes of the Indonesian parliament meeting approving the law. We found that Law No. 20/2003 expresses the preference of the government for a mono-religious model. Indonesia is categorized as having preferred treatment for some religions or support for a particular religious tradition. This categorisation is confirmed by the results of our research findings indicated by the preferential treatment delivered by the State, and the State’s legislation and regulations on religion.[Tulisan ini menganalisis legislasi negara terhadap pendidikan agama dengan cara mengevaluasi UU No. 20/2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional beserta perundang-undangan terkait lainnya. Dua pertanyaan berusaha untuk dijawab dalam tulisan ini, yaitu: Model pendidikan agama yang bagaimana yang menjadi preferensi negara? Apakah preferensi tersebut merefleksikan visi negara terhadap model relasi negara-agama tertentu? Tulisan ini merujuk kepada dua data utama, yaitu: UU No. 20/2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional serta Risalah Rapat Paripurna ke-35 DPR RI tahun 2003 yang mengesahkan UU No. 20/2003. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa UU Sistem Pendidikan Nasional merefleksikan preferensi negara terhadap model pendidikan agama mono-relijius. Model pendidikan mono-religius ini merefleksikan preferensi negara terhadap model relasi negara-agama preferensial; negara mengakui lebih dari satu agama resmi dan memberi dukungan kepada institusi-institusinya, yang direfleksikan melalui legislasi dan peraturan terkait agama.]

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran POE terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi getaran dan gelombang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII dengan jumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument tes, dan jenis analisis yang digunakan menggunakan rumus uji t-tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh perhitungan dan analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan  nilai thitung 16,81 > ttabel 2,042 yang menggambarkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Hi diterima. Pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran POE dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi getaran dan gelombang dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,65 kategori sedang. Nilai rata-rata posttest yang diperoleh sebesar 81,02 lebih tinggi dari nilai KKM yang ditentukan (75). Berdasarkan uji statistik, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh peningkatan  hasil belajar siswa dari penggunaan model POE  pada materi getaran dan gelombang.

Abstract

This paper describes different models of religious education that have been adopted by Islamic, Christian and Hindu schools in Indonesia. We describe the educational goals, teaching methods and curriculum content, as well as the opinions of teachers and headmasters concerning religious education. Moreover, we examine the institutional influence of State and religious communities on religious education in these schools. We selected three areas in which, respectively, Muslims, Christians and Hindus were in the majority. In each area, we selected five secondary schools (Sekolah Menengah Atas or SMA): three schools representing the majority group in the concerning area, and two schools belonging to religious minority groups. We interviewed fifteen headmasters and nineteen teachers of religion. We found that most religiously affiliated schools employ a mono-religious model of religious education. Even though some schools introduce teachings about other religions in their curriculum, the perspective is from their own point of view. The Catholic school in West Java (Christian minority) offers an inter-religious model of religious education. Moreover, we discovered that the State and religious communities influence the policies of religious education at school level in different ways. In Islamic schools, all types of institutional power from both the State and religious communities are responded positively. In Christian schools the influence of the State is less strong than in Islamic schools. In Hindu schools the States regulations are very influential on the policies of religious education.Keywords: Religious Education, Institutional Power, Religious Schools, Headmaster, Teacher

Abstract

Transmission mechanism of monetary policy moves through various pathways, includingdirect monetary channel,interest ratechannel,credit channel, andexchange rate channel. This study used Vector Auto regression (VAR) model to analyze effectiveness of monetarypolicy transmission mechanism in Indonesia through the fourth channelperiod between 2000 first quarter to 2013 third quarter.This study used secondary data issued by BankIndonesia and BPS as well as from International Finance Statistic (IFS).The results showed that the interest rate channel isthemost effective compared with other pathways. The analysis is done through testing impulse response and variance decomposition tests illustrate the reliability of the use of the interest rate channel in reaching the end of the inflation target. Interest rates on the interbank money market is the most suitable variable is used as an operational target for the interest rate channel. Test results on path impulse response rate indicates that shocks RPUAB get a strong response and fast too.Keywords :transmission mechanismof monetary policy, inflation targeting, VAR analysis.

Abstract

Natural resources as well as its utilization for economic activity, is the subject matter of IPS lesson in class IV semester I. As a teacher in SD Islam NU Pungkuran Semarang 2015/2016 lesson year Ihave a learning obstacle even though I have tried as much as possible the results have not been maximized. From formative tests, students who score less KKM. Only 4 out of 15 students meet the KKM and others have not been completed. Based on observations, because teachers have notused the right method. Teachers have not involved students in learning so that when given formative tests the results are less satisfactory. From the above problems, then the purpose of research to be achieved is how to improve understanding of the subject matter in learning IPS.After the improvement of learning cycle I and cycle II obtained increased value of repetition; In the first cycle of formative test results that get less value than KKM, there are 7 students who have not completed and have completed 8 students. While in cycle II obtained satisfactory results, allstudents complete from KKM. From the results of research improvements can be concluded learning achievement of students increased, proved because the level of mastery of a minimal classically very significant, this is because the use of picture and picture method by looking at theimage of natural resources.Keywords: IPS, SDA images, and learning outcomes

Abstract

Cybercrime refers to the activity of a crime with a computer or computer network being a tool, target or place where a crime occurs. These include online auctions, cheque forgery, credit card fraud, identity fraud and child pornography and illegal internet access. The development of technology and its application has infiltrated and strongly influenced modern life, even a largeparagraph of business activities has entrusted to such technology, one of which is the banking industry. The purpose of the research in this paper is to analyze cyber crime law enforcement against illegal access to online banking in Indonesia and analyze the punishment of perpetrators of illegal access to online banking in Indonesia. The research uses a normative juridical approach that emphasizes literature research. In this study, what is used is the Statutory approach, the conceptual approach, the differential approach, the case approach, and the historical approach. The sources of Legal Materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The analysis of the legal materials used is qualitative.  Based on research, it shows that the law enforcement used as the legal basis for cybercrime cases is Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE). With the ITE law, it is hoped that it can protect the public of information technology users in Indonesia. This is important considering the increasing number of internet technology users from year to year. The increasing use of the internet on the one hand provides many conveniences for humans in carrying out their activities, on the other hand making it easier for certain parties to commit criminal acts.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan suatu kemampuan untuk memahami sebuah informasi baik dengan membaca, menulis maupun berkomunikasi. Literasi sudah menjadi gerakan yang lama dalam rangka meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam membaca dan menulis. Gorontalo merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan tingkat membaca yang masih rendah yakni berada pada angka 30%. Dalam rangka meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat di Gorontalo maka perlu sebuah perencanaan pembangunan Pusat Literasi yang nantinya akan mengakomodasi segala aktivitas untuk meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat Gorontalo. Sehingga Literasi tidak hanya sebagai sebuah gerakan semata, tetapi mempunyai bangunan sendiri dalam rangka peningkatan minat baca. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah bangunan dengan konsep Monumentalis. Tujuannya dalah untuk memberikan tanda kepada masyarakat bahwa ini merupakan bangunan yang bersifat pendidikan

Abstract

In Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is stated that villages and traditional villages or what are called by other names are legal community units that have territorial boundaries and are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of local communities based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and /or traditional rights recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

Pemerintah diberikan amanah dalam mengayomi masyarakat serta memiliki peran melindungi, melayani, dalam kehidupan masyarakat, Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan provinsi yang menjadi Ibukota tidak luput dari kesenjangan sosial serta kehidupan masyarakat kota yang perlu perhatian serta peran aktif dalam kebijakan. Dinas  Pemberdayaan Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk (PPA dan PP) yang memiliki Pusat Data Informasi  keluarga memiliki tugas menyelenggarakan pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian data individu dan keluarga serta pengelolaan sistem informasi individu dan keluarga. Permasalahan perlu adanya aplikasi kecerdasan buatan untuk mengolah data keluarga berdasarkan jenis rumah yang dimiliki untuk menentukan status social masyarakat. Tujuan memberikan sosialisasi peran teknologi kecerdasan buatan berbasis pengolahan citra untuk klasifikasi rumah.Sasaran pada staf pusat data dan Informasi keluarga untuk staf dari Pusdatin PPA dan PP. Metode melakukan pemaparan materi , diskusi, review materi dan evaluasi kegiatan pengmas.berdasarkan hasil pemaparan dan sosialisasi pada PPA dan PP tingkat harapan  3.48 skala 4 dan kenyataan 3.45, secara keseluruhan pemberian sosialisasi diterima dan puas.
