Abstract

In the digital era, marketing communication must dynamically adapt to technological developments and shifts in consumer behavior. Social media, interactive content, and data-driven marketing have become essential components of modern strategies. Social media platforms not only serve promotional purposes but also enable direct engagement, feedback collection, and the strengthening of emotional connections with consumers. Visual content such as videos and photos of urban farming activities help expand outreach and raise public awareness. This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies that strengthen urban farming programs in Mangunsari Village, Salatiga City, using a qualitative approach. The findings reveal that urban farming actors actively utilize multiple communication platforms—both written and digital—to promote their initiatives. Key strategies include publishing features on digital platforms such as Kompasiana.com and optimizing social media to showcase cultivation and harvest activities. Furthermore, the support from local administrative officials plays a vital role in enhancing marketing communication efforts. Policy guidance and facilitation of interactions with external stakeholders create broader networking opportunities. This success story illustrates that a synergy between creative communication strategies and institutional support can effectively promote urban farming as a community-based solution for improving local welfare through the use of local wisdom.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dengan pengembangan desa wisata oleh pemerintah Desa Cempoko Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang yang masih belum optimal. Berdasarkan latar belakang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, maka kegiatan ini mencoba memberikan penguatan berupa sosialisasi wisata literasi yang sedang beroperasi di Desa Cempoko di antaranya adalah wisata perkebunan jambu kristal, pasar buah durian hasil kebun warga Desa Cempoko, Pemancingan Ngrembel, dan Pemancingan Sikopek. Wisata literasi dapat menjadi alternatif mengisi liburan yang produkif, berkualitas, mencerdaskan dan berbiaya cukup murah. Selain juga dari sisi pengelola tujuan wisata bisa menaikkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat, jika dikaitkan dengan tujuan wisata literasi itu sendiri. Wisata literasi merupakan sebuah wisata dimana orang yang berlibur mengisi waktunya dengan membaca dan menulis. Membaca di sini dapat diartikan membaca buku, jurnal, majalah, surat kabar, atau juga dapat diartikan pergi ke suatu tempat untuk mencari informasi, berkunjung, atau “membaca” fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat untuk kemudian dijadikan sebagai bahan tulisan. Sedangkan menulis, dapat dilakukan bukan hanya di sebuah ruangan, tetapi dimanapun sepanjang nyaman digunakan untuk menulis. Selain mengisi waktu dengan kejenuhan harian yang dialami dengan membaca atau menulis, ada orang yang memang secara fokus mengisi waktunya dengan membaca dan menulis di rumah atau di sebuah tempat tertentu. Targetnya adalah selesai liburan ada sekian banyak buku yang dibaca atau sekian banyak tulisan yang berhasil ditulis. Dalam konteks wisata literasi, orang tua dapat saja membawa anaknya untuk berkunjung ke arena pemancingan, taman atau kebun bahkan pasar, yang kesemua peluang tersebut ada di Desa Cempoko. Berdasarkan implementasi kegiatan pengabdian maka rekomendasi yang bisa disampaikan adalah sebagai berikut : 1). Pengembangan desa wisata oleh pemerintah Desa Cempoko Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang bisa dimaksimalkan lebih baik dengan dukungan pemerintah desa dalam memberikan stimuli perhatian dalam bentuk regulasi yang menguntungkan lebih besar lagi bagi pengelolanya serta ikut mempromosikan desa wisata yang ada di Desa Cempoko 2.) Pemerintah desa lebih banyak lagi dalam melibatkan masyarakat dalam merencanakan dan mengembangkan desa wisata sehingga keberadaan desa wisata di Desa Cempoko akan memberikan kontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. 3) Adanya kendala dalam pengembangan desa wisata oleh pemerintah Desa yang antara lain dikarenakan kurangnya anggaran sehingga pengelola desa wisata di masing-masing obyek wisata masih memanfaatkan dana pribadi. Oleh karenanya perlu adanya support nyata dari pemerintah desa maupun kota dalam pengembangan desa wisata ke arah yang lebih signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of independent commissioners and share ownership structure on intellectual capital with profitability as a moderating variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population and sample in this study are all banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the 2013-2015 period. The sample is part of the object that represents the population. The number of research samples was carried out by purposive sampling, where the total all there were 184 within a period of 5 years. Data collection was done by using purposive sampling on all annual report data of all banking companies. Analysis of the data using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) in this case using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as a comparison of the settlers. The results showed that independent commissioners and share ownership structure had a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital. While profitability as a variable is not able to moderate the relationship between independent commissioners and share ownership structure on intellectual capital.

Abstract

The community service activities aim to provide institutional facilitation and mentoring through training, managerial development, strengthening organizational structures, and developing business development strategies for cooperatives. The methods used include interactive lectures, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Problem-Based Learning, and Annual Member Meeting (RAT) simulations. The results of the activities indicate an increase in the understanding of management and members regarding cooperative governance, business planning, service innovation, and cooperative decision-making mechanisms. This mentoring is expected to be the first step in strengthening the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KKMP) so that it can develop into a healthy, accountable cooperative that contributes to the welfare of the West Semarang Village community

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun demikian, banyak UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan usaha, terutama pada aspek inovasi produk dan diversifikasi usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM Sendang Mulyo melalui strategi inovasi produk dan diversifikasi usaha. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan observasi, perencanaan program meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi implementasi inovasi produk dan pengembangan lini usaha baru. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu semester genap 2025/2026 yaitu tanggal 23-27 Februari 2026. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu pada UMKM Sendang Mulyo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan variasi produk, perbaikan kualitas kemasan, serta bertambahnya segmen pasar yang berdampak pada peningkatan omzet penjualan. Dengan demikian, inovasi produk dan diversifikasi usaha terbukti menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat daya saing dan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM Sendang Mulyo.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital financial services has transformed how individuals manage and invest their money, particularly among millennials who are more inclined to use online platforms for financial transactions. This study investigates the impact of digital financial literacy on investment decisions in mutual funds and money markets among millennials. As digital platforms become increasingly prevalent, understanding how millennials’ financial literacy affects their ability to make informed investment choices is crucial. The research employs a library research method, analyzing secondary data from scholarly articles, books, and previous studies. The findings indicate that millennials with higher levels of digital financial literacy make more informed and strategic investment decisions, demonstrating improved risk management and better use of digital platforms. In contrast, those with lower financial literacy are more prone to impulsive decisions and external influences. The study concludes that enhancing digital financial literacy is essential for empowering millennials to make responsible investment choices, thereby contributing to better financial outcomes and sustainable wealth building. These findings imply that policymakers, educators, and financial institutions should prioritize digital financial education programs to strengthen millennials’ decision-making capabilities and promote long-term financial stability.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed social media into a strategic platform for consumer interaction and digital advertising. Organizations are increasingly required to utilize data-driven approaches to improve marketing effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of social media analytics in enhancing consumer engagement and optimizing digital advertising campaign performance in the Indonesian context. A qualitative research design using a systematic literature review was employed. Data were collected from reputable academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. The selected studies were analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis to identify key patterns and relationships among variables. The findings indicate that social media analytics significantly improves consumer engagement through content optimization, sentiment analysis, personalization, and influencer evaluation. In addition, analytics enhances advertising effectiveness by enabling precise targeting, real-time performance monitoring, and cross-channel attribution. These mechanisms contribute to higher click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend. The study confirms that social media analytics supports evidence-based marketing decisions and strengthens competitive advantage in the digital marketplace. The results provide both theoretical and practical implications for organizations seeking to improve their digital marketing strategies through data-driven approaches.
