Abstract

This research particularly aims to reach The Influence of Competence and Organizational Climate in the Application of SAP Application Methods to User’s Satisfaction in Division Operation 1 and Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk Baturaja Site. The purpose of this study specifically to obtain the results of the analysis of the influence of competence and organizational climate in the application of the System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) application methods to user satisfaction in Division Operation 1 and Division Operation 2 of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Site Baturaja, both partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative research with explanatory methods and survey research methods. While based on the purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis with a survey and explain the causal relationship between variables, namely competence, organizational climate, and test on user satisfaction. The data analysis tool used by researchers is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results showed that competency and organizational climate simultaneously did not have a positive effect on SAP user satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.19 but the t-count value was smaller than the t-table, namely (1.30 <1.666), whereas The partial competence variable has a a positive relationship, this is evidenced by the t-count value is greater than the t-table (1.75> 1.666) and the original sample value is positive at 0.18 and the organizational climate variable also affects SAP user satisfaction in Division Operation 1 and 2 PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) with the t-count value greater than the t-table, namely (5.22> 1.666) and a positive original sample value of 0.65.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is specifically to obtain the results of the analysis of factors that affect employee career development such as competency, compensation and performance variables for employees of the Marketing Directorate of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. This thesis research uses a quantitative approach with a confirmative survey method that is descriptive and verification. Where verification research is carried out to test the hypothesis, while descriptive to describe the variables studied. Meanwhile, based on the objective, this research uses descriptive and experimental research methods. The population of this study were 112 employees at the Marketing Directorate of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk who as a whole were sampled. Data processing using analysis tools SPSS version 25. Testing data using the t test, that the competency variable proves that partially competence does not have a positive and significant effect on career development with a tcount of -0.145 where <of t table (0.05, n-2) 1.98177 and the significance value (Sig) 0.885 where> from the probability of 0.05; then partially compensation has a positive and significant effect on Career Development with a tcount value of 6.318 which is greater than t table (0.05, n-2) 1.98177 and a significance value (Sig) 0.000 which is smaller than the probability 0.05 and Partial performance also has a positive and significant effect on career development with a t-count value of 3.588 which is greater than t-table (0.05, n-2) 1.98177 and a significance value (Sig) of 0.001 which is smaller than the probability of 0.05. The results of the analysis of the F test of competency, compensation and performance variables simultaneously get an F value of 57.785 where this value is greater than the F-table value (2, n-2) which is 2.69 and a significance value (Sig) of 0.000 which is smaller than the probability of 0, 05. The results of the analysis prove that simultaneously competence, compensation and performance have a positive and significant effect on career development.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic climate, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of the state civil apparatus. This research was implemented from January to June 2021 at the Body of Apparatus, Education, and Training of Kupang City. The research method in this article uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were 123 ASN in the Body of Apparatus, Education, and Training of Kupang City. At the same time, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This study indicates that the Covid-19 pandemic climate and work discipline have no effect on employee performance, but work motivation positively influences employee performance. Simultaneously, the Covid-19 pandemic climate variables, work discipline, and work motivation positively and significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Pendidikan (X1), Pelatihan (X2), dan Penempatan Kerja (X3) baik secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) untuk mengetahui variabel apa yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Sampel penelitian karyawan Division Operation 2 berjumlah 110 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan untuk nilai regresi berganda diperoleh angka koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,511 yang artinya kinerja karyawan Division Operation PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan penempatan kerja (X3) sebesar 51,1%, sedangkan sisanya 49,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil uji regresi didapatkan hasil perhitungan nilai thitung dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,981 disimpulkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan nilai thitung dimensi pendidikan (X1) 2,465, pelatihan (X2) 5,252 sehingga memiliki pengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan untuk penempatan kerja (X3) memiliki thitung 1,129 sehingga tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Pengujian secara simultan variabel X terhadap variabel Y yang membandingkan nilai Fhitung dengan Ftabel dimana Fhitung 36,939 > Ftabel 3,08 sehingga variabel pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan penempatan kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Maka strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pelatihan karyawan, kesesuaian pendidikan yang telah dicapai, dan selalu melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan standard operating procedure yang sudah ada. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Penempatan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the variabel of education (X1), training (X2), and work placement (X3) both individually and collectively on employee performance (Y) to find out what variables have an influence most dominant on the performance of employees of Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The method of collecting data through questionnaires that have been distributed. The research sample of Division Operation 2’s employees are 110 people. Method of analysis used multiple linear regression. The result of the calculation to the value obtained multiple regression coefficient of determination is 0,511 which means that the performance of staff at Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is affected by the determination of education, training, and work placement are 51,1% while the remaining 49,9% is influenced by other variables. From the test results obtained regression calculation results tcount compared with ttable value of 1.981 concluded that the variabel of Education and Training with tcount education (X1) 2.465, training (X2)5.252 so as to have a positive influence the employee’s performance while work placement (X3) has tcount 1.129 that has no effect on the employee’s performance at Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Simultaneous testing of variabel X to variabel Y simultane ously comparing the value Fcount with Ftable where Fcount 36.939 > Ftable 3.08 that education (X1), training (X2), work placement (X3) have an positive influence on the employee’s performance at Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. So, the strategy to improve employee performance can be done by increasing competency through employee training, conformity of education that has been achieved, and always doing work in accordance with existing standard operating procedures. Key Words: Education, Training, Work Placement, dan Employee’s Performance

Abstract

Humans were influenced by perceptions, attitudes, cooperation, and the government roles to portray indicators of religious tolerance. Therefore, this study was carried out between January and March 2020 to deeply analyze the dimensions of perception, attitude, cooperation, and the roles of the government, using a case study technique with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were 53 people representing religious figures, community leaders, government, and levels of society. A questionnaire was used containing statements based on Likert scale measurements. Data analysis was carried out in a narrative manner. The results showed that the portrait of the dimensions of perception, attitude, cooperation, and the role of the government supports religious tolerance in the City of Kupang. However, it found that a neutral attitude was shown when it was related to the attendance to the worship of other religions. Based on the dimension of cooperation, there were also people who showed a neutral attitude on the donations or social action for the followers of other religions, and a willingness to maintain a normative business that does not conflict with adherents of other religions. Unsur manusia yang dipengaruhi oleh persepsi, sikap, kerjasama dan peran pemerintah merupakan indikator potret terhadap toleransi umat beragama. Untuk hal tersebut maka telah dilakukan penelitian sejak Januari-Maret 2020 tentang potret dimensi persepsi, sikap, kerjasama, dan peran pemerintah, menggunakan teknik studi kasus dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Populasi ataupun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang sebagai representatif tokoh-tokoh agama, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, pemerintahan, dan lapisan masyarakat. Metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan berbasis pengukuran skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan secara naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potret dimensi persepsi, sikap, kerjasama, dan peran pemerintah mendukung toleransi umat beragama di Kota Kupang. Meskipun demikian masih ada sikap umat beragama yang netral jika terkait dengan kesediaan berada di rumah ibadah pemeluk agama lain yang ada di sekitar tempat tinggal. Berdasarkan dimensi kerjasama, juga terdapat umat yang menunjukkan sikap netral terhadap kesediaan memberikan sumbangan atau aksi sosial kepada pemeluk agama lain, dan kesediaan untuk menjaga normatif usaha yang tidak bertentangan dengan pemeluk agama lain.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Promotion Mix and Service Quality on Principal Decisions Using Surety Bond Products at PT Jamkrida Sumsel. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, and using multiple linear regression to process tabulated data from the results of respondents' answers. The results of the study conclude, First, the Promotion Mix Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra (Y;. Second, the Service Quality Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of South Sumatra Jamkrida Service Users (Y); Third, Promotion Mix Variable (X1) is an independent variable whose influence is more dominant on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra compared to the variable of service quality; Fourth, the Promotion Mix variable (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra (Y). This means that the independent variable (X) is increasing together, so the Decision of the Jamkrida Service User of South Sumatra (Y) will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kepemimpinan, kompensasi, motivasi, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan teknik sensus, sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 55 orang. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study discusses leadership, compensation, motivation, with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance. By using the census technique, the research sample used was 55 people. This research uses multiple regression analysis method and is processed with SPSS version 22. The test results prove that: (1) Partially leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and motivation have no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Simultaneously, the results show that leadership, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemajuan pada masa khalifah al-Mu’izz, al-‘Aziz dan al-Hakim. Dengan beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakanginya seperti perpindahan pusat pemerintahan dari Tunisia ke Kairo, penggalian sumber pemasukan ekonomi dalam segala bidang, pengelolaan bidangbidang Pertanian, Perdagangan dan Industri secara terpadu, kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan, hubungan harmonis dengan non-Muslim danpemberian toleransi yang sangat tinggi terhadap masyarakat. Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemunduran ekonomi pada masa khalifah al-‘Adhid hingga diserang Dinasti Ayyubiyah yang dipimpin Salahuddin al-Ayyubi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas potret ekonomi selama dinasti Mamluk di Mesir; Sejarah dan pemikiran dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ekonomi Islam selama dinasti Mamluk di Mesir. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang berbasis pada perpustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis teknis serta analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi Islam selama Dinasti Mamluk maju dengan berbagai kebijakan seperti sistem pemerintahan yang oligarki militer tidak monarkis, memberi imbalan bagi para ilmuwan dan akademisi, membangunhubungan perdagangan dengan negara-negara asing, kebijakan pasar bebas untuk petani, ketahanan angkatan laut, dan penggunaan efektif properti wakaf. Sementara itu, penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh krisis ekonomi yang berkepanjangan, gaya hidup sultan, korupsi dan monopoli ekonomi, serangan oleh negara-negara lain, dan perilaku buruk para sultan.
