Abstract

Background Childbirth readiness and complication readiness are strategies to encourage the timely use of skilled maternal and infant health services. The low rate of early detection is a challenge, which is suspected to be influenced by the level of knowledge. Website media provides health information that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of information through websites on maternal knowledge about high risk in pregnancy and childbirth preparation. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative research using a pre-experimental approach with one group pre-post design. The population in this study is all pregnant women who are at risk in pregnancy at the Ringinarum Health Center. The study was conducted in August 2022, the number of pregnant women who are at risk is 36 people. Sampling uses the total sampling technique. Independent variables are the interventions provided, namely the provision of information about pregnancy risks and childbirth preparations submitted on the website media. The dependent variable is the knowledge of pregnant women. The analysis was carried out bivariate test using the Wilcoxon Test. Results: The results of the wilcoxon statistical test obtained a P-value of 0.000 or < 0.05 this shows that there is a significant influence of information through the website on the level of knowledge of pregnant women facing childbirth in the Ringinarum Health Center area. Conclusion: Providing education to pregnant women using website media to increase pregnant women's knowledge about high risk and childbirth preparation. It is hoped that pregnant women who experience a high risk of pregnancy can increase the knowledge that can be obtained through internet media.

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate is one of the indicators to assess the degree of public health, because of its sensitivity to improving health services, both in terms of accessibility and quality. The high maternal mortality rate is partly due to delays in early detection of the risk of complications. The purpose of this community service was to increase maternal knowledge in the prevention of complications and preparation for childbirth from the pregnancy period through the provision of health education based on booklets and websites. This community service method was health education and participatory discussions, with 13 pregnant women and 5 health cadres in Lebosari Village, Kangkung Kendal District. The activities carried out include health checks for pregnant women, provision of pre-tests of knowledge, education used website media and booklets, knowledge post tests, pregnancy exercises and oxytocin massage. The service was carried out once on June 25, 2025, and evaluation monitoring on August 30 and October 21, 2025. This activity increased the knowledge of pregnant women to detect early pregnancy conditions and hoped that pregnant women and cadres can find health information through the website or from booklets to increase knowledge about pregnancy, so that the sooner they recognize the risk of pregnancy, the better prepared they can face childbirth, including the ability to recognize emergency situations so that mothers can be referred to higher health service facilities when they occur Complications.

The result was education in intervention and control was at junior high school at the most. Therere was effect of animated video intervention in knowledge of the cadres. that there is a statistically significant difference in effectiveness between video animation media and booklet media on the level of respondents' knowledge. With a positive Mean Difference value of 1.967 (and if referred back to the higher average posttest value of the video animation group), it can be concluded that video animation media is significantly more effective in increasing knowledge compared to booklet media. Stunting related with the increasing the risk of morbidity, mortality and inhibition of  motoric and mental the children. The research was analytic study, case control retrospektif design with total sample 102 respondents. The data analisa used Chi Square. The results showed that there was no correlation between the parity with the incidence of stunting (p value = 1,000 > 0,05), no correlation between the pregnancy spacing with the incidence of stunting  (p value = 1,000 > 0,05) and no correlation between the use of contraception with incidence of stunting (p value = 0,787 > 0,05). Recommendation for further research to expand the area and look for other factors that influence the incidence of stunting.
