Abstract

This research is entitled "Application of Group Counseling Using Behavioral Rehearsal Techniques to Form Adolescent Independence in the Bunda Orphanage". The purpose of this study was to find out the description of adolescent learning independence, as well as to determine group counseling strategies with behavioral rehearsal techniques in forming adolescent learning independence at the Bunda Orphanage. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection tools interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were five teenagers and one chairman of the board. The data analysis techniques used were: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that independent learning in adolescents can be seen from being responsible, creative, progressive, self-control, and self-confidence. Group counseling strategies with behavioral rehearsal techniques to form adolescent learning independence are the initial stage, the transitional stage, the activity stage, and the final stage, and the stages in the behavioral rehearsal technique are practicing exemplary behavior, building client motivation, giving clients feedback, speaking as a person. first, agreeing to the counselor's praise, and trying new things that can shape learning independence.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Application of Career Guidance in Review of Trait and Factor Theory to Improve Skills in Persons with Disabilities". This study aims first to find out how the skills of beneficiaries (PM) before being given career guidance in terms of trait and factor theory, secondly to find out how the application of career guidance is reviewed from trait and factor theory to improve skills in people with disabilities. This research uses qualitative research methods. with the Trait and Factor theory approach, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, conclusions / verification. as for the results of this study indicate that before implementing the application of career guidance in terms of trait and factot theory to improve skills in persons with disabilities at the budi perkasa Palembang center. It can be seen that the three research subjects have low self-understanding, which is indicated by their doubts about their abilities, interests, talents, and skills. They have not been able to optimize their potential skills due to uncertainty in understanding themselves.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled "Application of Cognitive Restructuring Techniques in Increasing Self Regulation (Case Study of Client "A" Palembang Police Intersection). This research is very useful for client "A" who is a prostitute who has low self-regulation. Because of that, counseling is needed with the application of cognitive restructuring techniques in increasing self-regulation, so that clients can lead a good life, able to manage their emotions, behavior and thoughts. This type of research is field research (flied research) with descriptive qualitative research. The subject of the study was a prostitute who was located at the Palembang Police intersection. In this study data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. And using the data analysis model of Robert K.Yin, namely Pattern Matching, Explanation, and Time Series Analysis. This study applies the Cognitive Restructuring technique in increasing Self Regulation, by going through seven stages namely, Rationale, Identifying negative thoughts of clients, recognition and practice of positive thoughts, shifting thoughts, introduction and practice of self-declaration, homework, and evaluation. From providing counseling by applying cognitive restructuring techniques, clients are able to increase their self-regulation.

Abstract

This research is entitled "the application of focus group discussion techniques in the career planning of students at SMA IT Izzatuna Palembang". This study aims to see how the career planning of students after graduating from school through focus group discussion techniques. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included 4 people, namely 3 students and 1 principal at SMA IT Izzatuna. According to Sugiyono there are three types of data analysis, namely, data reduction, data display and conclusion or data verification. The results of the study were obtained from observations and interviews 1) a description of the career plans of the students after graduating from SMA IT Izzatuna Palembang, that is, there are students who have not yet decided on their career plans because they are afraid of choosing the wrong path after they graduate from school later. 2) the application of the focus group discussion technique in the careers of the students that as a result of the application of the FGD technique to the students, in the end there is an increase before and after the FGD technique is given to overcome problems related to the career selection of students which helps to understand themselves, the environment, values the value of problem solving and decision-making ability is the initial foundation for the formation of career maturity, namely the readiness of students to make career decisions. Abstract

This research aims to find out how sharia marketing strategies increase Miami ice cream sales to agents in Karya Jaya and find out the inhibiting factors in marketing Miami ice cream sales to agents in Karya Jaya. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method, namely a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the sharia marketing strategy of the Miami Karya Jaya ice cream agent, namely the 4P marketing mix of product, price, place and promotion, has been implemented well and has also been imitated by the Miami Karya Jaya ice cream agent. The characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad SAW that made him successful in business were shiddiq (honest or true), amanah (trustworthy), fathanah (intelligent), and tabligh (communicative). Factors inhibiting sales of Miami ice cream are weather factors, damaged refrigerators, competition factors, and Miami ice cream melting.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled "Psychoreligious Therapy in Controlling the Emotions of the Elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Home in Palembang". Low emotional control will give rise to various negative attitudes and is not good for the physical and psychological health of the elderly themselves. Psychoreligious therapy is needed which is expected to be able to control the emotions of the elderly. Psychoreligious therapy as a treatment in the practice of caring for the soul using a religious approach. This research aims to determine the emotional description of the elderly and find out Psychoreligious Therapy in Controlling the Emotions of the Elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Home in Palembang. This research uses a qualitative approach with field study methods. The subjects of this research were four people consisting of two elderly people, namely the client "NA" and client "S" and social home employees namely "M" and "P". Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data condensation, data presentation and conclusions, withdrawal/verification. The results of the research show that the description of emotional control in the elderly or "NA" clients, and "S" clients experience difficulties in establishing new relationships with other people or other elderly people who are in the orphanage. Application of psychoreligious therapy in controlling the emotions of the elderly in the Tresna Werda social institution Palembang which consists of three stages, namely takhalli (intended to empty or cleanse the heart of bad qualities that can cause emotions), tahalli (an effort to adorn oneself with commendable morals, by being physically and mentally obedient) and Tajalli (the final result obtained by a person after he succeeded in training himself and restraining himself seriously so that he achieved true calm and happiness in the form of a complete disappearance of emotions, pain and troubles in life.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Deviant sexual behavior has been known since ancient times. The Koran mentions sexual deviations committed by his people, one of Prophet Luth was transvestites. The term transvestites is given to people who were born male, but have sexual and psychological tendencies as women. Transvestites are men who have characteristics, attitudes like women, look like women so that their daily lives are like women, but sometimes their male characteristics come out when things are tight. The purpose of this research is to determine the description of the self-concept and daily behavior of client "I" and to find out how to apply Cognitive Restructuring techniques in overcoming negative self-concept in client "I". This research uses a qualitative approach method with the type of case study research and data analysis from Robert K Yin who divides three case study analysis techniques, namely: pattern matching, making explanations, and time series analysis. The data used can be obtained using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The subject in this research is client "I". The informants in this research consisted of the aunt and close friends of client "I". The results of the research obtained an overview of the self-concept and daily behavior of client "I", he felt comfortable and happy when he expressed his satisfaction with being a woman, his daily behavior was to look like a woman by wearing make-up, wearing women's clothes, dressing up like a woman, and waddled like a woman. The application of cognitive restructuring techniques in overcoming the negative self-concept of transvestites, the client "I" has experienced changes, namely that he is willing to know, understand and assess who he really is, he has slowly changed and abandoned his transvestites attributes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This thesis is entitled "Application of Individual Counseling with a Client Centered Approach to Controlling the Emotions of the Elderly at the Harapan Kita Palembang Elderly Social Home". The background of this research is a client who experiences unstable emotions which is reflected in his often impulsive behavior. The aim of this research is to describe the emotional control of the elderly, and to determine the application of individual counseling with a client-centered approach to controlling the emotions of the elderly at the Harapan Kita Palembang elderly social institution. This type of research is a case study with qualitative methods. The subjects of this research were client "A" and employees at the Harapan Kita Palembang elderly social home. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman, namely there are three types of activities, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this research show that before individual counseling was given to client "A" there was quite a high level characterized by his emotions being uncontrollable, often feeling uncomfortable, and liking to compare himself with other people and after being given individual counseling client "A" slowly experienced a decline in his emotions. . The application of individual counseling with a client centered approach uses three stages, namely the initial stage of counseling, the middle stage (work stage), the final stage of counseling (action stage), so that the results obtained are that client "A" has experienced many changes, where client "A" can finding meaning and controlling emotions, not denying and running away from emotions, not exaggerating emotions, utilizing emotions as unlimited power, and using emotions proportionally.

Abstract

This study entitled "Application of Group Guidance with ningkuk'an method in improving social interaction in Pulokerto sub-district" this research is very useful in adolescents who have not increased their social interaction. Therefore, adolescents really need group guidance with the ningkuk'an method to help them improve interaction and communicate well. This research is a field research using qualitative research methods The results of this study show (1) before group guidance was carried out with the ningkuk'an method, adolescents had not created interaction and were still reduced then there was no good communication, the interaction had not increased (2) the application of group guidance in increasing social interaction using the ningkuk'an method, which consisted of 4 stages, namely beginning, transition, end. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Acts of sexual harassment increase every year. Not only in big cities but in rural areas far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Various methods are used to overcome sexual harassment, including for victims who experience sexual harassment so that they can recover. Sexual harassment has a tremendous impact on victims who experience mental shocks. It cannot be denied that sexual harassment will have an anxious impact on victims. This shows that there are very serious consequences resulting from both physical and verbal sexual harassment. It requires special treatment that can recover, which is not only done medically, especially treatment that is carried out communicatively (therapeutic communication). The research aims to determine the extent to which therapeutic communication can overcome victims' anxiety due to sexual harassment. By using qualitative research methods, this research produced several important notes on therapeutic communication carried out by researchers. Researchers carry out therapeutic communication with clients in stages, and each stage has different but continuous actions. The results of this study reveal that therapeutic communication as an effort to cure victims' anxiety due to sexual harassment is a psychological approach carried out in four stages, namely the pre-interaction stage, orientation stage, work stage and termination stage. As a form of concrete and in-depth effort and providing the latest views on victims of sexual harassment.
