Abstract

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the influence of competence, motivation, and family environment on the work readiness of 12th-grade students at SMK N 2 Rembang before entering the workforce. This study used independent variables: competence, motivation, and family environment, with work readiness as the dependent variable. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire. The data source used in this study was primary data obtained from a questionnaire completed by respondents. The study population consisted of all 12th-grade students at SMK N 2 Rembang, graduating class of 2025, with a sample size of 90. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that competence had a significant positive effect on the work readiness of 12th-grade students at SMK N 2 Rembang before entering the workforce. Motivation had a positive but insignificant effect on the work readiness of 12th-grade students at SMK N 2 Rembang before entering the workforce. The family environment had a significant positive effect on the work readiness of 12th-grade students at SMK N 2 Rembang before entering the workforce.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior, motivasi kerja dan dukungan sosial rekan kerja terhdap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran pegawai dalam menunjang tercapainya tujuan Inspektorat Kabupaten Rembang dalam pelayanan masyarakat dan pengawasan dalam setiap program pemerintah di Kabupaten Rembang. Riset ini menetapkan metode kuantitatif dengan koesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 pegawai PNS. Analisis regresi linear berganda dipilih sebagai teknik analisis data dalam riset ini. Temuan riset mengemukakan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior berdampak positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang terlihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai koefisien 0,594, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja berdampak positif tetapi tidak nyata, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,092 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,229. Di sisi lain, Dukungan Sosial Rekan Kerja juga berdampak positif tetapi tidak nyata dengan nilai signifikansi 0,589 dan koefisien regresi 0,053.
