Abstract

Banyaknya minat  dan  antusias  masyarakat  terhadap  olahraga  tersebut  namun  tidak  didukung dengan  sumber  daya  yang  memadai,  diantaranya  adalah;  (1)  SDM  pelatih  masih kurang, (2) pembinaan berjenjang untuk pelatih sangat jarang diadakan, (3) pelatihan atau workshop dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih masih sangat jarang, (4) model pelatihan yang monoton, (5) pengetahuan mengenai iptek keolahragaan oleh pelatih sangat minim. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut diatas kami tim pengusul menawarkan sebuah solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra kedua mitra yaitu satlak Lombok Timur dengan cara workshop peningkatan sumber daya pelatih melalui penerapan IPTEK keolahragaan untuk mendapatkan hasil latihan yang berkualitas, dan diharapkan secara kuantitas akan bertambah,  baik  dari  SDM  pelatih  maupun  atlet.  Adapun  prosedur  yang  akan digunakan  untuk  melaksanakan  kegiatan  tersebut  adalah;  (1)  bekerja  sama  dengan mitra  dan  satlak  yang  ada  di  Lombok  Timur  untuk  memberikan  akses  informasi kegiatan tersebut, (2) metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan tersebut yaitu teori dan praktik di lapangan, (3) kegiatan tersebut diadakan selama 1 hari.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar PJOK siswa dengan Integrasi Permainan Tradisional dalam pembelajaran praktik siswa kelas VI SDN 4 Selaparang Lombok Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 4 Selaparang tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 10 orang dan terbagi atas 6 siswa laki-laki dan 4 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi minat siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat kecenderungan yang terjadi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kondisi awal sebelum dilakukan PTK, siswa yang tuntas belajar lompat jauh hanya 2 siswa. Pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 6 siswa. Siklus II meningkat menjadi 9 siswa. Integrasi Permainan Tradisional memberi kontribusi yang signifikat terhadap peningkatan minat belajar PJOK siswa. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan integrasi permainan tradisional dalam metode pembelajaran praktik dapat meningkatkan minat belajar PJOK siswa kelas VI SDN 4 Selaparang Lombok Timur Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Ketercapaian minat belajar siswa dari kondisi awal ke siklus I sebesar 40%. Dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30%. Peningkatan minat belajar siswa secara keseluruhan dari kondisi awal ke siklus II sebesar 70%. Integration of Traditional Games in Practical Learning Methods to Increase Interest in Learning PJOK Abstract The purpose of this classroom action research is to determine the increase in students' interest in learning PJOK with the Integration of Traditional Games in the practical learning of class VI students at SDN 4 Selaparang, East Lombok in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out in cycle stages consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of the research were the sixth-grade students of SDN 4 Selaparang in 2021, totaling 10 people and divided into 6 male students and 4 female students. Data collection techniques using student interest observation sheets. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques using percentage techniques to see trends that occur in learning activities. In the initial condition before the CAR was carried out, only 2 students had finished learning the long jump. In the first cycle increased to 6 students. Cycle II increased to 9 students. The integration of Traditional Games makes a significant contribution to increasing students' interest in learning PJOK. The conclusion of this study is that the integration of traditional games in practical learning methods can increase interest in learning PJOK for grade VI students at SDN 4 Selaparang, East Lombok, for the 2020/2021 academic year. The achievement of student interest in learning from the initial conditions to the first cycle is 40%. From the first cycle to the second cycle by 30%. The overall increase in students' interest in learning from the initial conditions to the second cycle was 70%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian  ini adalah  ketuntasan  hasil belajar service bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII Mts Al-Istiqomah Telagawaru Labuapi Tahun 2019/2020 belum memnuhi ketuntatasn klasikal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki proses dan meningkatkan hasil belajar service bawah bola voli dengan menerapkan metode block practice pada siswa kelas VIII Mts Al-Istiqomah Telagawaru Labuapi Tahun 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tidakan kelas (class room  acrtion  research) dengan subjek penlitian  sebanyak 21 orang.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini  adalah data dalam bentuk lembar observasi yaitu pengamtan dalam proses pembelajaran  terhadap siswa; lembar observasi aspek afektif, aspek kognitif, dan psokomotor. Analisis data dengan mereduksi data dan memaparkan data dalam bentuk tabel, sehingga dapat dicari nilai rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada kondisi awal sebelum dilakukan tindakan, siswa yang tuntas belajar  hanya 4 siswa atau 19,1 %, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 6 siswa atau 28,5%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 11 siswa atau 52,4%, pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 20 siswa atau 95%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode block practice dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar service bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII Mts Al-Istiqomah Telagawaru Labuapi Tahun 2019/2020.   Improving Volleyball Bottom Service Learning Outcomes Through the Block Practice Method Abstract: The problem in this study is that the completeness of the results of learning service under volleyball for class VIII students at Mts Al-Istiqomah Telagawaru Labuapi in 2019/2020 has not met classical completeness. The purpose of this research is to improve the process and improve the learning outcomes of volleyball under service by applying the block practice method to class VIII students of Mts Al-Istiqomah Telagawaru Labuapi in 2019/2020. This research is a classroom action research with 21 research subjects. Data collection techniques used in this study were data in the form of observation sheets, namely observations in the learning process of students; observation sheets for affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. Data analysis by reducing the data and presenting the data in tabular form, so that the average value and percentage of learning completeness can be found. The results obtained in the initial conditions before the action was taken, only 4 students completed learning or 19.1%, in the first cycle increased to 6 students or 28.5%, and in the second cycle increased to 11 students or 52.4%. in the third cycle increased to 20 students or 95%. So it can be concluded that the application of the block practice method can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom service in class VIII students of Mts Al-Istiqomah Telagawaru Labuapi in 2019/2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan metode bermain di lingkungan pantai terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar lompat tinggi pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang yang berjumlah 22 orang. Untuk pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan mengamati dan menguji hasil belajar siswa dengan instrumen tes berupa: (1) Penilaian Afektif, (2) Penilaian Kognitif, dan (3) Penilaian Psikomotor. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan pertanyaan langsung dengan taraf signifikansi 100%. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa persentase kriteria hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan yang baik. Siklus 1 rata-rata hasil belajar siswa untuk aspek kognitif, psikomotor dan afektif adalah 73,21. Sedangkan, siklus 2 rata-rata hasil belajar siswa untuk aspek kognitif, psikomotor dan afektif adalah 81,64. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah penerapan metode bermain di lingkungan pantai dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat tinggi pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang. The Method of Playing in the Beach Environment as an Effort to Improve the Junior High School Students’ High Jumping Ability Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the implementation of the method of playing in a beach environment on improving high jump learning outcomes in class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang. This research method uses Classroom Action Research. The sample in this study was class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang, totaling 22 people. For data collection, it was obtained by observing and testing student learning outcomes with test instruments in the form of: (1) Affective Assessment, (2) Cognitive Assessment, and (3) Psychomotor Assessment. While the data analysis technique used direct questions with a significant level of 100%. The results of the study revealed that the percentage of student learning outcomes criteria in each cycle experienced a good increase. Cycle 1 the average student learning outcomes for cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects is 73.21 while cycle 2 the average student learning outcomes for cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects is 81.64. The conclusion of this study shows that after the application of the method of playing in a beach environment can improve high jump learning outcomes in class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 4 Taliwang.

Abstract

Focus on problems based on observations during the South Sea Boys training in West Sumbawa Regency, especially the age group of 10-13 years. Many players still dribble the ball using their toes and the distance between their feet and the distance with the ball is too far, so it is easy for opponents to grab. Students are weak in ball possession so that the ball is easily seized by opponents. In dribbling, players still look stiff. There are some players who have speed in running, but when dribbling at high speed, the player is difficult to turn and the ball is too far out of reach. When in possession of the ball, some students tend to control the ball and then dribbling without paying attention to the surrounding area. South Sea Boys players of West Sumbawa Regency, especially the age group of 10 -13 years when running, players have high speed but cannot pass the opponent and the ball is easily grabbed. From the above facts that the dribbling ability must be improved so that the dribbling ability of the players becomes better. Thus, the main problem is the dribbling ability of the South Sea Boys players, West Sumbawa Regency, especially the age group of 10-13 years which is still low. The design used in this study is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods. Experimentation can be interpreted as a research method used to look for the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. In experimental research there is a treatment (treatment). The sampling technique uses the cumentation method and the deed test method using the help of the IBM SPSS Version 23 program

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of footwork training on the agility and speed of badminton athletes at PB. AIKMUAL Praya Lombok Tengah. The study applied an experimental method employing a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The population involved 20 badminton athletes, while the research sample was determined through purposive sampling according to specific criteria established by the researcher. The training program was implemented over 18 sessions with a training frequency of three times per week. Agility was measured using the shuttle run test, whereas speed was assessed through the 30-meter sprint test. The collected data were analyzed using normality testing, homogeneity testing, and paired sample t-test analysis. The findings indicated that footwork training significantly improved the athletes’ agility and speed. After participating in structured and systematic footwork exercises, the athletes demonstrated better movement coordination, faster reaction time, and more efficient court movement. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that footwork training provides a positive contribution to enhancing the physical performance of badminton athletes, particularly in terms of agility and speed at PB.
