Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang paling banyak didistribusikan dan paling banyak diminum di dunia. Kopi arabika menguasai sekitar 70% pasar kopi dunia. Kopi dikenal sebagai minuman dengan kandungan kafein yang berkadar tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kadar kafein pada kopi arabika (Coffea arabica L.) Gununghalu dengan variasi temperatur roasting, yaitu light roasting (191o C), medium roasting (211o C), dan dark roasting (221o C). Identifikasi kafein dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Dragendorff dan uji Parry. Penetapan kadar kafein ditentukan dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan analisis statistika ditentukan dengan Oneway-ANOVA. Hasil analisis kualitatif terhadap ke tiga sampel menunjukan hasil positif mengandung kafein. Kadar kafein pada sampel light roasting sebesar 4,7 mg/g, sampel medium roasting sebesar 3,81 mg/g dan sampel dark roasting sebesar 3,05 mg/g. Hasil analisis statistika menunjukan kadar kafein pada sampel berbeda secara signifikan dengan nilai p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin naik temperature roasting maka kadar kafein pada kopi arabika (Coffea arabica L.) semakin turun. Kadar kafein pada sampel kopi arabika Gununghalu tidak melebihi batas maksimum SNI, yaitu 50 mg/sajian dan 150 mg/hari.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve English pronunciation skills among teenagers in the North Meruya Youth Community in West Jakarta. The implementation method included training based on artificial intelligence (AI) applications such as Elsa Speak, which provides automatic feedback to improve articulation, intonation, and word emphasis. The activity was accompanied by mentoring through online groups and pre- and post-test evaluations using a scoring rubric on a scale of 1-5. Results showed that more than 90% of participants experienced a pronunciation score increase of at least 30%, with participant satisfaction levels reaching over 80%. The training successfully established independent study groups and increased participant confidence. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of using AI technology in community-based English learning, with potential for replication in other regions.
