Abstract

The purpose This research is to create a prototype of Banana Chip Making Machine with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying) with thermocontrol, so that oil temperature during frying time is more awake and gas efficient. Methodology This study was conducted by designing Banana Chip Making Machine with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying) equipped with thermocontrol, where the slicing process is done by using a moving knife with eccentric system. Then the sliced banana will go straight into the frying pan with a controlled cooking temperature to produce a banana chip with a better maturity level. Result, this research resulted in a prototype of Banana Chip Machine making machine with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying), after testing machine performance, it was found that this machine has a capacity of 4 kg / hr where, 20 minutes for incision and 40 minutes for frying with the frying temperature reaching 250 degrees Celsius. The findings, This study found the design and prototype of Banana Chip Machine Maker with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying), where the machine produces better banana maturity. Abstract

The Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to the problems of effective and efficient footwork of athletes to facilitate athletes move the field so as to minimize the stamina and energy required. The Methodmethod used is to utilize Microcontroller in shadow Exercise tool to overcome the footsteps are not uniform. which comes with a special software that serves as a data storage exercise (exercise history). Results The expected result is to know a quantitative increase in agility of a player during practice, so that all trainers can evaluate accurately and obtain clear data. The Findings finding of this study are the use of Microcontroller with special Software as an effective and efficient athlete foot problem solution, on improving the agility of a player quantitatively is very influential when all trainers evaluate the exercises in which the process is still using qualitative assessment. Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to provide solution problems in SMEs Village SepandeSidoarjo regency about conventional yeast drying process in the sun that is not necessarily good or bad weather conditions and long drying time. Method This tool method is designed to resemble a house that has 9 shelves in zigzag and transparent acrylic house walls, with hybrid energy system integrated ETC (ElectricalTemperature Control ). this tool is designed with a capacity of 25 kg yeast katul per process. Result, Expected results are to improve and maintain the drying temperature stability (above 40◦C) and food security (Hygienic), designed by semi-automatic system using electric motors and ETC technology as control system so that productivity increases by 25 kg and effectiveness in machining. The findings of this research is that the tool is designed with Hybrid system ie solar energy and LPG gas infrared stove and ETC technology (Electrical TemperatureControl ) as solution of drying time. Abstract

The purpose The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems that exist in SMEs Cow Milk Momoo, especially the problem of production processes that the process is still using the traditional way and the tool is still relatively simple. Method The method used is to utilize Temperature Controller on Processing Machine, cooling, and packing Cow Milk that serves to regulate the cooking temperature so that the heat generated can be more evenly distributed. Processing, refrigeration and packing machines Cow Milk is also equipped with a Wiper Motor instead of stirring which is still manual so that the stirring process can run automatically. In addition to this machine also uses Heat Exchangers technology soaked in water so as to be able to overcome the problem of cooling process is still simple. Results The expected result is the increased productivity and efficiency of the production process so that the productivity of SMEs of Cow Milk Momoo can increase 2-fold which initially yields an average of 150 liters of Cow Milk / day can produce up to 300 liters of Cow Milk / day. The Findings The findings of this research are the use of Temperature Controller, Wiper Motor, and Heat Exchanger as solution of SMEs Cow Milk Production Process Problem. Abstract

The purpose The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to existing problems in SME Fried Onion in Sidoarjo Region on the process of frying still conventional and often experience gap. Methodology The method used is to utilize technology TTS (Temperature, Timer, Speed Control) on the onion parser to produce fried onions with good quality and stable cooking temperature. Result, The expected result is to improve the quality of fried onion frying result which will affect the productivity of SME BawangGoreng can increase up to 2 times which initially only able to fry onion as much as 2 kg, can become 4 kg in one process of frying. The findings, The findings of this study are the use of Temperature, Timer, and Speed Control (TTS) technology to overcome the problems of conventional frying process and onion garlic during frying process. Abstract

The Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide solutions of SMEs D.SadewaKenjeran Beach related to traditional storage of marine fish products that is still using ice cubes as a cooler in the box of fishes storage. Method The method used by using Peltier Electric Cooler (PEC) in the box of fishes storage to produce stable temperature. The PEC box control system is equipped with Arduino and programmed with CX programmer. It is designed to accommodate 15kg of fish per process. Result The expected result is to improve the stability of the cooling process (below 100C), the growth of bacteria will be slower so that the product can last longer. So the productivity of SMEs can be increased 2 times with the capacity of box 15 kg of fishes. The Finding The findings of this study are the usage of 15 kg PEC box fish with Arduino CX Programmer temperature control system as a solution of storage problems of marine fish products. Abstract

The purpose: The Purpose of this research is to create prototype of automatic Sauce filler machine with threaded drive system integrated with electric motor, as piston driver Methodology This research was comitted by designing an automatic filling machine, with a filler mechanism using a screw-driven piston technology, where the thread is rotated by an electric motor integrated with the timer.timers are used to charge more precise out, electric motors and threaded systems can make fillers more power efficient than hydraulic or pneumatic system. The filling system also utilizes the combination of two one-way valves, where the charging process is divided into 2 steps: suction step and press Result, This Research resulted of prototype of automatic filler machine, within 1.2 kg/min flow rate, for the 150 g of sauce capacity storage takes 7.5 second . This machine is equipped with an easy charging method that is operated using only 1 button. the productivity of performance machine has been increased 2 times The findings, This Research finds the design and prototype of a more precise and power-saving automatic charging machine by using a screwmounted piston system, which is suitable for home industry. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide problem solution for Dried Fish Farmers of NambanganKenjeran Barat Village about conventional drying process of fish in the sun which is not necessarily good or bad weather condition and long drying. This method is designed to resemble a house that has 3 shelves made from Food Grade and a house wall made from acrylic transfaran, with a hybrid energy system that is sunlight and Infra red stove made from LPG Gas Fuel. This tool integrates ECU (Electrical Control Unit) technology. The results with a hybrid drying system, this drying process can improve the drying process faster up to 3 times, maintaining the hygiene of product and efficient in the use of fuel up to 20%. so productivity increased from 25kg/day to 50 kg/day. The findings of a hybrid drying system that utilizes sunlight, heat and heat from LPG-fueled infrared burners, which can be used alternately or simultaneously equipped with ECU (Electrical Control Unit) that serves to adjust the room temperature drying when using a wall space burner in a dryer made from clear acrylic on each side. Abstract

The purpose The purpose of this study is to provide information available in SMEs UnikSinom the process of processing the materials still using the traditional way. Method The method used is to utilize Technology Termocoolersonifikasi as beverage processing. This technology is equipped with Microcontroller which is also integrated with Ohmic Heating, Spiral Pipe Fast Fluid Cooling System, UV lamp generator, and Multivalve Filler System that is able to assist the beverage processing. In addition, this machine is also equipped with ETC (Electric Temperature Control) which serves as a beverage temperature controller to stay awake at the safe limit (70˚C). Results The expected result is the increased production of herbal medicine due to the better processing process so as to increase the productivity as much as 300% which originally about 90 liters / day can increase up to 270 liters / day. Findings The findings of this study are the use of Microcontroller based Termocoolersonification Technology as solution of processing of herbal medicine and the use of ETC (Electric Temperature Control) as a temperature controller on herbal medicine drinks. Abstract

The Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to existing problems in SMEs Abon Beef Surabaya area in the production process that the process is still using the manual and tools used are still relatively simple. Method The method used is by utilizing Gear Box technology as the mechanism of power distributor from Electric Motors to the meat counter. In this tool also equipped with Electric Motor so that shredded beef process can run automatically. Results The expected result is to increase 1.5 times the productivity of the Abon Beef Cow's SMEs due to its faster and more efficient enumeration process so that it initially produces 40 Kg / day can produce up to 60 Kg / day. The Finding The findings of this research is the use of Gear Box technology and Electric Motor to help improve enumeration ability so that the productivity of SMEsAbon Beef also increases.
