Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence corporate governance and company characteristics have on the financial performance of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling to obtain eighteen companies that met the requirements as samples. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 72 financial reports observed. This research uses multiple linear regression statistical methods in the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 application. The results of this research show that: (1) corporate governance has a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, (2) company characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance, and (3) simultaneously corporate and company characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector, with a coefficient of determination value of 7.9% while the remaining 92.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

District Kedai is one of the many shops in Cirebon district, located on Jl. Raya Kalikoa, District. Kedawung, Cirebon Regency, West Java which operates in the food and beverage sector. Every day, sales transactions occur at the District Store. Sometimes consumers don't just buy one food or drink, but two or more foods or drinks in one transaction. Transaction recording is still limited to archives and has not been utilized, only left to accumulate by the District Store so that it does not provide information for the Store. Transaction data is also related to shopping patterns which can be used to determine the results of sales of goods in order to maximize sales to meet buyers' needs, therefore it is very important to know the purchasing patterns frequently made by Kedai District customers in order to develop strategies and increase sales. The aim of this research is to find out what the support and confidence values are to get an association to occur using the Association Rules method and the FP-Growth Algorithm. To find out consumer shopping patterns and find out how often item combinations appear in the sales data, the FP-Growth algorithm is an alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the data set that appears most often (frequent item set) in a data set. Therefore, this research will involve the process of collecting and processing data on food and drink purchase transactions that occurred at Kedai District during the period 1-31 October totaling 2,360 transactions. Next, the FP-Growth algorithm is used to identify purchasing patterns that have significant value and tend to repeat themselves. By conducting frequent itemsets using association rule techniques, and determining the support value and confident value to find out how often relationships appear between itemsets. Therefore, based on the final results obtained from this research, the relationship pattern generated from District Store transaction data with a minimum (support 0.7825) and (confidence 0.8) produces 1 rule. If a customer buys Grilled Sausage, they will buy Sate Suki with a support value of 0.161% and a confidence of 0.806%.

Abstract

One of the important steps in the improvement of the education system in Indonesia is the introduction and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum which is designed to provide greater flexibility in curriculum development at the Primary and Secondary levels leading to increased student participation in learning according to their respective interests and talents. The method used in this research is text-based sentiment analysis using the Naïve Bayes algorithm to classify positive and negative sentiments. The data used are student responses to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum collected through a survey with 507 data collected and analyzed using the Naïve Bayes algorithm with an accuracy rate of 82%. The results of this sentiment analysis will provide recommendations that may be implemented as a follow-up regarding the sentiment analysis of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian berawal terjadinya prokontra antara guru penggerak dengan guru biasa sehingga menganggu keharmonisan sisekolah. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk Menyelidiki strategi konkret yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mendukung pelaksanaan implementasi program guru penggerak. Metoda penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di SMPN 22 Sijunjung dengan mewawancarai kepala sekolah dan dua orang guru yang sudah lulus pendidikan guru penggerak. Hasil penelitian sudah menunjukan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah sudah mampu melaksanakan implementasi program guru pemggerak seperti pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah sehingga terdapat semakin banyaknya guru yang mengikuti program guru penggerak. Kepala sekolah juga memfasilitasi guru penggerak dalam mempelopori dan melaksanakan komunitas belajar baik dalam sekolah maupun luar sekolah, pelaksanaan pembelajaran differensiasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa, merancang program kepemimpinan berdampak pada siswa melalui pemilihan ketua OSIS. Walaupun ada kendala yang dihadapi, guru penggerak sudah menunjukan perubahan yang signifikan mulai pengembangan kompetensi, proses pembelajaran bahkan mengembangkan teman sejawat melalui berbagi praktek baik

Abstract

This study aims to measure the implementation of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in using Mobile Accounting Applications on smartphones by adding security perceptions as an external variable. This study integrates the variables of perceived usefulness and ease of use to explain the factors influencing technology acceptance. The quantitative survey method analyses the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. Primary data were obtained from 60 MSME owners in Medan City through online questionnaires and analysed using SmartPLS4 with the SEM model. The results showed that security perceptions affect perceived usefulness and ease of use, which affect attitude. In addition, the attitude positively affects behavioural intention, ultimately affecting the application's actual use. This study provides important insights into the factors influencing the adoption of accounting application technology among MSMEs.

Abstract

The growth of information technology and data mining techniques has greatly helped analyze consumer purchasing behavior, particularly in marketing and inventory management. This study aims to uncover association patterns between products frequently bought by customers at Sini Aja Cafe and to measure these patterns' support and confidence values. The research uses Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), including stages like data selection, preprocessing, transformation, applying the FP-Growth algorithm, and interpreting results. Data from 1,083 beverage sales transactions at Sini Aja Cafe from August 1 to October 31, 2024. The findings reveal five significant association rules when applying a minimum support of 0.1 (10%) and confidence of 0.3 (30%). Notably, if customers buy Red Velvet Oreo, there is a 56% chance they will also buy Thai Tea. Thai Tea sales dominate with a support value 0.557 (55.7%). The support values of the association rules range from 0.141, categorized as medium, and the confidence values range from 0.235, categorized as low. These findings offer valuable insights for the cafe owner to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase profits.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a branding strategy through optimizing a website-based digital company profile to increase sales of Gunung Puntang coffee. Gunung Puntang coffee is a high-quality local product that requires a digital approach to marketing to reach a broader market and enhance competitiveness. In today's digital era, a website plays a crucial role as a promotional and informational medium, providing customers with easy access to product information and enabling online purchases. The research employs the Prototype method, consisting of problem identification, planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews with the coffee business owner, and documentation studies related to business processes and branding strategies. The collected data serves as a basis for designing a website system that optimizes the company's profile and supports coffee sales transactions. The system development includes creating use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and system architecture designs to outline functional and non-functional requirements. The research outcome is a website functioning as a digital information medium for branding Gunung Puntang coffee products and supporting sales transactions. Key features include customer registration, product selection, quantity adjustment, payment methods, order confirmation, and order cancellation. Testing results indicate that the system operates effectively and meets user needs. This website enhances operational efficiency, expands market reach, and improves the shopping experience for customers. It serves as an effective medium for strengthening branding and marketing strategies in the digital era, ensuring the sustainability of local businesses in the global market. Regular evaluations and feature upgrades are recommended to maintain system relevance to customer needs and technological advancements..

Abstract

Although Indonesian batik patterns vary by location, they usually depict local customs and cultures. Each batik has a unique quality and, to correctly identify the batik designs, you need to understand the design patterns. However, many people struggle to identify and categorize these kinds of motivation because they don't have the requisite knowledge, understanding, or access to sufficient information. This study used photo data to classify batik patterns into 15 different groups. Batik Kawung, Megamendung, Lasem, Pole, Machete, Gills, Nutmeg, Karaswasih, Cendrawasih, Geblek Renteng, Bali, Betawi, and Dayak are all included in this category. 1,350 images were used in the research. Google supports the collection of data. To provide the highest level of precision and to evaluate how image dimensions affect the classification of batik designs, this study employs convolutional neural networks (CNNs). The results of this study show that Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) is a well-liked deep learning method for data classification, especially in domains where picture classification is involved. The size of the images utilized affects the accuracy of computational neural network (CNN) algorithms. The results showed that the test using training data comparisons of 60%, 30% and 10% resulted in a 01.89% loss of 1.18% and a 100% improvement in accuracy.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the best-selling products at Planet Tire Workshop Jatibarang Branch using the K-Means Clustering method. Understanding product sales patterns is important in designing effective marketing strategies and managing stock efficiently. This research uses sales transaction data for one year, including the number of sales, product types, and total transaction value. The analysis process includes data preprocessing, selection of relevant attributes, application of the K-Means algorithm, and validation of the optimal number of clusters with the Elbow method. As a result, products were grouped into three categories: high, medium, and low sales. The high sales cluster contributes significantly to revenue, while the medium sales cluster shows potential for improvement through promotion, and the low sales cluster requires further evaluation. This research helps management manage stock, prioritize promotions, and optimize resource allocation. However, the research has limitations as it has not considered external factors such as seasonal trends and promotions, and focuses on one branch. Development of the research in other branches can expand its benefits. The results of this study are expected to improve operational efficiency, support data-driven strategies, and enrich academic literature related to the application of K-Means in retail management and sales data analysis.

Abstract

The Barito Timur Regency Health Office in 2024 reported that 66.3% of couples were active family planning participants. At Telang Siong Community Health Center, there were 1,207 active FP participants, with 2.48% using IUDs, 46.89% injections, 30.24% pills, 16.48% implants, and 2.65% MOW, MOP, or condoms. This study used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach and an accidental sampling technique involving 73 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results showed that 74.0% of acceptors used non-long-term contraceptive methods (non-LTCM), 52.1% had low knowledge, 61.6% had negative attitudes, and 58.9% did not receive husband support. There was a significant correlation between knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.000), and husband support (p = 0.000) with the selection of contraceptive methods. Health workers are advised to provide clear and appropriate counseling so that the community is informed about the benefits, types, and advantages of contraceptive methods.   Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Barito Timur tahun 2024 melaporkan penggunaan KB aktif sebesar 66,3%. Di Puskesmas Telang Siong terdapat 1.207 peserta KB aktif dengan 2,48% menggunakan AKDR, 46,89% suntik, 30,24% pil, 16,48% implan, dan 2,65% MOW, MOP, atau kondom. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang dan teknik accidental sampling terhadap 73 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil menunjukkan 74,0% akseptor menggunakan kontrasepsi non-MKJP, 52,1% memiliki pengetahuan rendah, 61,6% bersikap negatif, dan 58,9% tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan (p = 0,000), sikap (p = 0,000), dan dukungan suami (p = 0,000) dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi. Disarankan tenaga kesehatan memberikan penyuluhan yang jelas dan tepat agar masyarakat mengetahui manfaat, jenis, dan keunggulan alat kontrasepsi.
