Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja penyuluh kehutanan dalam pengelolaan hutan di Desa Watang Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantatif, karena dalam pelaksanannya meliputi data, analisis dan interpretasi tentang arti data yang diperoleh. Data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Terdapat 64 sampel, dan analisis dengan mengunakan teknis analisis Likert. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh : bahwa Variabel ( X) adalah persepsi masyarakat tani hutan terhadap kinerja penyuluh kehutanan dalam pengelolaan kawasan hutan yang didasarkan pada beberapa indikator, meliputi terbentuknya kelompok tani hutan, terbitnya izin pengolahan kawasan hutan, tersusunnya rencana kerja tahunan (RKT), pemberian informasi yang terkini (up to date) tentang kehutanan, tersusunnya peta wilayah kerja , tersebarnya informasi kehutanan secara merata, tumbuh kembangnya pemberdayaan dan kemandirian masyarakat kawasan hutan, terwujudnya kemitraan masyarakat yang menguntungkan dalam pengelolahan kawasan hutan, terwujudnya akses masyarakat ke lembaga keuangan dan penyedia sarana produksi, terwujudnya peningkatan produktivitas agribisnis komoditas unggulan dari hasil pengelolaan kawasan hutan, terwujudnya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat tani di sekitar kawasan hutan. Sedangkan variabel (Y) adalah kegiatan penyuluhan dalam pengelolaan kawasan hutan seperti : pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, pemberian informasi terkini (up to date), berbagi pengalaman, peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi usaha, peningkatan kesejahteraan dan menjaga kelestarian dan keamanan kawasan hutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of land area, experience, age, income, production, and geography factors significantly or not on farmers' decisions in conducting corn farming in Tungka Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. This research was conducted in Tungka Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency in June-August 2022. The research method used was a survey method. While the sampling method used is simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. There were 48 samples in this study which were processed using the SPSS 21 application and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it is known: that the decision of farmers in cultivating corn farming is partially influenced by factors of age (X3), income (X4), and topography (X6) while simultaneously the six independent factors namely large area of ​​land, experience, age, income, production, and topography no real effect.

Abstract

The title of this research is Market Segmentation Analysis on Consumer Loyalty (Case Study of My Cake Shop Pekkabata, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency). The cake is a food commonly consumed by the community, namely dough consisting of flour, eggs, sugar, raising agents, and milk. It can usually be decorated with buttercream, chocolate, and so on. Currently, cakes sold on the market have different shapes, qualities, and tastes. The more the era develops, the more technology, equipment, knowledge, and materials are used to develop. The objectives of this study are: 1. To determine the partial significant influence of consumer behavior, demographic, and psychographic factors on consumer loyalty at My Cake Shop. 2. To determine the simultaneous significant influence of behavioral, demographic, and psychographic factors on consumer loyalty at My Cake Shop. The sampling method uses (purposive sampling) with certain considerations and criteria. The data collection methods in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Instrument testing is done by testing the validation and reliability using the SPSS version 26 program and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. So the results of the study indicate that market segmentation of consumer loyalty at My Cake Shop consisting of demographic, psychographic, and behavioral variables has a significant effect partially, and consumer loyalty variables simultaneously have an effect on consumer loyalty at My Cake Shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal dalam strategi pengembangan usaha kue tradisional jipang pada toko Anugrah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pekkabata Kecamatan Duampanuan Kabupaten Pinrang selama 1 bulan terhitung mulai Juli – Agustus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif menggunakan dengan analisis strength, weakness, opportunity dan thread (SWOT). Responden penelitian ini berasal dari ahli pakar, pemilik usaha, dan 3 orang konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi usaha kue tradisional kue tradisional jipang toko Anugrah berada pada kotak sel I, yang menggunakan metode SWOT. Nilai IFAS berada pada titik 3,16 dan nilai EFAS 3,17 yang menggambarkan bahwa usaha kue tradisional jipang pada toko Anugrah tumbuh kembang, selanjutnya berdasarkan matriks SWOT posisi usaha berada pada sumbu X dengan titik 1,88 dan sumbu Y 1,99 yang terdapat pada kuadranI. Hal ini menunjukkan bahawa usaha tersebut berada pada posisi kuat dan menggunakan strategi agresif (SO), yaitu tingkatkan dan kembangkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk, selalu menciptakan inovasi baru dalam usaha, memanfaatkan jejaring sosial dan promosi digital marketing
