Abstract

Learning discipline is something that must be considered in the learning process of students. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a change in the learning system that started out conventionally (face-to-face) and has now changed to a distance learning system (online). In the implementation process, of course there are students who have not been able to adapt so that they experience a decrease in their learning discipline. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of individual counseling services with the Behavior Contract technique in improving students' learning discipline. This research uses case study research with case study research design. The results showed that the implementation of individual counseling services using the behavior contract technique was carried out in several stages. With this behavior contact, it helps students make plans in making the right decisions so that they have a positive impact on students who can later change deviant behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to investigating the effectiveness of using the tartil method in improving students' ability to read the Quran in elementary schools. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach (true experimental pretest-posttest control group design). Data were taken from sixtysix students by means of pre-test and post-test of reading the Quran skills. All students involved are samples of the population which are used as research objects. The research data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Windows 22.0). Overall, the results of the study indicate that the use of the tartil method in learning the Quran is very effective because it can improve students' abilities in reading the Quran. Therefore, the tartil method can be used as an alternative in learning the Quran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karya seni rupa 2 dimensi pada akun instagram Sakinkaktus, penerapan serta hasil karya media tutorial akun instagram Sakinkaktus dalam pembelajaran menggambar 2 dimensi pada siswa kelas X semester genap SMA Negeri 1 Jonggat tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini siswa kelas X semester genap di SMA Negeri 1 Jonggat, sedangkan objek yang diambil yakni akun instagram Sakinkaktus sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis tutorial pada pembelajaran Seni Rupa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yakni observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan hasil karya. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni penerapan media instagram sakinkaktus menjadi salah satu media pendukung dalam pembelajaran seni rupa guna mempermudah siswa dalam menciptakan karya. Penerapan media dalam pembelajaran juga mempermudah guru dalam melaksanakan sekaligus pengemabanagan kurikulum merdeka. Objek dan teknik yang ditampilkan siswa sebagian besar menggunakan teknik yang sama, dengan objek yang beragam mulai dari objek yang langsung di lingkungan dan objek yang telah jadi dalam tutorial dan ada pula karya yang menggabungkan objek lingkungan dan imajinasi untuk menimbulkan kesan artistic ke dalam karya yang telah diciptakan. Kata-kata Kunci: Instagram, Media tutorial, Seni Rupa.

Abstract

This research aims to review the role of counseling toward the development of qamil people. This research will review and understand western caucus perspectives on human research functions on earth based on freud and rogrs theory. The problem is why human life on earth is causing problems especially from the spiritual aspect even though it has often received counseling therapy. Diseases associated with mental disorders such as new rosis, Emotional instability, stress, mental disorders and their compatriots are evidence of a person's need for counseling. The formation of a model that strives for the overall development of the workforce is expected to be practiced to care for clients facing personal problems, the families of the community. This model is expected to become a martial-client mechanism to deal with every problem not only from the spiritual aspect, even form a healthy human, motivated, confident and willing to face all the problems and challenges in human life in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan konseling individu dengan pendekatan perilaku dalam mengurangi perilaku membolos siswa kelas VIII MTs Miftahul Ulum Merabung III. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling individu dengan pendekatan perilaku akan dimaksimalkan dengan menekankan keterampilan dasar konseling sebagai upaya dalam mengurangi perilaku bolos.

Abstract

Abstract: In general, counseling is a process to help a person get a mind-set (insegth) so that can make choices or make decisions about a problem or problem in the face. However, some aspects of counseling, as well as impressive features of kaunselor can also be applied in the teaching and learning process. As a method and technique has been used in teaching and learning process with the subject of teaching. Abstract

Motivation is an important thing in learning. During the current covid-19 pandemic, with many different learning patterns, it causes students to experience a decrease in learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative research type, with a case study research design. The results of the study show that the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in increasing learning motivation are collaborating with subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and also information from parents of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in improving student discipline at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of REBT implementation in the educational context. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews with guidance and counseling teachers, as well as three 10th-grade students who frequently committed disciplinary violations. Data collection methods included structured interviews, direct observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and narratively with the aid of NVivo 12 software to facilitate data organization and the identification of key themes. The findings indicate that the application of REBT techniques through individual counseling effectively transformed students’ behavior towards greater discipline. Through systematic stages such as problem identification, goal clarification, and reinforcement of rational thinking, students exhibited significant changes in their attitudes and actions towards school rules. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective counseling methods for enhancing discipline in educational settings.

Abstract

This study examines adaptive learning models designed to optimize the potential of gifted and talented students from a global perspective. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, 21 articles from high-ranking journals (Q1 and Q2) and relevant academic books published between 2021 and 2024 were analyzed. The analysis identifies three primary models: the Enrichment Triad Model (ETM), the Differentiated Instruction Model (DIM), and the Autonomous Learner Model (ALM). Each model emphasizes critical elements such as deep learning experiences, curriculum flexibility, mentoring, and technology integration to foster creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning. The findings highlight the importance of adaptive educational paradigms that address not only the academic needs but also the social and emotional development of gifted students. The study also identifies significant challenges in implementing these models, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia, where resources and institutional support are often limited. The results provide practical insights into tailoring educational policies to meet the unique needs of gifted students, emphasizing the need for a balanced integration of global frameworks with local contexts. Future research is encouraged to explore adaptive learning implementations in diverse sociocultural settings to ensure equitable and inclusive education for gifted learners worldwide.
