Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara di area ‘ring of fire’ yang mempunyai deretan gunung berapi terbanyak di dunia mempunyai resiko bencana alam yang tinggi. Salah satu bencana alam terburuk dalam sejarah Indonesia adalah tsunami Aceh di tahun 2004. Letusan gunung berapi, banjir, tanah longsor, kabut asap, tsunami merupakan ancaman terus-menerus. Penanganan penanggulangan bencana baik pada pra bencana, saat bencana maupun paska bencana membutuhkan suatu koordinasi yang harus terintegrasi mengingat sensivitas waktu dan rentannya korban bencana. Penelitian memaparkan aktifitas penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan oleh Institut Transportasi dan Logistik (ITL) Trisakti dalam memberikan kesadaran akan Manajemen Kebencanaan khususnya dibidang Transportasi dan Logistik Kebencanaan pada saat pra bencana maupun saat bencana. Terlibat aktif dalam pembentukan Forum Logistik Penanggulangan Bencana Indonesia (FORLOG PBI) yang diinisiasi oleh Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), menjadi tim inti pembentukan Klaster Nasional Logistik Penanggulangan Bencana (KLASNASLOG PB) BNPB pertama di Indonesia, pembuatan kurikulum dan pengajaran mata kuliah Humanitarian Logistics di ITL Trisakti, memberikan penyuluhan tentang Logistik Kebencanaan kepada BNPB maupun masyarakat, maupun membuat penelitian serta tulisan tentang Manajemen Kebencanaan, telah dilakukan. Tulisan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena ingin menggambarkan secara jelas dan mendalam aktifitas yang telah dilakukan. Hasil yang didapat adalah harus adanya kerjasama yang dilambangkan oleh segitiga Helix antara semua aktor yang terlibat seperti pemerintah, industri dan masyarakat (dengan akademisi didalamnya) untuk meningkatkan awareness atau kesadaran akan pentingnya Manajemen Kebencanaan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and capacity of business actors, institution managers, and the general public in effectively managing human resources in the era of digitalization. The rapid development of information technology demands significant changes in HR management strategies, including recruitment, training, communication, and performance management. Through educational programs in the form of seminars, interactive training, and group discussions, this activity provides practical insights into the use of digital technology to support human resource management. The materials presented include the implementation of human resource information system (HRIS) databases, the use of social media for recruitment, and the challenges of balancing technology with a human-centered approach. Evaluation results show that participants experienced an increase in understanding and motivation to implement team management strategies that are adaptive to changing times. Identified challenges include limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and resistance to change. This activity is expected to be a tangible contribution to improving the quality of human resource management at the local level, while also encouraging community readiness to face the challenges of globalization and digitalization.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to promote digitalization to strengthen local entrepreneurship, which in turn contributes to increasing regional revenue. The program focuses on training in using digital technologies, such as social media, online marketplaces, and digital marketing tools, to enhance business effectiveness. Mentoring is provided to help entrepreneurs understand and implement technology-based strategies in their operations. The results show an improvement in participants' digital skills and increased use of technology in business management, leading to higher business income. This growth is expected to contribute to regional revenue through more productive business sectors. Digital transformation has proven to be a strategic approach in fostering innovative and competitive local entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Micro,Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital pillar of the national economy, significantly contributing to employment, innovation, and regional economic development. However, in the ever-evolving digital era, many MSMEs have yet to optimally utilize digital promotional technologies and trends, leading to limited market reach and business growth. This community service activity aims to improve MSMEs' understanding and skills in building and developing their businesses through digital-based promotional strategies. The methods used in this activity include interactive outreach, hands-on training, and mentoring focused on the use of social media, online marketplaces, and other relevant digital platforms. The activity was conducted in collaboration with the MSME community using a participatory approach, enabling participants to actively engage in learning and directly apply the materials provided. The results of the activity indicate that participants showed a significant increase in knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of digital branding, designing attractive and effective promotional content, and utilizing various digital tools to expand market access. Additionally, many participants expressed greater confidence in managing digital platforms to promote their products and services independently. This increase in digital literacy is crucial in helping MSMEs remain competitive and adaptive to market changes brought about by technological advances. By equipping MSMEs with relevant digital promotion skills, this initiative contributes to the broader goal of supporting the growth of resilient, sustainable, and innovative small businesses. In the long term, such community-based empowerment efforts are expected to foster economic resilience and inclusiveness in the face of ongoing digital economic transformation.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet dan aktivitas marketplace di Indonesia terus menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Namun, dalam tiga tahun terakhir terjadi penurunan jumlah transaksi di kalangan generasi Z dan milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ulasan pelanggan secara daring dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah generasi Z dan milenial yang telah melakukan pembelian melalui marketplace di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data dari 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, sedangkan analisis data dengan teknik SEM dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan pelanggan secara daring berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sementara itu, citra merek tidak berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun memberikan pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat pengaruh ulasan pelanggan secara daring dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of slot time optimization and ground service quality on airport revenue, with operational performance as an intervening variable. Focusing on Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, this research integrates concepts of operational management and financial sustainability in airport operations. The findings reveal that optimizing slot time significantly enhances operational efficiency, leading to increased aeronautica revenue. Similarly, ground service quality directly improves passenger satisfaction and operational performance, indirectly contributing to higher income. The study highlights the critical role of operational performance as a mediating factor, bridging the gap between resource optimization and financial outcomes. Recommendations for effective airport management strategies include leveraging advanced scheduling systems and enhancing ground service efficiency to maximize aeronautica revenue potential while ensuring service quality and operational sustainability.
