Abstract

UKM Kue Pudak Kelurahan Lumpur Kecamatan Lumpur merupakan salah satu lokasi penjualan kue pudak yang terkenal di Gresik. UKM tersebut berproduksi selama pulah tahun. Walaupun beroperasi lama tetapi masih memiliki permasalahan. Pemasalahan produksi tidak adanya proses yang menggunakan mesin Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) sehingga waktu proses produksi kurang efisien terutama pada proses pengadukan bahan baku menjadi adonan. Hasil produk masih belum memiliki variasi ukuran isi yang sesuai selera konsumen. Pada aspek manajemen yaitu manajemen pemasaran yang masih belum terkonsep dengan baik sehingga belum memetakan segmentasi, taget, dan posisi produk terhadap produk pesaing. Terkait manajemen mutu dimana saat ini mitra belum sepenuhnya memperhatikan mutu produk dari segi higienis. Solusi yang kami tawarkan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu membantu merancang desain mesin TTG pada proses pengadukan bahan baku menjadi adonan agar lebih waktu produksi efisien. Kemudian juga dilatih membuat variasi produk dengan ukuran sesuai selera konsumen dan sesuai segmentasi konsumennya. Terkait aspek manajemen dilatih merancang konsep marketing dengan menentukan marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) dan Segmentasi, Target, Positioning (STP). Sedangkan pada manajemen mutu, mitra akan dilatih menggunakan peralatan sarung tangan, masker, dan menjaga kebersihan dalam produksinya dan juga akan dibuatkan standar operation procedure (SOP) produksi yang bersih agar mutu produk menjadi higienis.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that are prone to disasters, one of the vulnerable victims of disasters is children. There is fire data in the educational environment in the city of West Surabaya and data on potential fires in the western region of Surabaya. With these data, it encourages the holding of community service activities in the form of improving soft skills towards mitigation, preparedness for fire disasters. The development of soft skills to respond to fire disasters as a preventive effort in children from an early age is carried out in students of AlKautsar Elementary School Surabaya. Methods of community service are observation, pretest, socialization, mentoring, forming a fire fighter community and posttest. Based on the average value of knowledge obtained by students is quite high after joining the program compared to before. By following the improvement of soft skills, students gain knowledge and strengthen the education of character, literacy development as well as fostering self-efficacy students. With self-efficacy, students acquire such knowledge for themselves and can educate the surrounding environment. It is hoped that for the sustainability of the program can be formed a community that is accommodated in an extracurricular fire fighter involving parties: schools, parents of students or representatives of school committees and students and all other school residents.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all aspects of life, including education. The Indonesian government implemented a Distance Learning policy that made Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu which is a non-formal education service provider institution adapt and experience an increase in demand for services so that management added tutors. With this development, it is necessary to analyze gender equality in Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu. The data used is secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis carried out gave results in the form of mapping an increase in the number of students including Gen-Y and I-Gen. In terms of the quantity of tutors at Enggon Sin_Au_Qu as many as 18 people, dominated by female tutors as much as 56% while the remaining 44% are male tutors. The greater quantity of female tutors cannot be separated psychologically from women playing a role in shaping and developing the personality of students. The general description of the data on the role of tutors on students is the role of female tutors by 39% in the development of Gen-Y and I-Gen in Enggon Sin_Au_Qu, while the role of male tutors is greater, namely 61%. Based on these data, there are more female tutors in quantity, but in terms of quality male tutors have a bigger role in the development of non-formal education for Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu. Thus, it can be concluded that gender equality is the key in developing the non-formal education business of Enggon Sin_Au_Qu.
