Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of village development planning in the infrastructure sector using the literature review method, which is to review and re-read the main ideas on the same topic and then add arguments and the author's views or opinions on the topic to be raised. On the other hand, by using a review system like this, authors can also see the shortcomings of previous researchers so that they can formulate and improve regularly. This research reveals that in village development planning currently, it is necessary to have an effective plan and of course produce good planning. Therefore, this study aims to provide a critical review of several articles published on Scopus and categorize themes or concepts related to the study of village development planning. Through descriptive analysis, this study uses a literature review method using VOSviewer software and produces 267 articles indexed by Scopus. Furthermore, this research deals with dominant themes such as rural area, land, rural development. The result and discussion are related to the theme of village development planning in the infrastructure sector, showing that there are 145 concepts in the study of village development planning.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research study. This research aims to 1) study important factors in the development of the tourist village of Pujon Kidul 2) study sought to answer how Pujon Kidul drives the development of a tourism village. Data were collected using in- depth interviews. Discussions from key informants such as a head of Pujon Kidul village, and non-participatory interviews. The study results show that the governance of the development of the Pujon Kidul tourism village has 4 important factors for development: 1) Human Capital most people in the village receive the training of working skills resulting from the cooperation of nearby villages to have skills in the problems encountered are that the people in the village have an education at the elementary level. Therefore is an obstacle to development 2) Local Participation is led by the head of the village that is the main determinant and determination the people in the village cooperate and follow the leader. 3) Financial Management the development budget of the village is mainly from the capitalization of the people in the village, beginning with the head of the village. 4) Managerial Skill the head of the village has used strategic management by able to manage village development including the development of the agricultural and resources of the village to increase value. Governance of the development of Pujon Kidul tourism village the most encouraging factors are local participation and managerial skills both factors are ready for development. People in the village are active and involved in development. Including the ability of the leader to create a point of sale for the community, planning, decisions, and add value to community resources as for the other two factors is still a management difficulty in human capital, people still lack access to basic education which is an important foundation local governments should emphasize and attend of this and financial management factors lack government support which is considered as the main factor in the development.

Abstract

       The development of Tourism based on local economic is very important, and in many regions with unique physical characteristics that are rich in natural resources which can be further developed to be a popular tourist destination and able to stimulate the local economy such as together The purpose of this research is to find the development of tourism based on local economic in Pujon Kidul village and to find any problems and obstacles in local economic development of local government including the well-being of the community. The main problem that may be a deterrent to development is human resources from the community, because most people in the community There is still relatively little participation in community activities, including the interest in development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, including secondary data and data collection from interviews. There is a descriptive description. Tourism development is based on the local economy, with an emphasis on management in two principles, agriculture and animal husbandry, from the results of this study it can be concluded that an important step in the development of local economy-based tourism is territorial diagnosis and institutional mapping, the process of growing sensitivity, and creating a local forum / regionally. The implementation of these three steps can be said to have been successfully implemented in Pujon Kidul village.Therefore, the study concludes that local economic development and the identification of obstacles to self-government, including what can be resolved quickly, make tourism development more efficient and lead to the fact that local people Can make money To the community for a better quality of life and well-being.

Abstract

Kawasan rumah pangan lestari (KRPL) merupakan sebutan bagi rumah penduduk yang mengusahakan pekarangan secara intensif agar bisa dimanfaatkan dengan tujuan menjamin kesinambungan penyediaan bahan pangan rumah tangga yang berkualitas. Keberadaan KRPL tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peran dan upaya kelompok masyarakat yang secara bersama-sama mengusahakan pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan secara berkelanjutan. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang mempunyai peran besar dalam memaksimalkan KRPL ialah Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). KRPL Dusun Maron, Desa Pujon Kidul merupakan KRPL percontohan di Kabupaten Malang, yang berada di bawah pengelolaan ibu-ibu setempat yang tergabung dalam KWT Dapog. Secara umum, program KRPL yang dirancang oleh KWT Dapog bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi warga desa. Akan tetapi terdapat problem kelembagaan yang tampak dari banyaknya  anggota-anggota KWT yang tidak aktif. Berangkat dari masalah tersebut, pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan manajemen organisasi KWT Dapog sebagai upaya memaksimalkan program kawasan rumah pangan lestari di Dusun Maron, Desa Pujon Kidul. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam bentuk training, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan pendampingan. Seluruh kegiatan yang diselenggarakan berlangsung pada Agustus-Desember 2020, dan melibatkan semua anggota KWT Dapog yang terdiri dari 15 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini pada akhirnya bermuara pada adanya pembaruan struktur dan susunan organisasi KWT Dapog serta terbentuknya akun media sosial KWT Dapog yang difungsikan sebagai sarana promosi produk hasil olahan tani.

Abstract

This study focuses on the "SuratKu" electronic mail innovation made by the Kulon Progo Regency Communication and Information Office. The innovation aims to support good governance in the correspondence management process so that it is faster, more precise and accurate. This is a form of the bureaucratic digitilization process. Specifically, this paper tries to see how the developed information technology innovations can facilitate communication and coordination between government agencies/government to government in Kulon Progo Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. And for the results, the data was analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The results showed that after going through various stages of testing and testing the feasibility of the SuratKu innovation, the implementation of the SuratKu innovation had run smoothly and was able to provide more effective and efficient mail administration services so that it could be adopted for implementation and use in all regional organizations.

Abstract

Public private partnership exists as a form of government innovation to improve the quality of public services. This is why every government agency continues to be required to continue to innovate. In the context of tourism development during the Malang city pandemic. TIC (Tourist Information Center) is an application that is being developed by the Malang City Government which is prepared to promote the tourism sector in Malang City, which is then carried out in collaboration between Gojek and Malang City Government. Malang City Government uses a public private partnership model of cooperation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. As for the data collection technique is done by observation, interviews and documentation. As for the research subjects include the head of government, as well as field staff and Disporapar Malang. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of tourism in Malang City during the pandemic by using a public private partnership model, besides that also to find out what factors are obstacles in its implementation. The results of this study indicate that tourism development using the PPP cooperation model in Malang City has been running which then produces an application called TIC. However, for now the TIC application that was formed is still not linked or integrated with the Gojek application. Abstract

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the theme of political identity. This topic has recently become a center of attention and the strengthening of right-wing populism, for example, has succeeded in giving victory to several leaders such as Donald Trump, Josh Bolzonaro, and Duterte. Using the Scopus database from 2016 through 2021, concept mapping and clustering related to the theme of political identity will be seen. Data was collected through searching the Scopus database with the keyword political identity which resulted in 520 related articles. The data analysis focused on cluster analysis, dominant topics, related themes, and mapping of political identity study topics, based on the number of articles visualized and analyzed using VOSviewer and WordStat 8 software. This research shows that the study of political identity has four dominant keywords that often appear, namely: Political Identity, identity, Politics, and Political Ideology. This means that these four topics are the main focus of attention written by most authors. This shows that the topic of politics is very closely related to its use as a basis for one’s politics and will become a big challenge for democracy in the future.

Abstract

 Malang City has the characteristics of disasters such as floods, landslides, and earthquakes, so community readiness in facing an upcoming disaster is needed. One of the coping strategies is through the Tangguh Disaster Village, which is a community capacity-building activity to protect themselves from the threat of disaster and the community as the main executor in dealing with disasters in disaster-prone areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Tangguh Disaster Village in Bandungrejosari Village as an effort to reduce disaster risk in Malang City. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results show that in implementing Disaster Resilience, after carrying out disaster socialization and simulation, the community, especially vulnerable groups, can know and understand what they should do when a disaster occurs through disaster risk reduction.

Abstract

Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT DD) is assistance specifically for people affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic, especially for the poor. Evaluation of the Village Fund BLT management is needed to avoid fraud because it relates to the community. Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT DD) comes from the Village Fund. This research aims to find out how evaluation of the Management of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT DD) During a Pandemic in Arjowilangun Village, Kalipare Malang Regency, in 2021. Researchers used descriptive, qualitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the coordinator of the Village Fund BLT data collection officer for COVID-19/welfare, the Village Fund BLT data collection officer, and some of the community recipients of the Village Fund BLT in Arjowilangun Village. Using evaluation indicators, according to William N. Dunn, are effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, responsiveness, and alignment. The results of this study indicate that the management of Village Fund BLT in Arjowilangun Village for data collection on Village Fund BLT recipients is in accordance with the specified mechanism. However, there are indications that BLT Village Fund recipients will receive other assistance

Abstract

Increasing municipal waste is generated from every human activity. The purpose ofthe research is related to innovation in waste management using waste to energytechnology in the utilization of waste in the Supit Urang Landfill. Gas emissions fromlandfills that are piled up in landfills not only try to reduce and prevent humans, theenvironment and the earth from damage, but also the use of renewable energy.Descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques throughdocumentation, interviews and observation of field studies. Data analysis techniquesthrough the data collection of field study results (written or oral), examined, reduceduntil later drawn conclusions. Using Roger's innovation theory. The research resultsshow that the problem of waste is not only borne by the government. Wastemanagement must be completed from upstream to downstream from the communitysettlement to the final disposal site. The renewal of the management system in the useof waste has been in effect since the program decentralization from the Ministry ofPublic Works and Public Housing to the Department of Environment to build thelatest technology-based waste disposal system. German assistance in infrastructuredevelopment has been a factor in the success of the renewal of the Supit Urang landfillwaste utilization system. The output of the waste to energy program is electricity andgas. Increased energy production from landfills has benefited the community and alsolocal governments as energy producers.
