Work productivity essentially includes an attitude that always has the view that today's work methods must be better than yesterday's work methods and the work that can be achieved tomorrow must be more or of higher quality than the work achieved today. The job description does not discuss the problem of people or employees in the company, but issues regarding the scope of activities, basic functions, main tasks, job names, authorities, responsibilities, assessment criteria and also the results. Work facilities in principle focus on office or company work, namely helping to serve various activities or smooth work and also being a means of support in various company activities that are physical and can be used in normal company activities. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the job description variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variable job description and facilities on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari.

Work ethic is important as the totality of the employee's personality and the way employees express, perceive, believe and give meaning to something that encourages them to act in achieving optimal work results. Motivation is a set of forces that come from within and from outside a person who encourages him to work better and is willing to spend a higher level of effort to achieve the direction and goals that the company wants to achieve. Loyalty is the nature of an employee who is willing to participate in achieving company goals with all his abilities, skills, thoughts and time and keeps company secrets and does not take actions that harm the company as long as the employee is still active in the company. Regression analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample of 73 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation and work loyalty on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. While partially found the motivation variable has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. Partially, it was found that the work loyalty variable had a significant effect on the work ethic of the employees of PT. United Rope.

Intellectual Intelligence is able to work to measure speed, measure new things, store and recall objective information and play an active role in calculating numbers and others. Soft Skills are abilities beyond technical and academic abilities, which prioritize intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Recruitment is a process that begins with a desire to fill available job vacancies until the applicant submits his application file. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. The research scale used is a Likert scale. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that partially, each variable of intellectual intelligence and soft skills has a significant effect on work conflict at PT. Sequis Life Medan. PT. Bank Central Asia is one of the largest private banks in Indonesia which was founded in 1957 which is managed directly by the Djarum Group. The development of BCA in Medan is also considered to be very significant so that it requires various assistance in establishing sub-branches so that the entire community can provide the facilities provided by the company and one of them is: Bank Central Asia, Surabaya road sub-branch. There was a decrease in the number of new customers, both those who opened savings or who applied for credit, which were obtained by PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya Medan. Weaknesses in the product attributes offered by the company. The implementation of direct marketing by employees of KCP Jalan Surabaya is rare because many customers from KCP Jalan Surabaya inform employees never to offer products over the phone because it is considered to interfere with customer activities every day. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 114 customers with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 89. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between product attribute variables and direct marketing on the purchasing decisions of PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya. The sales target is the value to be achieved when the business is doing marketing. Customer loyalty is evidence of consumer loyalty to use a product or service continuously because having high satisfaction with the product or service to be used will tend to arise to recommend products or services to other potential customers. Buying interest is a desire to buy a product or service due to both external and internal influences where previously an evaluation of the product or service to be purchased was carried out. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The results of the study partially proved that customer loyalty had a significant positive effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur. The results of the study partially proved that buying interest had a significant positive effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur. A job description is a written statement about the description of a job, its conditions, and relationships with other parts of the organization. Job descriptions are an important part of the human resource development system. Work commitment is an attitude that shows more than just formal membership, but also includes an attitude of liking the organization and a willingness to put forth a high level of effort for the benefit of the organization in order to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training and job desk on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population in the study was 75 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between the training and job desk variables on employee loyalty at PT. Prosperity Mainstay of Palm Oil. The company has goal of making profit so the company's performance increases well. The concept of measuring financial performance is done by making financial analysis such as measuring company finances with financial ratio analysis. Ratio analysis that can be used by companies is Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), or Return On Assets (ROA). This research technique is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Primary data were collected and obtained through observational interviews, documentation studies and literature studies, secondary data obtained from literature related to the research topic. Financial reports as the object of research. The results show the analysis of PT.BUANA's financial performance with EVA measurement has a positive increase from 2019 to 2020. Financial performance with EVA has a positive increase which can prove the company operates consistently. In profit, analysis of PT.BUANA's financial performance with the measurement of FVA experienced a negative decline from 2019 to 2020. A negative decline can prove the level of net income generated by the company cannot cover investment in assets in the company. Analysis of PT.BUANA's financial performance with ROA decreased in percentage from 2019 to 2020. This proves the company's ability to use capital and generate profits has decreased.

Bank Mestika is a private city bank domiciled in the city of Medan. Initially, Bank Mestika's efficiency performance evaluation was measured using financial ratios, but according to some experts the efficiency assessment could not be done partially but had to take into account all existing outputs and inputs. The purpose of the study was to find out how the level of efficiency of Bank Mestika is based on the size of the bank as seen from total assets using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach. In this study, the object of research is banking efficiency, which is assessed by the size of the bank measured by total assets, BOPO is measured from interest income, interest expense, while ROA is measured from profit before tax with total assets. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is used to measure banking efficiency in 2020 at Bank Mestika which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk is also facing inefficiency, meaning that the economic activity unit has not been able to allocate its resources optimally. The DEA approach can see the source of inefficiency by measuring the potential improvement of each input.

Belawan Indah adalah Perusahaan Transportasi Darat Terbesar & Terbesar Di Sumatera yang berlokasi di JL. Raya Pelabuhan I, Simpang Kampung Salam No.1, Medan. PT. Belawan Indah merupakan perusahaan dengan kas dan modal kerja yang besar, namun dalam 3 tahun terakhir terjadi penurunan tren laba perusahaan. Melihat hal tersebut maka pengelolaan kas dan modal kerja pada perusahaan sangat diperlukan dan perlu mendapat perhatian lebih dari pihak perusahaan, agar diupayakan dengan sebaik mungkin agar tidak terjadi penurunan laba di tahun berikutnya yang dapat mempengaruhi laba perusahaan. likuiditas yang tidak terjaga. Jumlah kas yang tersedia di perusahaan tidak dapat dipertahankan sehingga posisi likuiditas tidak mencukupi. Penggunaan dan pengelolaan modal kerja tidak berjalan dengan baik sehingga posisi likuiditas tidak baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan bulanan perusahaan mulai tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021 sebanyak 60 laporan keuangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh pada seluruh populasi yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara parsial antara cash management terhadap likuiditas sehingga H1 diterima. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara parsial antara modal kerja terhadap likuiditas sehingga H2 dapat diterima. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara cash management dan modal kerja terhadap likuiditas. Kata Kunci : Cash Management, Modal Kerja, Likuiditas
