Abstract

Background: The trend of giving birth using the blowing method is used in a repetitive pattern for breathing exercises. There are many advantages of this steady, rhythmic breathing pattern during labor one of which is that the abdominal cavity can grow in size as a result of the increased relaxation of the abdominal muscles caused by breathing exercises. Purpose of Writing: To Influence the Trend of Childbirth Using the Blowing Method with Perineal Rupture Events at TPMB Ika Fatmawati in 2022. Research Methods: In this study, it was an experimental (quasi-experimental) design with The Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design with a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study is the total sampling of 30 people. divided into 2 groups, namely 15 people in the intervention group and 15 people in the control group. The sampling technique used was a strategy to identify the sample by taking respondents who happened to be available or the time available at the location according to the needs of the study. The inclusion criteria were women who gave birth normally, while the exclusion criteria were TBBJ counts of more than 3800 grams. Results: Results of statistical test analysis independent sample t test obtained Asymp. Sig (2 – Talled), namely 0.004 < α (0.05) it can be concluded that there is an influence of the trend of blowing births with perineal rupture events at TPMB Ika Fatmawati in 2022. Conclusions and suggestions: The results of this study are expected that midwives can carry out the trend of giving birth by blowing and making the mother's mood calm so that it can reduce the incidence of perineal rupture.

Abstract

Pain that lasts from the first stage to the third stage of labor is referred to as labor pain. Apart from being a subjective experience, labor pain is also the result of physical sensations caused by uterine contractions, cervical dilatation and effacement, and fetal descent. Purpose of Writing: to determine the Effectiveness of the Rebozo and Effleurage Techniques in Reducing Contraction Pain During Labor at TPMB Lina Maryati in 2022. Research Methods: In this study it was experimental (quasi-experimental) with a control group design and an experimental group with a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was a total sampling of 15 people. The sample technique used was accidental sampling. Research results: between using the rebozo and effleurage techniques before and after the mean rank was 8.00 and the sum rank was 120.00. A value of 15 means that this result indicates a decrease (reduction) from the value before and after meaning that all respondents who experienced contraction pain during labor had a reduction in contraction pain using rebozo and effleurage so that it was concluded that there was a significant difference in the pain scale of contractions before and after the rebozo technique was carried out and effleurage, thus it can be concluded that the rebozo and effleurage techniques are effective in reducing contraction pain or in other words, there is effectiveness of the rebozo and effleurage techniques in reducing contraction pain during labor. Conclusions and Suggestions: can be a guideline for health workers, especially midwives in applying this technique to mothers in labor in an effort to reduce or eliminate pain experienced by mothers during contractions.

However, the intervention group was more active for 24 hours compared to the control group with a P value of 0.000 which indicated that pregnancy massage had an impact on fetal movements in the womb during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy at Novi Salim Rajeg TPMB 2022. Conclusions and Suggestions: It is hoped that the results of this research can be applied by making SOPs for complementary therapy, especially in giving massage to pregnant women or pregnancy massage, which has been proven to be very helpful for pregnant women's discomfort during the second and third trimesters so that it helps mothers feel relaxed and comfortable.

Abstract

Background : An iron-rich protein called hemoglobin has an affinity for oxygen, which causes it to produce oxyhemoglobin in red blood cells. O2 (oxygen) will be transported from the lungs to the body's tissues as a result of this function. Purpose of Writing: to determine the Effectiveness of Mung Beans and Katuk Leaves on Increased Hemoglobin Levels in Mothers Giving Birth at TPMB Rennie Yuwitasari Year 2022”. Research Method : This research is an experiment designed One – group pre test – post test design. A sample of 15 people with a quantitative approach. The study population was 20 postpartum mothers who attended TPMB Rennie Yuwitasari. The sampling method used consisted of a total sample of 20 people who were divided into two groups, namely 10 groups receiving green beans and 10 groups receiving katuk leaves. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Research results: It is known that the Hb assessment before giving katuk leaves obtained an average value of 10.300 and a standard deviation of 0.7832 with a minimum Hb rating of 8.8 and a maximum of 11.4 while after giving katuk leaves , the mean value was 11.230, with a standard deviation of 0.5877, and the Hb value ranged from 9.8 to 12.0. We got Asimp. The Sig (2-Sided) value is 0.169, and because 0.169 > 0.05 the hypothesis is not proven. This means that there is no difference in giving katuk leaves or green beans to increase hemoglobin levels. So that it can be concluded that bivariate data analysis, namely green beans and katuk leaves have the same effectiveness value in increasing Hb levels in postpartum mothers at TPMB Rennie Yuwitasari. Conclusions and Suggestions: The findings of this study are expected to increase postpartum mothers' understanding of increasing Hb levels by consuming green beans and katuk leaves which have been proven to increase Hb levels.

Abstract

Background : In the majority of first-time births, perineal tears last for some time. Unexpected tension that occurs in the head or body of the hatchlings causes tears in the skin and perineal tissue Writing Purpose: to determine the Effectiveness of Pregnant Squat Exercise with Perineal Rupture in Maternity Mothers at TPMB Siti Salmah Year 2022 Research Methods: this type of quantitative research uses an experimental design (quasi-experimental) ) with the Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. The total population of this study was 30 mothers giving birth at TPMB Sti Salmah divided into 15 intervention groups and 15 control groups. Research Results: The results of the independent sample test obtained Asymp. Sig (2 – Sided) has a value of 0.001, because 0.001 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a difference between doing pregnancy exercise in the squat position and not doing pregnancy exercise in the squat position on the incidence of perineal rupture in pregnant women so that it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of pregnancy exercise in the squat position with perineal rupture in maternity mothers at TPMB Siti Salmah in 2022 Conclusions and Suggestions: Expected results this research allows midwives to do pregnancy exercises in a squatting position. This research will also serve as a guide for its implementation, making it easier for patients, especially pregnant women, to prepare for delivery to prevent perineal rupture.
