Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara agraris dan pembangunan di bidang pertanian menjadi prioritas utama. Berbagai cara dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan intensitas tanam dan pemberian air irigasi yang efektif dan efisien. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai indeks kinerja sistem irigasi dan besar angka kebutuhan nyata operasi dan pemeliharaan. Penilaian menggunakan blangko yang sesuai dengan peraturan menteri pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rayat Republik Indonesia nomor 12/PRT/M/2015 tentang eksploitasi dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi. Nilai indeks kinerja eksisting daerah irigasi Karang asem sebesar 53,83% yang berarti kurang dan perlu diperhatikan. Rencana kegiatan operasi dan pemeliharaan meliputi: melaksanakan pola tanam yang sudah direncanakan dan sudah disetujui oleh dinas, melaksanakan pembagian dan pemberian air sesuai dengan pedoman yang direncanakan, mengatur pintu air yang ada di bangunan utama dan bangunan pelengkap, penambahan personil dalam kegiatan pemeliharaan, memberikan minyak pelumas pada bagian pintu, pengecatan pintu, membersikan tanaman liar, sampah dan kotoran yang ada disekitar saluran dan bangunan.  Besar Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan di Daerah Karang Asem sebesar Rp. 235,132,238.34.  Indonesia is an agricultural country and the development in agriculture becomes a top priority. Various ways can be done to increase production, one of them by increasing the intensity of planting and irrigation water delivery is effective and efficient. This study aims to know the value of the performance index of irrigation systems and large numbers of real needs of operation and maintenance. Assessment using printing in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Public Works and housing of the Republic of Indonesia number 12/PRT/M/2015 concerning the exploitation and maintenance of irrigation networks. The value of existing performance index of Karang Asem irrigation area 53.83% which means less and worth noting. Planned operation and maintenance activities include: Implementing a planned planting pattern and has been approved by the service, implementing the division and water supply in accordance with the planned guidelines, regulating the existing water doors in the main building and auxiliary buildings, the addition of personnel in the maintenance activities, providing lubricating oil on the door, painting the door, giving the crops, garbage and dirt that exist around the channel. Large number of real needs of operation and maintenance in the area of Karang Asem Rp. 235,132,238.34.

Abstract

Besarnya kemungkinan erosi membuat tampungan Sabo Dam yang ada di DAS     Konto hulu harus di perhatikan, karena Bangunan Sabo Dam ini bertujuan untuk menampung endapan erosi di Sungai Konto agar Waduk Selorejo tidak bertambah sedimentasinya, terlebih dengan adanya bencana alam Gunung Kelud meletus yang berpotensi meningkat kan terjadinya erosi di DAS Konto. Untuk itu perlu adanya kajian tentang tampungan Sabo Dam agar dapat menampung sedimen dengan optimal. Denganimenggunakan metodeiUSLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) dilakukan perhitungan sedimen diperoleh hasil 144.858,45 m³, Berdasarkan pengukuran dan pengamatan dilapangan. Sabo Dam dalam kondisi penuh oleh sedimen, Hasil analisis perhitungan tampungan Sabo sebesar 650.760 m³,  dengan membuat simulasi tampungan, dapat disimpulkan Sabo Dam Tokol berada pada kondisi dead storage pada masa operasi 5 tahun, maka Sabo Dam tokol harus dilakukan pengerukan dan rehabilitasi setiap 5 tahun.

Abstract

Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia, is an area with a high potential for shrimp aquaculture because these areas meet the criteria for candidate vaname shrimp aquaculture. Probolinggo in tropical regions with stable climate dan sea waves that have the potential for vaname shrimp aquaculture. The analysis required the following data: tidal data, topographic maps, network layouts, and water quality data for shrimp. This research was conducted by using the facilities at the brackish water and Marine Fisheries Laboratory of Probolinggo; an eco-green aquaculture circulation system was modeled and assessed using shrimp pond. First, the survey was located in Probolinggo City area, with coordinates 7° 44? 30.03? S and 113° 13? 58.68?. The methods used hydrological analysis: Water needs analysis for aquaculture irrigation based on the rules given by the Food and Agriculture Organization and water circulation analysis (Feedpedia, 2016). Material strength analysis of the embankments of the model pools: The comparison of area ratio toward embankment type dimension, design of dike and ponds, water filling discharge of brackish-water pond, and stages for ponds model design development. The results of the research suggested that dike should be planned to be as high as 1.5 m at the highest tide. The results of observations and tables of tidal recordings that had been verified then became the primary benchmark for planning the shrimp pond bottom. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the tidal height in the study location areas ranged from 2.5 to 3 m. A total of 80% of the area was used for production ponds.

Abstract

The main problem with the availability of ground water is generally due to the relatively deep wells of residents (information from residents of more than 50 m), so that it requires very expensive production well excavation costs, especially for villagers. Many people in Tegalweru Village, Dau District, Malang Regency still have not utilized the potential of groundwater in the area. The use of clean water is still sourced from other than ground water. This is because there is no information related to the presence of groundwater. The purpose of the study was to determine the soil layer that has groundwater potential (aquifer) based on the distribution of resistivity values and can be used as a basis for consideration in making boreholes. Based on geoelectrical data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that the groundwater potential in the garden area has good groundwater potential by identifying several aquifer layers up to a depth of 145 meters. The geoelectric point rock lithology no. 01, 02 and 03 consists of top soil, tuff and breccia layers.

Abstract

Probolinggo merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan potensi budidaya perikanan yang cukup tinggi. Hasil produksi budidaya perikanan cukup tinggi ditunjang oleh beberapa faktor antara lain benih, kondisi topografi alam, kondisi hidrologis dan desain kawasan. Dengan menggunakan fasilitas pada Laboratorium Perikanan Air Payau dan Laut Probolinggo dengan lahan seluas 5285,29 m2 dilakukan model perencanaan desain kolam dan manajemen air untuk produksi udang. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah analisa hidrologi dan analisa kekuatan material timbunan terhadap model kolam yang dibuat. Model kolam yang dibuat terbagi menjadi 4 bagian, bagian pembenihan; pendederan; sirkulasi; dan ipal. Parameter yang dipergunakan sebagai dasar tingkat keberhasilan adalah besaran produksi dari budidaya.

Abstract

The overflow of the Sadar River often causes flooding, which is detrimental to the community. Effective measures to address the flood problem require a good quality and quantity of rainfall data. This study aims to develop an isohyetal map of design rainfall for various return periods using the interpolation linear method. The design rainfall is computed using frequency analysis of Log Normal, Gumbel, and Log Person III distributions with return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years. The isohyet map was produced using the Inverse Distance Weight (IDW) and spline interpolation methods. The map results are then evaluated against the design rainfall values obtained from the frequency analysis using the NSE and RSR parameters. The IDW and spline interpolation maps show an excellent level of fit. Furthermore, the isohyet map was compared with the design rainfall map issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, which shows a level of fit of 49.693% for the IDW method and 33.194% for the spline method. The results confirmed that the IDW method is the most accurate to estimate isohyet map of design rainfall in the study area.

Abstract

Currently, Batu City is experiencing rapid development both in terms of population and the amount of land building. Where development is uncontrolled and not balanced by reasonable conservation efforts, it will cause water resource problems such as flooding. So, it is necessary to understand flow patterns better as an actual effort in effective water management and flood hazard mitigation. This study aims to obtain a map of flood-prone areas in the Brantas sub-watershed upstream of Batu City. The primary methodology adopted in this research entails the examination of surface runoff through the utilization of the ArcSWAT program, followed by the analysis of pertinent parameters, including rainfall, land use, soil type, land slope, river density, and surface runoff. Then, scoring and weighting are done before overlaying each parameter to get a flood vulnerability map at the research location. The results of this study indicate that the mapping of flood-prone areas at the most significant research location is at a high level of flood vulnerability of 78.31 km2 or 52.22% of the total area of the watershed.

Abstract

Lahan pertanian di Desa Tlogo, Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar sebagian besar kekurangan air irigasi ketika menghadapi musim kemarau. Instansi terkait telah menanggapi permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun sumur produksi SDBL 661 dengan kapasitas sebesar 40,00 liter/detik guna mengairi lahan seluas 51,6 ha. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mendesain jaringan irigasi guna mengalirkan air dari sumur produksi ke petak-petak sawah. Studi perencanaan jaringan irigasi air tanah yang dilakukan meliputi pehitungan luas daerah oncoran, perencanaan jaringan irigasi air tanah dengan sistem perpipaan, perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya serta analisis ekonomi, dan perencanaan sistem pembagian air. Rencana jaringan irigasi air tanah tersebut meliputi: 1 buah sumur produksi yang telah terbangun, 8 buah titik outlet, dan jaringan pipa berbahan PVC berdiameter 8 inchi dengan panjang total 1.696 meter. Total rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp. 1.484.095.000,00 dan layak secara ekonomi. Penjadwalan pemberian air tiap blok dilakukan secara bergiliran terhadap 8 blok tersier dengan pengoperasian pompa selama 18 jam/hari.

Abstract

Reliable rainfall data is crucial for managing water resources, especially in agricultural regions like the Bodor Sub Watershed. This study comprehensively evaluates two precipitation products, the satellite-based CHIRPS dataset and the reanalysis ERA 5 dataset within the Bodor Sub Watershed. Both products were compared against gauge data at three timescales (monthly, 15-days, 10-days) for seven locations (Bodor Sub Watershed region and six rain gauges). Statistical parameters, including Nash Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), RMSE-observation standard deviation ratio (RSR), Pearson correlation coefficient (CC), and percent bias (PBIAS), were used to assess the performance of each precipitation product. Results consistently demonstrate that ERA 5 outperforms CHIRPS in most locations and time scales, particularly monthly. ERA 5 exhibited superior performance in over 85% of the analyses, with NSE values ranging from 0.164 to 0.862, RSR values from 0.992 to 0.372, and CC values from 0.507 to 0.932. ERA 5 also excelled in 57% of the bias analyses (PBIAS: -13.436 to 10.188). Regional validation consistently showed more favorable results compared to gauge-based validation. Additionally, data availability significantly influences product accuracy, with stations processing longer records exhibiting superior performance. This study offers valuable insights into the suitability of CHIRPS and ERA 5 hydrological applications in Bodor Sub Watershed, particularly in data-scarce regions. It contributes to improved water resources management strategies.

Abstract

Evaluasi kerapatan jaringan stasiun hujan merupakan aspek kritis dalam pemantauan hidrologi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kecukupan kerapatan jaringan 17 stasiun hujan dan satu stasiun pencatat tinggi muka air di Sub-DAS Wonosari, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, berdasarkan standar World Meteorological Organization (WMO). Studi ini menggunakan data curah hujan dan debit air periode 2013-2022, dengan metode analisis meliputi uji konsistensi menggunakan Double Mass Curve Analysis dan RAPS (Rescaled Adjusted Partial Sums), serta analisis kerapatan jaringan menggunakan metode Stepwise dan Poligon Thiessen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stasiun Kejayan memiliki korelasi tertinggi dengan stasiun pencatat tinggi muka air (R=0,712). Kombinasi optimal lima stasiun (Ancar, Klabang, Pinang Pait, Sumber Dumpyong, dan Sukokerto) menghasilkan koefisien korelasi yang sangat kuat (R=0,998). Distribusi stasiun yang ada dinilai belum optimal karena beberapa stasiun memiliki cakupan area yang terlalu kecil (7,83-79,43 km²). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan rasionalisasi jaringan menjadi lima stasiun hujan dengan distribusi merata untuk mengoptimalkan pemantauan hidrologi sekaligus menjaga kualitas data dan efisiensi operasional.
