Abstract

This study aims to prove that the new concept of reciprocal pricing can affect the improvement of MSME performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the sample technique used is Cluster Random Sampling This technique is taken with the argument that this research was conducted in several areas, namely, the tourism area of MSMEs street food vendors, then the building owner sells drinks or other products that are not similar. There were 175 MSMEs that became the object of research using the SEM AMOS analysis tool. Empirical evidence proves that Reciprocal pricing is able to encourage the improvement of MSME performance. Implement a marketing strategy strategy that focuses on building and maintaining marketing relationships between one business unit and another for the long term with the aim of providing different value to customers from competitors. The novelty of this research is Reciprocal Pricing, which is the concept of reciprocal pricing by two or more business units that provide mutual benefits to the agreed price, this variable is thought to improve performance. The implication is that efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs need to use the concept of Reciprocal Pricing in this research which is proven to encourage the improvement of MSME performance. The implementation of reciprocal pricing in improving the performance of MSMEs in tourism areas is proven to increase the number of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment and the involvement of temporary employees on employee retention and to examine the effect of the mediating variable on job satisfaction. The object of research is DINDAGKOP UKM in Demak Regency. The method of collecting data is through a survey on 119 honorary employees of DINDAGKOP UKM. Sampling using nonprobability sampling. The results of the study explain that the work environment and employee engagement do not affect employee retention, but the work environment and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a mediating variable of the relationship between the work environment and employee engagement on employee retention. This research implies that the human capital unit must have an employee retention plan, not only focusing on personnel administration by ignoring employee retention because it will have a bad impact on the organization. Because employee turnover increases, it will have an impact on work discomfort and can reduce employee work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Lean Healthcare and Service Excellence on patient loyalty with operational efficiency as a mediating variable in a specialized metabolic pharmacy network. A quantitative study with an explanatory design was conducted on patients at 11 branches of GlucoCare Pharmacy using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results showed that Lean Healthcare and Service Excellence had a positive and significant effect on operational efficiency, with Service Excellence as the strongest predictor. Both also had a direct positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Furthermore, operational efficiency was proven to have a significant effect on patient loyalty and served as a partial mediator (complementary mediation) in the relationship between Lean Healthcare and Service Excellence on patient loyalty. The research model demonstrated strong explanatory power for the variation in operational efficiency and patient loyalty.

Abstract

The maritime education sector faces complex challenges in preparing competent seafarers amid the rapid advancement of digital technology. This study investigates the effect of artificial intelligence-based simulations and AI-based competency assessments on competency achievement levels among nautical cadets at Indonesian maritime training institutions. The research design employed a convergent parallel mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative and qualitative methods to gain a comprehensive understanding. Quantitative data were collected from 150 cadets using a validated questionnaire. In comparison, qualitative data were obtained through in-depth semi-structured interviews with fifteen instructors and ten cadets. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the research model significantly predicted cadet competency achievement. The findings indicate that AI-based assessments exert a stronger influence than AI simulations in improving competency. The qualitative exploration highlighted adaptive feedback mechanisms and personalized learning pathways as critical success factors in implementing learning technologies. This study provides empirical evidence for maritime institutions to prioritize strategic investments in AI-based assessment systems while maintaining a human-centered pedagogy. The research contribution lies in integrating fourth industrial revolution technologies into the training, certification, and watchkeeping standards compliance framework for seafarers, thereby strengthening Indonesia's maritime education ecosystem and aligning it with international standards.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important strategy for improving transparent, accountable, and high-integrity village governance. The utilization of digital technology is considered capable of supporting the successful implementation of the Anti-Corruption Village Program, particularly when supported by adequate public information transparency. This study aims to analyze the effect of the utilization of digital technology on the successful implementation of the Anti-Corruption Village Program, with village public information transparency as a moderating variable. The study uses a mixed-methods approach with a concurrent triangulation design, involving 75 respondents using a total sampling technique. Quantitative data were analyzed using the JASP application through descriptive statistics and Moderated Multiple Regression, while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis of in-depth interview results. The results show that digital technology utilization has a positive and significant effect on the successful implementation of the Anti-Corruption Village Program; digital technology utilization also has a positive effect on village public information transparency, and public information transparency is proven to strengthen the relationship between digital technology utilization and the successful implementation of the Anti-Corruption Village Program. These findings indicate that the success of the Anti-Corruption Village Program is determined not only by the level of village government digitalization, but also by the quality of public information transparency that supports community oversight. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between digitalization and transparency as a foundation for strengthening clean, accountable, and sustainable village governance.
