Abstract

The first purpose of the research were to identify and analyze potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and potential area to support development agrotourism Bukit Flora. The second purpose is to identify and analize internal and external environment agrotourism Bukit Flora the factors into strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities and threats for development  agrotourism of Bukit Flora and the last purpose in this research is formulate appropriate strategies for development strategy of agrotourism Bukit Flora.Data analysis method use descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and identify the main factors to give weight to the factors that we have setconsisting of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats by comparing the rows and columns of each variable on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE). While the use of qualitative analysis in the form of a SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix IE matrix is used to analyze the development of agrotourism strategy using analysisQSPM.IFE total weighted scores of 2.56 and 2.30 for EFE. Placing agro Bukit Flora is in cell V. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, it can be obtained by four alternative strategies that can be taken in the development of agro Bukit Flora. Based on the results QSPM matrix, the value of the attraction was highest at 3 strategy with the total amount of the appeal (TAS) was 6.26.

Abstract

Orange is one type of fruit that is highly favored by the people. Citrus marketing is a whole system of business activities aimed at planning, pricing, promoting and distributing goods and services that can satisfy the needs of both the buyers there maupum potential buyers. Marketing itself serves to connect producers with consumers or also known as distributions. Distribution is the most important component, because if there is an error in this election could complicate efforts distribution of goods and services from producers to consumers.This study aimed to analyze the share, margins, and profits of manufacturers in every distribution channel of distribution channels and marketing efficiency sweet oranges in the District Dau, Malang as one of the centers of citrus production in East Java. This research is a quantitative research by questionnaire. Determination of respondents using stratified random sampling method of research. The division responen strata by strata of income. Variable observations in this study include marketing channels fruit sweet orange, the sales volume of citrus fruit once harvested (tonnes / ha), production costs incurred farmer (Rp / ha), the selling price (USD / ton), marketing costs (USD / Ha ) and the shrinkage of the product (Kg / year). Marketing efficiency oranges indicated parts prices received by farmers (25%) of the price of inputs, while 50% are owned by village traders (62.5%) value is the highest profit to retailers, amounting to Rp 3,000 to the value of margin is USD 2,328 and the value of the lowest profit are collectors of Rp 1,000 to Rp 827 margin value

Abstract

The development of the Mendong Craft Agro-Industry Center in Malang Regency has experienced several obstacles, including inadequate infrastructure conditions, low training capacity, the dominance of middlemen, non-functioning institutions, and low specialization and competitiveness of the center. This research aimed to identify characteristics and factors that influence development using multivariate factor analysis, develop concepts and strategies using SWOT and IFAS-EFAS analysis, and develop development directions (physical-spatial) for the Mendong Crafts agro-industry center, Malang Regency. The Mendong Crafts agro-industry center in Malang Regency has the characteristics of local economic development except for organizational structure, RD, legal entities, and collaboration with capital institutions. The characteristics of clusters are spatial proximity, interaction, combination of competencies, and identity.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the role of farmer groups in the successful distribution of subsidized fertilizers. This study uses a descriptive method approach and data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. The result shows the role of farmer groups in distributing subsidized fertilizers in Klampok Village, Singosari District with the following percentages: meetings between farmer groups 84%, visits to the Ministry of Industry and Trade 100%, farmer group knowledge about fertilizers subsidized 100%, discussions about subsidized fertilizers 69%, information about subsidized fertilizers 79%, participation of farmer groups by attending meetings with the Ministry of Industry and Trade 85%, implementation of subsidized fertilizer distribution programs 99%, meaning that the role of farmer groups in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers has been carried out successfully, such as extension workers helping and guiding farmers in preparing RDKK (Definitive Needs Group Plans)
