Abstract

Crime of theft that has a loss value of under two million five hundred rupiahbased on Article 1 and Article 2 of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2012concerning Adjustment of Light Tipring and the Amount of Fines in the Criminal Codequalify as a misdemeanor. As a misdemeanor, the investigation and trial process iscarried out with a quick event. However, in practice, problems and constraints faced bylaw enforcement officers who are members of the criminal justice system arise,especially the police as investigators who are authorized by law to implement theprovisions of the Regulation as happened in the investigation of criminal cases of theftin the Resort Police Criminal Investigation Unit Padang City.

Abstract

Keadaan tindak pidana secara umum di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Sektor Gunung Talang setiap tahunnya selalu menjadi persoalan kamtibmas di nagari. Adanya berbagai problema kejahatan yang terjadi di masyarakat tentunya harus dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk menekan angka tindak pidana bahkan meniadakannya. Perlunya eksistensi Bhabinkamtibmas dalam mengemban tugas sebagai pengemban fungsi Polmas memiliki tugas dan fungsi yang sangat strategis dalam mewujudkan kemitraan dengan masyarakat, sehingga secara bersamaan mampu mendeteksi gejala-gejala yang dapat menimbulkan problema dalam masyarakat terutama dalam pencegahan terjadinya tindak pidana. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya di masyarakat masih ditemui berbagai faktor hambatan dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan tindak pidana baik hambatan yang berasal dari Bhabinkamtibmas itu sendiri maupun dari masyarakat. Eksistensi Bhabinkamtibmas di nagari sudah eksis tapi belum maksimal. Terbukti dengan berkurangnya laporan kasus tindak pidana setiap tahunnya di wilayah hukum Polsek Gunung Talang dapat disimpulkan bahwa eksistensi Bhabinkamtibmas di nagari binaan dapat menekan angka kejadian tindak pidana, namun dikatakan belum maksimal ke semua Bhabinkamtibmas karena masih ada bhabin yang bertempat tinggal jauh dari nagari binaannya, dan karena jumlah masyarakat yang terlalu banyak jadi Bhabinkamtibmas tidak bisa menyambangi satu persatu.

Abstract

Dalam Pasal 184 Ayat (1) KUHAP dijelaskan bahwa keterangan terdakwa dalam persidangan tidak cukup untuk membuktikan terdakwa telah bersalah melakukan suatu tindak pidana tanpa didukung oleh alat-alat bukti lainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim terhadap keterangan terdakwa dalam menjatuhkan putusan pemidanaan kepada satpam pada saat bertugas pada Putusan Nomor: 372/Pid.B/2020/PN.Pdg Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hokum yang in-concreto terhadap putusan Putusan Nomor: 372/Pid.B/2020/PN.Pdg Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder. Terhadap semua data dan bahan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian disusun dan dianalisis secara kualitatif, dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan analisis diperoleh bahwa Pertimbangan hakim Terhadap Keterangan Terdakwa dalam Menjatuhkan Putusan Pemidanaan kepada satpam pada saat bertugas pada Putusan Nomor: 372/Pid.B/2020/PN.Pdg dan Nomor: 373/Pid.B/2020/PN.Pdg telah mencakup pada pertimbangan yuridis dan non-yuridis.

Abstract

The crime of selling a housing unit that has not completed its land title status is regulated in Article 154 of Law Number 1 Year 2011 on Housing and Settlement Areas. The act of selling housing without clear land rights status is very detrimental to the community, especially buyers as consumers who need a house to live in, as happened in Padang City. The criminal responsibility of the defendant who violated this provision was punished with imprisonment for 1 (one) year based on the consideration of the cassation judge in the Supreme Court Decision Number: 635 K/Pid.Sus/2019

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto adalah sebuah lembaga yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pelayanan. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, rumah sakit ini menggunakan aset peralatan teknologi informasi yang diatur oleh unit instalasi teknologi. Aset tersebut sering mengalami kerusakan baik ringan maupun berat, sehingga diperlukan pemeliharaan. Namun, pencatatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan masih secara manual, sehingga kegiatan tersebut menjadi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem informasi tiketing helpdesk berbasis website yang dapat mempercepat pencarian data pemeliharaan aset pada unit IT Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode prototype, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan framework Codeigniter. Sistem yang dibangun sudah melalui beberapa tahap pengujian dan evaluasi menggunakan paired sample t-test, black box testing, white box testing, dan pengujian manfaat menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian manfaat menggunakan ISO 25010 dengan meneliti beberapa aspek diantaranya functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, dan reliability. Aspek tersebut mendapatkan hasil rata-rata functional suitability 98,87%, performance efficiency 94,27%, usability 100%, dan reliability 100%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah staff unit IT RSU St. Elisabeth dalam melakukan proses pemeliharaan aset.

Abstract

Toko Karunia Baru is a sewing equipment shop located at ruko F number 7, Wonokriyo Gombong market, Kebumen, Central Java. In its operations, Toko Karunia Baru still uses manual methods and is not yet computerized. After knowing the problems at Toko Karunia Baru, steps to overcome these problems require an information system that can support Toko Karunia Baru's activities in running its business faster. The purpose of this study is to build a Website-Based Sewing Equipment Sales Information System Design at Toko Karunia Baru that can speed up the recapitulation of sales reports so that they are more efficient. The method used is a prototype, the results of the benefit test show that the average time before using the system is 10.34 and the average time after using the system is 01.58 minutes. With the benefit test using the McCall standard, Correctness was 94.67%, Reliability 91.33% Efficiency was 95%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Design and Construction of a Website-Based Sewing Equipment Sales Information System at the Karunia Baru Store can overcome problems in the utilization of technological facilities and efficiency in managing goods data.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Banyumas Raya merupakan Paguyuban yang mewadahi para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah ke bawah diwilayah Banyumas. Pelaku Usaha Banyumas Raya dikabupaten Banyumas masih mengalami kendala dalam hal pemasaran, karena para PUBR masih mengandalkan pemasaran konvensional dan belum memanfaatkan media sosial secara maksimal sebagai sarana pemasaran produknya. Masih rendahnya pengetahuan dalam teknik pemasaran produk yang dijual. Manajemen dalam PUBR belum berjalan dengan baik karena belum banyak pelaku usaha yang sadar akan keuntungan dalam memaksimalkan kewirausahaan menggunakan teknologi.  Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan digitalisasi dengan menggunakan sarana media sosial sebagai media pemasaran dan memberikan ketrampilan kepada para pelaku PUBR dalam meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan. Pentingnya hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan digitalisasi, disamping meningkatkan pengetahuan, diharapkan pelaku usaha juga mampu memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran produk sehingga penjualan dapat meningkat serta memberikan motivasi kepada pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya bidang digital marketing. Untuk itu pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Yos Purwokerto.

Abstract

Based on Article 363 paragraph (1) of the 4th Criminal Code, people who commit theft carried out by 2 persons together or more are threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 7 years. Therefore the Case of Crime of Theft with Violence using Firearms based on Decision Number: 42 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN.Swl and Decision Number: 43 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN. 1 (one) year and 10 (ten) months, charge the Defendant to pay a court fee of Rp. 5,000.00 (five thousand rupiah) and pay attention to Article 365 paragraph (2) of the 2nd Book of the Criminal Law. The specification of this research is descriptive analytical. While the approach method used is normative juridical. The data source used is secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively analytically. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded; First, the application of a criminal against a member of the National Police who commits a crime of theft with violence using firearms in the decision number: 42 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN.Swl and Decision Number: 43 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN.Swl are: Article 365 paragraph (2) of the 2nd Criminal Code, namely: "A maximum sentence of twelve years imprisonment, is imposed, (2nd) if the act is carried out by two people together or more", with the elements of criminal charges of the Prosecutor General, namely: Whose element of goods; Take something; Elements that are entirely or partially owned by others; Elements With the intention to be owned illegally; Elements That are carried out preceded by, accompanied by, or followed by violence or threats of violence, against a person with a view to preparing or facilitating theft, or in the event of being caught red-handed, to allow themselves to escape or other participants, or to retain possession of stolen property; Elements are carried out by 2 (two) people or more together. Secondly, the consideration of the judge in the application of the criminal to a member of the police who committed a crime of theft with violence using firearms in the decision Number: 42 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN.Swl and Decision Number: 43 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN. Swl are: juridical considerations: prosecutor's indictment, witness testimony, defendant's testimony, evidence. considerations that are non-juridical: the background of the defendant and the religion or belief held by the defendant, the physical and spiritual condition of the defendant, as a result of the defendant's actions

Abstract

The use of firearms for police personnel has been regulated in Article 8 paragraph (1) Perkapolri Number 1 Year 2009 and Article 45 Perkapolri Number 8 Year 2009. Firearms for members of the Police who carry out the function of law enforcement is to make a forced effort through the action of paralyzing, stopping, inhibits the actions of a person or group of people. However, in practice there is still a misuse of the use of firearms carried out in the execution of tasks and outside the execution of duties. The results showed that the use of firearms to improve performance in the prevention of crime in Polresta Padang ranks has been effective because with the many personnel but who have few firearms and only two members who do the misuse of firearms of service not for the benefit of the service and the tendency of decreasing the number of criminal acts.
