Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV XYZ Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sejumlah responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas kerja). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan; (2) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja; dan (3) secara simultan, work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 35 karyawan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja di lingkungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Unregistered marriages are still a common phenomenon in Batam City, causing serious impacts on the status and legal protection of children. Because these marriages are not recognized, children lose their basic rights such as identity, financial support, inheritance, and proper education. This problem is not only individual in nature, but has become a widespread social issue, exacerbated by the high population dynamics in Batam, which are characterized by urbanization, population mobility, and cultural heterogeneity, all of which influence marriage practices in society.This study aims to analyze the legal arrangements for children from unregistered marriages according to Indonesian positive law, the implementation of the rights of children from unregistered marriages in Batam City, and to identify relevant obstacles and solutions. The research focuses on how existing regulations, such as Constitutional Court Decision No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 and the Child Protection Law, are applied in the field and the challenges faced in ensuring the fulfillment of these children's rights. The research method used is a normative and empirical juridical approach.  Data was obtained through an in-depth literature study of legislation and legal doctrine, as well as direct interviews with key informants such as judges from the Religious Court and District Court, the Head of Civil Registration Services at the Batam City Population and Civil Registration Office, and couples who had entered into unregistered marriages. This approach allowed for a comprehensive analysis of the applicable legal norms and the social reality in the field. The research results suggest that the Batam City Government and related agencies should strengthen the protection of children born from unofficial marriages through clear regional policies, administrative sanctions, and simple child recognition procedures. The implementation of children's rights needs to be strengthened through legal socialization, integrated services, community leader involvement, and outreach programs in areas with low registration rates to ensure that every child receives proper recognition and protection.

Abstract

The cross-border community service program under the theme Eco-Connect ASEAN 2025 was implemented on Tanjung Surat Island, Malaysia, with the support of the Johor Customs Office. This program was initiated in response to strategic issues related to the sustainable management of local resources, as well as an effort to strengthen people-to-people diplomacy among ASEAN countries. The primary objective of the program is to utilize Jong (traditional boats that serve as cultural identity and tourist attraction) and Kelulut honey (stingless bees with high economic and ecological value) as means for ecotourism development and local community empowerment. The methods employed included field observation, socialization and education, focused group discussions, and product branding workshops, with a participatory approach to ensure active community involvement. From a public administration perspective, the program emphasizes the strengthening of community-based ecotourism governance, the formation of cross-border networks, and support for achieving the ASEAN 2025 sustainable development agenda.The outcomes of the program include increased community awareness of the importance of ecotourism management, the establishment of discussion groups on Kelulut honey management, the creation of cross-border cooperation networks as part of the Eco-Connect ASEAN initiative, and enhanced community skills in optimizing local potential to support a sustainable economy.

Abstract

PT Mitra Gadai Kepri is one of the Private Pawnshops in Batam City which is licensed by OJK to provide financing products. However, the business of financing activities carried out often occurs Default, especially with Fiduciary Guarantees. Based on the description in this thesis, the problems to be studied are: 1)How is the Legal Arrangement Related to the Settlement of Default Debtors with Fiduciary Guarantees at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri in Batam City. 2)How is the Implementation Related to the Settlement of Debtor Default with Fiduciary Guarantee at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri Partner in Batam City. 3)What Factors are the Obstacles / Constraints and Solutions Related to the Settlement of Default Debtors with Fiduciary Guarantees at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri in Batam City. The method in this research is Normative Legal research supported by empirical research. Therefore, the Legislation and Conceptual approach will be carried out. Used in data collection in this research with Interviews and Literature Studie. The results of the study concluded that consumers who default with fiduciary guarantees due to low understanding of financial literacy. As well as not knowing the existence of regulations governing the protection of consumers and the public in the Financial Services Sector in resolving defaults with fiduciary guarantees. Suggestions in this study are that the OJK and Financial Services Business Actors must increase Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the wider community and include the government in eradicating illegal financial services. Financial Services Business Actors must analyze the ability to pay prospective customers in order to minimize defaults, especially with fiduciary guarantees and must resolve defaults in accordance with applicable regulations. And an appeal to the public to be wiser and more selective in choosing financial service products and institutions that provide these services.
