Abstract

This study investigates how digital capabilities and institutional support shape global market access among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Banyumas Regency. The research integrates technology adoption, organizational readiness, and policy support into a unified structural model to explain MSME internationalization in semi-urban contexts. The objective is to assess the direct effects of digital platform utilization and ICT literacy on global market access, the mediating role of digital business readiness, and the moderating effect of government support. A survey of 125 digitally engaged MSMEs was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings reveal that digital platform utilization (β = 0.163; p = 0.008) and ICT literacy (β = 0.161; p = 0.004) significantly and directly enhance global market access. Both constructs also positively influence digital business readiness digital platform utilization (β = 0.600; p 0.001) and ICT literacy (β = 0.497; p 0.001) which itself contributes to market access (β = 0.154; p = 0.037). Mediation analysis confirms that digital business readiness significantly mediates the relationship between digital capabilities and global market access, with indirect effects of 0.093 (p = 0.045) and 0.077 (p = 0.035) for digital platform utilization and ICT literacy, respectively. Furthermore, government support significantly moderates the effect of digital readiness on market access (β = 0.222; p = 0.002). The model demonstrates strong explanatory power (R² = 0.782 for global market access) and predictive relevance (Q² = 0.507). This study contributes to the digital transformation literature by positioning digital business readiness as a critical enabler of MSME internationalization and highlights the synergistic role of government interventions in amplifying internal digital capabilities. The novelty lies in applying an integrated model to a semi-urban developing economy setting, offering insights for inclusive digital ecosystem design and policy formulation.

Abstract

Creativity is increasingly recognized as a vital skill in digital education, influenced by both psychological and sociocultural factors. This study investigates how psychological empowerment and growth mindset influence creative behavior among digital business students, examining creative self-efficacy as a mediator and cultural context (individualism vs. collectivism) as a moderator. Using stratified proportional random sampling, data were collected from 100 students at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS version 4. Results reveal that psychological empowerment and growth mindset both directly and indirectly enhance creative behavior via creative self-efficacy. Creative self-efficacy emerges as a significant mediating mechanism that amplifies these effects. Furthermore, cultural context moderates the model, with stronger pathways observed in individualistic cultures. These findings underscore the importance of nurturing self-efficacy and mindset within supportive and culturally responsive environments to foster student creativity. Theoretically, this study advances social cognitive theory, self-determination theory, and growth mindset theory by clarifying the joint influence of psychological and cultural factors. Practically, it suggests that creativity development programs centered on empowerment and mindset cultivation should be adapted to fit cultural orientations. This research offers a robust foundation for future investigations into creativity’s psychological and sociocultural antecedents in digital learning contexts.

Abstract

Wayang art, a UNESCO-recognized Indonesian cultural heritage, faces significant challenges in maintaining its relevance amid changing times and modernization. One effort to maintain its sustainability is through innovation in the production process. This community service program aims to empower the Sanggar Puspo Dahono by optimizing the use of cement paper waste as an alternative raw material in making modern Wayang. This activity was conducted within the context of training in processing cement paper waste into usable raw materials, as well as designing and making Wayang with a modern approach. Held in July–August 2025, involving 17 members, artists, and craftsmen. This program also included management training to improve product management and marketing capacity. The results of this activity showed an increase in participant skills, as reflected in the difference in pre-test scores (45%) and post-test scores (85%) in the aspects of material processing and design. Additionally, there was an increase in the skills of members in producing Wayang, with a target of creating five Wayang units during the training. On the managerial side, this activity successfully introduced a structured administrative management system, enhanced members' ability to plan activities, and introduced digital marketing. The local community demonstrated high enthusiasm, reflected in increased knowledge about environmentally friendly arts and a creative economy. Post-training monitoring also revealed increased engagement with audiences on social media, accompanied by a corresponding rise in product sales. The program successfully increased the production of Wayang products, contributing to cultural preservation through a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach.ABSTRAKSeni Wayang, sebagai warisan budaya Indonesia yang diakui UNESCO, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan relevansinya di tengah perkembangan zaman dan modernisasi. Salah satu upaya untuk menjaga keberlanjutannya adalah dengan melakukan inovasi dalam proses produksi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan Kelompok Seni Sanggar Puspo Dahono dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan limbah kertas semen sebagai bahan baku alternatif dalam pembuatan wayang modern. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam rangka pelatihan pengolahan limbah kertas semen menjadi bahan baku yang dapat digunakan, desain, dan pembuatan wayang dengan pendekatan modern. Dilaksanaan pada Juli–Agustus 2025 dengan melibatkan 17 anggota sanggar, seniman dan pengrajin. Program ini juga mencakup pelatihan manajemen untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan dan pemasaran produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta, yang tercermin dari perbedaan skor pre-test (45%) dan post-test (85%) pada aspek pengolahan bahan dan desain, selain itu adanya peningkatan keterampilan anggota sanggar dalam memproduksi wayang modern yang layak jual, dengan target tercapainya lima unit wayang saat sesi pelatihan. Di sisi manajerial, kegiatan ini berhasil memperkenalkan sistem pengelolaan administrasi yang terstruktur, meningkatkan kemampuan anggota dalam merencanakan kegiatan, dan memperkenalkan teknik pemasaran digital. Masyarakat sekitar menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, yang tercermin dari peningkatan pengetahuan tentang seni ramah lingkungan dan ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya. Pemantauan pasca-pelatihan juga menunjukkan peningkatan interaksi dengan audiens di media sosial dan meningkatnya penjualan produk. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas produk wayang, serta memberikan kontribusi pada pelestarian budaya dengan pendekatan yang lebih berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Perawatan Primer menyediakan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis laman daring untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Salah satu manfaat penggunaan sistem informasi adalah untuk mempermudah pelayanan bagi masyarakat di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Untuk memastikan sebuah sistem yang berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, perlu diadakan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menentukan tingkat penerimaan pengguna sistem informasi Perawatan Primer di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas, menggunakan model penerimaan teknologi (TAM). Survei dipilih sebagai metode penelitian dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS v22. Hasil analisis terhadap data memperlihatkan bahwa variabel kompleksitas dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berdampak pada persepsi manfaat dengan nilai konstanta 5,633. Kedua, persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dapat menentukan tingkat sikap penggunaan dengan nilai konstanta 3.970. Ketiga, kesukarelaan, kebermanfaatan dan sikap penggunaan berpengaruh pada niat perilaku untuk digunakan dengan nilai konstanta 8,467. Keempat, persepsi kegunaan dan niat perilaku penggunaan mempengaruhi tingkat pemberdayaan teknologi riil dengan nilai konstanta -1.682 dan kelima, kompleksitas mempengaruhi kesukarelaan dengan nilai konstanta 8.560.  Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesepuluh hipotesis dan penelitian ini dapat diterima, sehingga kompleksitas, kesukarelaan, persepsi penggunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap penggunaan, dan niat perilaku untuk menggunakan suatu sistem informasi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna untuk tetap terus menggunakan sistem tersebut. AbstractPrimary Care Social Security Administering Agency is a website-based system provided for patient care at first-level health facilities. Information systems can facilitate services for the community in first-level health facilities. Applying an information system is beneficial to facilitate services for the community in first-level health facilities. To ensure a system running according to user needs, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation. The acceptance level of Primary Care at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Puskesmas in Banyumas Regency is measured using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A survey is held to take the sample of 55 respondents. Then, the data were processed using SPSS v22 software. The results of the analysis of the data show that the complexity and perceived ease of use variables have an impact on the perception of benefits with a constant value of 5.633. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use can determine the level of attitude of use with a constant value of 3.970. Third, volunteerism, usefulness, and attitude of use affect the behavioral intention to use with a constant value of 8.467. Fourth, perceived usefulness and intention to use behavior affect the level of real technology empowerment with a constant value of -1,682, and fifth, complexity affects volunteerism with a constant value of 8,560. The results of data analysis can be concluded that the ten hypotheses and research are acceptable, so that complexity, volunteerism, perceived use, perceived ease of use, usage attitudes, and behavioral intentions to use an information system are factors that influence users to continue using the system.

Abstract

Masa pandemi yang disebabkan oleh Covid 19 saat ini merupakan masalah yang sangat berat yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku bisnis. Hampir semua lapisan masyarakat terkena dampaknya hingga sangat mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi semua orang. Para pelaku bisnis tanaman hias di wilayah desa ciberem kabupaten Banyumas mengalami penurunan omset hingga 90% karena keterbatasan tempat penjualan. Solusi untuk saat ini adalah memperluas pemasaran yang mengurangi kontak langsung dan menghindari keramaian. Penjualan melalui market place merupakan terobosan yang dirasa tepat untuk mendongkrak penjualan tanaman hias. Dengan memanfaatkan market place, para pengusaha tanaman hias dapat memasarkan produk tanaman hias tidak hanya di dalam area banyumas saja, tetapi bisa memperluas mangsa pasar ke seluruh indonesia, bahkan luar negeri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pembelajaran dan keterampilan kepada paguyuban tanaman hias di desa ciberem tentang pemanfaatan media market place sebagai sarana untuk penjualan dan promosi yang efektif dan efisien untuk bertahan di era pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian di desa ciberem ini adalah pengumpulan data dan pendekatan persuasif edukatif yang mana nantinya akan dilanjutkan dengan mempraktekan langsung hasil dari pelatihan. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat membantu para pelaku bisnis tanaman hias untuk membuat toko online di beberapa marketplace sehingga penjualan tanaman hias dapat meningkat dan memperluas area pemasaran tanpa mengeluarkan budget lebih untuk biaya promosi.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of higher education requires students to possess not only cognitive and technical skills but also self-regulation and creativity in online learning contexts. These demands highlight the importance of understanding psychological and social processes that influence creative behavior in university students. This study aims to examine the effect of self-regulated learning and peer interaction on creative behavior, with academic self-efficacy as a mediating variable and online learning environment as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The population included undergraduate students majoring in Computer Science from three universities in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. A proportional stratified random sampling technique was applied, resulting in 300 valid respondents. Data collection was carried out using a structured questionnaire with Likert-type scales, and data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 application. The findings indicate that both self-regulated learning and peer interaction have a positive influence on students’ creative behavior. Academic self-efficacy was found to partially mediate these relationships, while perceptions of the quality of the online learning environment moderated the impact of both self-regulated learning and academic self-efficacy on creative behavior. These results suggest that student creativity in higher education can be enhanced through a combination of self-directed learning strategies, social interaction, motivational reinforcement, and a well-structured digital learning environment.
