Abstract

 Background: Hajj pilgrimage has the potential to spread acute and rapid infectious respiratory and digestive diseases because of the gathering of over two million people from various countries with different characteristics. Purpose: This study explored the role of KBIHU in promoting the healthy behavior of prospective pilgrims in the Cilacap Regency.Method: Qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data analysis uses the thematic analysis of Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Results: The results showed five themes, six categories, and twenty-five subcategories. 1]. Internal management roles in promoting healthy behavior: (a) institutional perception of authority and its limitation, and networking, (b) guidance, service, assistance, and protection functions, and (c) planning, implementation, and evaluation. 2]. Efforts to promote healthy behavior:  coordination between agencies, coordination with the public health office and community health center, and the role of innovation. 3]. tips on promoting healthy behaviors: maximizing the role of mentors, involving pilgrims and alumni of health workers, involving fellow worshipers, use of social media, AKHI, TKHI, and "karu-karom." 4]. KBIHU support: health policy, the pilgrimage "istithaah," and pilgrims' rights and obligations. 5]. Problems in implementation: the fact of pilgrims and pilgrimage diseases.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure on audit report lag in the banking industry in Southeast Asia. The banking industry has different characteristics and operational mechanisms from other industries so that the role of ownership and external auditors is important for the banking industry. 2020 is the year the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was implemented in Southeast Asian countries. Industry competition, especially the banking industry between countries, is getting tighter. Therefore, the banking industry is increasingly expanding its network, operational efficiency, increasing the role of resources including investors in the supervisory function in order to be able to compete globally. Ownership structure is important in determining company policy. The data obtained from purposive sampling were 266 sample data for the 2017- 2019 research period. Hypothesis testing uses regression testing and the test results show that only foreign ownership has a significant effect on the audit report lag. On the other hand, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and public ownership have no significant effect on the audit report lag.

Abstract

Kebijakan pembangunan hortikultura adalah meningkatkan daya saing hortikultura dengan mendorong peningkatan produksi, akses pasar dan ekspor. Budidaya ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan turut mendukung peningkatan nilai tambah produk untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan petani. Tanaman hortikultura terdiri dari tanaman buah, tanaman sayuran, tanaman obat dan tanaman taman atau lanscap dan tanaman hias. Salah satu tanaman hias yang digemari oleh konsumen dan popular pada saat pandemi adalah janda bolong (Monstera adosonii). Permintaan jenis tanaman hias ini semakin meningkat karena keindahan dan keunikannya. Minat masyarakat terhadap janda bolong yang tinggi menjadi prospek yang bagus karena nilai jualnya yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui komponen biaya produksi dan kelayakan usaha tanaman hias janda bolong. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil analisa usaha tanaman janda bolong secara ekonomi menunjukan bahwa: total Biaya Produksi Usaha tanaman Janda Bolong sebesar Rp.191.025 dengan nilai produksi sebesar Rp 900.000, BEP harga Rp. 2.547/tanaman dan BEP produk = 15,92 tanaman. Kelayakan ekonomi usaha tanaman janda bolong mempunyai R/C ratio sebesar 4,71 dengan ROI 371,14 % berarti layak secara ekonomi untuk dikembangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.FIF (Federal International Finance) Kabupaten Bungo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan pengumpulan data dengan sensus sampling. Populasi adalah 80 karyawan dan observasi serta teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan Y = 11,416 + 0,144X1 + 0,782X2 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif secara simultan dari emosi seluruh Kecerdasan, motivasi dan variabel kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai R = 57,2%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Bungo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan pengumpulan data dengan sensus sampling. Populasi adalah 53 karyawan dan observasi serta teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan Y = 1.014 + 0,173X1 + 0,811X2 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara simultan dari emosi seluruh variabel Intelejensi, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai R = 79, 9%.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang tradisi tibuat dalam sistem pertanian masyarakat desa Pasirlimus Banten. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kebudayaan yaitu survei, partisipasi, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Antropologis dan Sosiologis. Tradisi Tibuat dalam Sistem Pertanian Masyarakat Desa Pasirlimus ini merupakan sebuah rangkaian proses menuai padi dimulai dari sebelum penuaian hingga tata cara penuaian. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Allah SWT, serta sebagai ajang mempererat tali silaturahmi antar masyarakat. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, kondisi masyarakat Desa Pasirlimus secara geografis wilayah ini memiliki potensi yang besar dibidang pertanian dan perkebunan sehingga mayoritas masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani dan pekebun. Sedangkan secara demografis tergambar bahwa kehidupan masyarakatnya memegang teguh adat istiadat yang berlaku. Prosesi Tradisi Tibuat didalamnya berisi ritual-ritual yang diiringi dengan do’a-do’a berbahasa Arab dan Sunda dengan tahapan (1) Pipit Pare (2) Ngarit (3) Ngagiser. Nilai-nilai Islam yang terkandung dalam tradisi Tibuat yaitu (1) Nilai Akidah, dengan mempercayakan semuanya kepada sang Pencipta (2) Nilai Syariah, dengan memperlakukan sesama dengan baik dan mengajak untuk saling bekerjasama saat pelaksanaan Ngarit dan Ngagiser. (3) Nilai Syukur dilakukan dengan cara menggelar pengajian kecil-kecilan di Masjid atau sering disebut riungan atau dengan hanya memberi sedekah kepada anak yatim ataupun orang yang tidak mampu oleh pemilik sawah atau Petani

Abstract

To improve leadership and management skills and spreading an anti-corruption culture in the younger generation. The working group for reviewing socio-cultural issues at the Muara Bungo University Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) in collaboration with the Muara Bungo Treasury Services Office (KPPN) held a Seminar on Innovative Organizational Leadership and Management in the Era of Disruption with the Spirit of Anti-Corruption Culture. This Seminar involves organizational elements of the Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in Bungo Regency and expected to inspire the younger generation to be more enthusiastic in learning and working in all fields in order to realize the Vision of a Golden Generation 2045 that is quality, competent and empowered in high competition.

Abstract

In order to increase understanding of the millennial generation and as a forum for preserving Jambi Malay cultural values, the Working Group for the Study of Socio-Economic and Cultural Issues at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Muara Bungo University in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Muslim Intellectuals (ICMI) Bungo Regional Organization held a Seminar and Discussion with the theme Reviving Malay Cultural Traditions and Customary Laws to Realize Social Piety Among Millennials. This activity involved elements of the Student Executive Board (BEM) organization and all Faculty of Economics students participating in UMB and Regional Insight courses. It is hoped that from the implementation of this seminar the millenial’s generation will have an understanding of being heirs to the nation's cultural wealth. Participants will be able to understand the customary laws and dress code of Malay people and the processions and attire of Malay brides.

Abstract

Through the proper use of Human Resources (HR), it is hoped that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Banana Sale in Bungo Regency can further expand their marketing and be able to compete to become superior local products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Culture and Knowledge Sharing on the Performance of UMKM Pisang Sale Employees in Bungo Regency. This research method is Quantitative Explanatory using multiple linear regression analysis with a research sample of 104 people. The results of this research show that the regression equation formed is Y = 11.714+ 0.109X1 + 0.897 X2. The F-calculated value is 83.170 > F-table is 3.09, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Work Culture (X1) and Knowledge Sharing (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) of UMKM Pisang Sale. The R Square value is 0.622 or 62.2%, where the two independent variables contribute 62.2% to employee performance, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

The social environment, including policies, is one of the instruments to encourage health promotion toward a healthy life, preventing and controlling COVID-19. This was to analyze the content, process, content and policy actors related toThe Healthy Community Movement (Germas) and the prevention of COVID-19 in Yogyakarta.We apply a-qualitative research of policy. We apply rapid assessment procedures (RAP) using focus group discussion (FGD) and desk review to observe various of policy from the government website. Research conducted in Yogyakarta from March to May 2021. Data was analysis by qualitative content analysis based on content, process, context, and actor categories. Results showed that policies related to Germas already exist at all levels, both national, provincial and district/city locally. According to policy content, Germas was movement to promote the culture/behavior of healthy living based on community empowerment, that were 7 points were physical activity, consuming fruits and vegetables, not smoking, not consuming alcoholic beverages, early detection and medical examination routine, clean healthy and lifestyle, and using toilet. Base on process, there were national, provincial, and local policy level. At the national level there was presidential instructions, regulations of the minister of national development planning, while governor's, regent’s policy at level province and region respectively. Locally, some policy regulate special context on COVID-19 preventing and controlling to increase awareness of the risk of transmission of COVID-19 infection in Yogyakarta. The policy actors were all of local government organizations, universities, CSR, and community. The conclusion is The Special Region of Yogyakarta already has many policies covering various sectors of life to support the implementation of Germas in the pandemic era and has been carried out by stakeholders, CSR, universities, and all of government
