“Detective Adventure” is a Virtual Reality game for Android using cardboard. Where the detective must seek clues to reveal a serial killer by investigating crime scene. This game use three-dimensional graphics and virtual reality headset. The game uses a remote Virtual reality to pick up item and move. This game created by Unity game engine with C# as programming language and photoshop to make object, and to edit image. Testing was done with the blackbox testing, alpha testing by lecturer, and beta testing by surveying 30 respondens. Respondens show that the “Detective Adventure” is an interesting game to play.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) dan Hikikomori dengan budaya Amae dalam anime yang berjudul Welcome to the N.H.K!?. Dalam anime ini diperlihatkan tokoh NEET sekaligus juga pelaku Hikikomori. Banyak hal yang menjadi penyebab fenomena NEET dan Hikikomori muncul di Jepang. Penulis menghubungkan fenomena ini dengan konsep budaya Amae, yang secara harfiah bisa diartikan ketergantungan emosional. Dalam penelitian ini melihat bahwa penyebabnya adalah sikap Amae dari tokoh utama terhadap anggota keluarganya. Setelah anggota keluarganya menghentikan sikap Amae tersebut, akhirnya memaksa tokoh utama untuk berhenti menjadi NEET dan mulai mencari pekerjaan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji data secara empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi agresivitas pajak pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari Leverage, Likuiditas, Intensitas Modal, Komisaris Independen, Intensitas Persediaan dan Profitabilitas. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017-2019. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method dan terdapat 82 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria sampel. Hipotesis yang digunakan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Sedangkan Leverage, Likuiditas, Intensitas Modal, Komisaris Independen, dan Intensitas Persediaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. This Travel-Link Mobile Application for Tourism Supporting Services and Arts is software that provides information services for tourists who are looking for service and art providers in the user's tourist destination. This application is designed as a forum for users to promote their services and arts and also users can search for service and art workers, especially in the tourism sector. To ensure that the designed application is suitable for use by end users, interface testing is carried out using the SUS (System Usability Scale) testing instrument. The results of testing the Travel-Link Mobile Application for Service Providers and Arts using the SUS test instrument showed a score of 71. With a score of 71, it can be stated that the Mobile Travel-Link application for Tourism Supporting Services and Arts is acceptable and can be a tool for people who provide services and arts in the tourism sector or are looking for service and art providers in tourist destinations. The addition of the category of service providers and tourism supporting arts can increase the value of respondents when filling out the SUS According to the questionnaire for non-tourism workers.

Biodiesel fuel and ethanol are fuels that have been used in diesel engines. In this study, the focus was on the effect of temperature on a mixture of biodiesel fuel and ethanol on the performance of diesel engines, Feng to be used as an electric generator. The test equipment used is a dong Feng diesel engine in the University of Riau mechanical engineering laboratory. Testing of diesel engines is carried out with constant rotation and constant voltage. Comparison of fuel mixtures used Biosolar (B20) 95% with 5% ethanol, Biosolar (B20) 90% with 10% ethanol and Biosolar (B20) 85% with 15% ethanol in 1000 ml with variations in temperatures of 50oC, 60oC and 70oC and loading 1000 watts, 2000 watts and 3000 watts. The results showed that the performance of the Dong Feng diesel engine for using electric generators with biodiesel 95% and 5% ethanol in 1000 ml increased the effective power, torque and brake mean effective pressure by 5.88% compared to only using biodiesel. The effect temperature on the mixture and biosolar and ethanol fuel are fuel consumption, thermal efficiency and air and fuel ratio in the biodiesel mixture of B20 95% and 5% ethanol with a temperature of 60oC which increased 5.06% compared to biodiesel. But the increase in effective power, torque and speed increased.Key word : diesel engine, biosolar, ethanol, temperature, viskosity

Menghadapi persaingan di era global ini organisasi dituntut untuk bekerja lebih efisien dan efektif, dikarenakan persaingan yang semakin ketat menyebabkan organisasi harus mampu meningkatkan daya saing dalam rangka menjaga dan mempertahankan mutu kualitas dari organisasi tersebut. Organisasi sebagai sektor publik yang menggunakan dana publik untuk menyediakan kebutuhan barang dan jasa publik bagi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa presentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah 65.28% dikategorikan cukup baik, Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif proses operasi internal adalah 59.12% dikategorikan cukup baik, Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pelanggan adalah 55.23% dikategorikan kurang baik, Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif perspektif keuangan (financial perspective) adalah 50.61% dikategorikan cukup baik. Secara keseluruhan kinerja organisasi pada Kantor Desa Wolomotong Kecamatan Doreng Kabupaten Sikka adalah 58.91% dengan kategori cukup baik..
