Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the influence of occupational safety and health (k3), discipline and supervision on the productivity of employees in the production department at PT. Indonesian Smart Ambulance (API) Bekasi City. The sample in this study was 84 respondents and data collection used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used linear regression. The results showed that the variables k3, discipline and supervision partially had a positive and significant effect on the productivity variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables k3, discipline and supervision have a positive and significant effect on the productivity variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work compensation and work motivation have on employee performance. The population in this study were all production. This research uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) to 85 respondents, the sampling method in this study was to use a saturated sample, so the total sample was taken, namely 85 employees. The results of this study indicate that the Work compensation variable has no partial and significant effect, with the calculated t value greater than t table and the Work Motivation variable has a partial effect, with the calculated t value greater than t table. Based on the results of the simultaneous F test, the calculated F value was F table with a sig. or a significant value less than 0.05. There fore H0 is rejected or Ha is accepted, which means that simultaneously Work compensation and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of the attractiveness of beauty vloggers and consumer trust as social media promotional strategies on purchasing decisions for Make Over product through purchase intention. This research uses a quantitative approach with convenience sampling techniques on 200 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 4.0 statistical tools. The research results show that the attractiveness of beauty vloggers and consumer trust have a significant effect on purchasing interest, furthermore the attractiveness of beauty vloggers does not influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, consumer trust influences purchasing decisions and purchasing interest also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The attractiveness of beauty vloggers and consumer trust have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest as an intervention.
