Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe  STAD dalam mengidentifikasi hewan berdasarkan makanannya pada siswa kelas IV SDN Bumi Harapan, (2) mengetahui tingkat pencapaian siswa Kelas IV SDN Bumi Harapan melalui pendekatan kooperatif Tipe STAD, dan (3)  melalui pendekatan kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan  siswa kelas IV SDN Bumi Harapan pada mengidenfikasi hewan berdasarkan makanannya.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Bumi Harapan , sebanyak 22 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 12 orang Laki-laki dan 10 orang Perempuan pada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 semester ganjil  dengan mata pelajaran sains standar kompetensi menggunakan Pendekatan kooperatif Tipe STAD dilaksanakan melalui 5 tahap yaitu: presentase kelas, kegiatan dalam kelompok, tes, peningkatan skor-skor individu, dan penghargaan kelompok. Untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan kemampuan mengidentifikasi hewan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kooperatif  Tipe STAD maka yang perlu diperhatikan adalah aktifitas guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan melihat keterampilan kooperatif siswa dan pengelolaan pendekatan  kooperatif oleh guru, serta pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian tindakan siklus I diperoleh nilai Rata-rata 62,95 dan KBK 45,45 %, Pada tindakan siklus II diperoleh nilai Rata-rata 88,18 dan KBK 100 %. Sedangkan hasil perolehan skor keseluruhan tindakan pada siklus I 254,5 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 400. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan pada pembelajaran pada  aktivitas guru dan siswa maupun hasil tes siswa. Hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan kooperatif Tipe  STAD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan  siswa pada materi mengidentifikasi hewan berdasarkan makanannya di kelas IV SDN Bumi Harapan dan perlu dijadikan referensi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, khususnya mengidentifikasi hewan berdasarkan makanannya.Kata Kunci: Identifikasi, Hewan dan STAD

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran fisika menggunakan media demonstrasi dengan simulasi PhET dan peraga sederhana terhadap penguasaan materi dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan model ujicoba One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019-2020 kepada siswa kelas VIII SMP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik. Aktivitas siswa yang dominan adalah kegiatan percobaan dengan simulasi PhET dan alat peraga sederhana. Pembelajaran ditunjang dengan media yang tepat terlaksana dengan efektif. Respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran memberikan respons positif. Kendala yang dijumpai selama KBM berhubungan dengan alokasi waktu pelaksanaan KBM. Berdasarkan hasil temuan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan simulasi PhET dan alat Peraga sederhana efektif diterapkan di kelas dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi fisika bab Gaya.Kata Kunci: Gaya, PhET, Penguasaan

Abstract

Green beans cultivation technology using mice pets control has been implemented in the Gluranploso village, Benjeng Gresik. The implementation of the technology performed for 2.5 months from August to October 2017. The purpose of the implementation is aimed to reduce the dependence of farmers on the use of chemical pesticides so that the farmers are aware of the negative impact of chemical pesticides. Assessing the impact of the utilization of Bintaro fruit and fruit extracts to explore ways of making Bintaro as a natural biopesticide to overcome rat attack on green bean plants in the Gluranploso village. Pest control mice can reduce the rate of loss of the crops more effectively and efficiently. Finally, with the use of those natural resources as a biopesticide material can also maintain the environmental balance

Abstract

The research that has been conducted is entitled “The Effect of Falou Application in Improving Students’ Speaking Skill”, with the background being that the school want to implement English as the language in the school environment, but students’ speaking skill are still low. This research used quantitative methods with pre-test, treatment, and post-test design approaches in the experimental class and control class. The population in this study were students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Al – Washliyah Tebing Tinggi. This study used sample of two classes, namely experimental class as many as 30 students from X IPA-1 and control class as many as 30 students from X IPS-2. This study used a lottery method with random sampling style to select the sample. The validity processing tool used IBM Statistics Version 29. The result of this study revealed that there was a significant of using Falou Application in improving students’ speaking skill. This can be seen from the increase in the result of test, namely a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.01 < 0.05 or t count (19.778) higher than t table (0.361). Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the use of “Falou Application” has a significant effect on students’ speaking skill of Students in Madrasah Aliyah Al – Washliyah Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

The research that has been conducted is entitled “Project Based Learning: Enhancing Efl Students’ Speaking Skill Through Vlog At The Seventh Grade Of Smp It Al Hijrah Deli Serdang”, with the background being that students’ english speaking skills are quite apprehensive and learning activities are still just listening and lecturing. Even though the facilities and infrastructure at the school are very adequate and the capability curriculum to be achieved is higher order thinking (HOT). The methodology in this research is to use quantitative methods with pre test, treatment, and post test design approaches in the experimental class and control class. The population in this study were student of class VII SMP It Al Hijrah. This study used a sample of 2 classes, namely for experimental class as many as 21 student from VII C and the control class as many as 21 students from class VII D. This study used a lottery method with random sampling style to select the sample. The validity processing tool uses the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 29 application. The result of this study revealed that there was a significant influence from the use of PBL through Vlog on students’ speaking skills in SMP. This can be seen from the increase in the result of the test, namely a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05 or t count (3,139) higher than t table (1,684).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using interactive online learning platforms to improve the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 22 Palu. This research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with two cycles, involving 27 students. The platforms used are Wordwall, Educaply, and Spinter, which were applied to enhance student engagement, interest, enthusiasm, and satisfaction with the learning process. The results show a significant increase in student engagement, from 55% in the first cycle to 85% in the second cycle. Additionally, students' interest and curiosity also increased, along with higher enthusiasm and satisfaction with this technology-based learning. In conclusion, the use of interactive online learning media significantly improves students' learning motivation. This study suggests that teachers should optimize the use of technology in education to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the use of the Wordwall application to enhance the creativity and learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 22 Palu in science subjects. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. The study involved 27 students as subjects. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and learning outcome tests, and were analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate a significant increase in students' motivation and creativity following the use of Wordwall. In the first cycle, students demonstrated limited enthusiasm, but by the second cycle, their engagement and motivation had increased significantly. The students' average scores also improved, surpassing the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) in the second cycle. Additionally, the Wordwall application provided an interactive and enjoyable learning experience, stimulating students' creative thinking in understanding science concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Quizizz as an interactive evaluation medium to enhance the motivation and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in Indonesian language lessons. The research method employed is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles, involving 30 students. The findings indicate that the use of Quizizz significantly boosts students' learning motivation, as reflected in the increased motivation questionnaire scores. Furthermore, the average student score improved from 72 in the first cycle to 80 in the second cycle, with the percentage of students meeting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) rising from 65% to 88%. These results demonstrate that Quizizz is effective in creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment, thus aiding students in better understanding the subject matter. This study recommends the use of technology-based evaluation media like Quizizz to enhance the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of second-grade elementary students on addition without carrying techniques through the application of a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model based on TPACK, supported by interactive media Wordwall and educational videos. The research used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method comprising two cycles, with each cycle involving planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 38 second-grade students from SD Inpres 3 Birobuli. Data was collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The results indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second. In the first cycle, the percentage of students meeting learning mastery reached 65.8%, which increased to 86.8% in the second cycle. The use of interactive media Wordwall and instructional videos effectively helped students grasp the concept of addition without carrying techniques. Furthermore, the PBL model based on TPACK enhanced students’ activity and participation, as seen in their high engagement in discussions and collaborative problem-solving activities during the lessons. This study demonstrates that implementing a TPACK-based PBL approach with interactive media support not only improves learning outcomes but also helps students develop collaborative skills and critical thinking. The integration of technology through interactive media creates a more engaging and effective learning environment, which is relevant to the demands of digital-era education. Thus, this approach is recommended for educators to implement in teaching mathematics or other subjects at the elementary level to enhance learning quality and student achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an explanation of the impact of online gambling on the community's economy which can be disrupted and damaged when online gambling has taken over society, especially middle and lower class society subdistrict, Ujung. The research method used by researchers is the qualitative method. The research results show that there are 4 effects of online gambling on the community's economy, namely the impact on wealth, excessive addiction, feelings of laziness that arise due to online gambling, decreased purchasing power. The conclusion resulting from this research is that people are expected to be able to control themselves against the temptation of online gambling and the government and police are expected to be able to overcome the rise of dangerous online gambling while also having a direct impact on the community's economy.
