Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Motivasi Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan wawancara kepada informan sebanyak 7 orang, yakni 5 orang di Kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros, 2 orang masyarakat Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros. Hasil penelitian ini Motivasi kerja ASN pada kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros sangatlah penting karena merupakan suatu dorongan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinerja ASN, sehingga dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik. Kinerja pegawai ASN pada kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros telah menjalankan tugas dan fungsional sehingga dapat terealisasi dengan hasil cukup memuaskan dikarenakan adanya motivasi yang menimbulkan kepuasan Masyarakat. Dimana ASN diatur di Undang-Undang No 53 tahun 2010 tentang komitmen pegawai pemerintah yang dapat mencerminkan kesiapan pegawai di dalam bekerja dan kedisiplinan pegawai dalam mengikuti peraturan instansi yang merupakan jenis pekerjaan pegawai pemerintah yang ideal bekerja sesuai dengan pedoman hukum. This study aims to find out how the Work Motivation of State Civil Servants at the Turikale District Office, Maros Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, 7 informants were interviewed, namely 5 people in the Turikale District Office, Maros Regency, 2 people from the Turikale District, Maros Regency. The results of this study ASN work motivation at the Turikale District office, Maros Regency is very important because it is an encouragement to improve ASN performance capabilities, so that they can carry out their duties and functions properly. The performance of ASN employees at the Turikale District office, Maros Regency, has carried out their duties and functions so that they can be realized with satisfactory results due to motivation that causes community satisfaction. Where ASN is regulated in Law No. 53 of 2010 concerning the commitment of government employees which can reflect employee readiness at work and employee discipline in following agency regulations which is the ideal type of work for government employees to work in accordance with legal guidelines.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penertiban pedagang kaki lima (PKL) oleh Satpol PP Kota Makassar, realitas perlindungan dalam pengawasan PKL yang dilakukan Satpol PP Kota Makassar, norma hukum yang dihormati oleh Satpol PP Kota Makassar. Satpol PP dalam penertiban PKL oleh Satpol PP Kota Makassar. Pendekatan Penelitianan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara kepada Satpol PP dan PKL dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. The purpose of the study was to determine the control of street vendors (PKL) by Satpol PP Makassar City, the reality of protection in the supervision of Street Vendors (PKL) carried out by Satpol PP Makassar City, legal norms respected by Satpol PP Makassar City. Satpol PP in the control of Street Vendors (PKL) by Satpol PP Makassar City. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained from observations and interviews with Satpol PP and Street Vendors (PKL) and secondary data obtained through literature studies.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil dari kualitas dan kuantitas kerja yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Langkea Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang berorientasi pada penggambaran kondisi riil dan data objektif mengenai dinamika kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin di Kantor Desa telah berhasil menciptakan kerjasama yang kuat antar pegawai, sehingga berkontribusi dalam peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Namun, fokus Kepala Desa lebih tertuju pada pembangunan daerah, sedangkan motivasi pegawai sebagian besar diserahkan kepada sekretariat desa. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta perlunya strategi yang lebih tepat sasaran untuk memotivasi pegawai agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dalam konteks pemerintahan desa. Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work carried out by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with their respective responsibilities. This research aims to analyze the role of leaders in improving employee performance at the Langkea Raya Village Office. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach which is oriented towards describing real conditions and objective data regarding the dynamics of leadership and employee performance. The research results show that leaders at the Village Office have succeeded in creating strong collaboration among employees, thus contributing to improving services to the community. However, the Village Head's focus is more focused on regional development, while employee motivation is largely left to the village secretariat. This research emphasizes the importance of the leader's role in creating a supportive work environment, as well as the need for more targeted strategies to motivate employees in order to improve overall performance. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for developing more effective leadership in the context of village government.

Abstract

The demands of the era of globalization of modern government systems require the management of changes in district/city governments to improve so that stakeholders can access maximum service. For this, an applicable work mechanism is needed through the design of a prototype model of Digital Transformation of Public Services e-Government. The type of research used is phenomenological and qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method used is triangulation, namely: survey, interview, and document analysis. Data analysis uses data collection, data condensation, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Research results: focus (1) The reality of the institutional structure and human resources of the Communication and Information Service still experiences various challenges and weaknesses that must be anticipated immediately, (2) Determinant factors in capacity development originating from internal sources, namely publication, polling up, and decision-making and external opportunities supported by the local government. Meanwhile, internal obstacles are the still strong interests of political parties and external challenges are that public participation is still lacking, and (3) Prototype model of Digital Transformation of Public Services e-Government, is actually a public right and at the same time an obligation of the government, Management of existing public services system, separately accommodates data exchange between institutions, and Management of public services according to regulations, which are guided by Law 37/2008, Law 25/2009 and Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform 27/2014 is a combination of complementary nomenclature.

Abstract

Contemporary perspectives on organizational theory include organizational institutionalism, convention analysis, network analysis, knowledge studies, discourse studies, and practice studies. These perspectives offer new ways of understanding and analyzing contemporary organizational life, making them valuable resources for junior researchers and graduate students. Additionally, the evolution of organizational studies has led to the emergence of new approaches such as resource dependence, population ecology, structural contingency, new institutional economics, and new institutionalism. These approaches provide important theoretical references for the evolution and systematization of contemporary organizational studies, enhancing our understanding of how to analyze organizations. The increasing productivity and complexity of the organizational environment also influence the evolution of organizational theory, leading to the adoption of new complexity paradigms with nonlinear behavior as the current main paradigm. Overall, contemporary organizational theory encompasses a range of perspectives and approaches that contribute to a deeper understanding of organizations and their dynamics

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prinsip pelayanan dan standar pelayanan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelayanan pada Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas II B di Pinrang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Sementara itu informan penelitian ini yakni Pegawai Rutan, pengunjung rutan, dan tahanan Rutan.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan terhadap tahanan dikategorikan berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut berdasarkan temuan penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan tahanan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedure yang sudah ditetapkan. Walaupun demikian terdapat hambatan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan, yaitu: Pemberian remisi kepada tahanan yang membuat keterlambatan dan menjadi penghambat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tahanan. Semestinya terpidana harus diayomi dengan memberikan kepadanya bekal hidup sebagai warga negara yang baik dan berguna dalam masyarakat menjadi hal yang sulit untuk diwujudkan. Kondisi ini menggugah kita untuk kembali mengkaji ulang pemidanaan yang dugunakan dalam penegakan hukum pidana. Orientasi penegakan hukum pidana tidak semistinya berakhir pada penjatuhan sanksi pidana berupa penjara terhadap terdakwa, namun penjatuhan sanksi berupa sanksi sosial terhadap terdakwa dengan skala tindak pidana yang rekatif ringan perlu untuk dikedepankan atau diutamakan melalui pendekatan restoratif justice.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip good governance yaitu prinsip akuntabilitas dan prinsip transparansi dalam pelayanan publik pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Kota Makassar. Informan penelitian terdiri dari staaf dan pegawai beserta masyarakat yang ingin mengurus surat perizinan di Kantor DPM-PTSP Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa prinsip akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan publik pada Kantor DPM-PTSP Kota Makassar telah terwujud dengan melihat pertanggungjawaban para staff dan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tupoksi masing-masing yang cukup profesional. Adapun telah diberlakukannya penerbitan surat izin berusaha melalui sistem OSS-RBA yang semakin memudahkan penerima layanan, juga tujuan dan sasaran yang sudah terealisasi dengan baik. Untuk prinsip akuntabilitas telah diterapkan dan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Para penerima layanan mengungkapkan bahwa sangat mudah untuk mengakses pelayanan di DPM-PTSP Kota Makassar dan gagasan masyarakat pun diperlukan sebagai penunjung untuk terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang transparansi. Dengan diterapkaannya akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor DPM-PTSP, maka good governance telah terwujud dan terlaksana dengan baik. The research aims to determine the application of good governance principles, namely the principle of accountability and the principle of transparency in public services at the Makassar City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPM-PTSP) Service. Research informants consisted of staff and employees as well as the public who wanted to apply for permits at the Makassar City DPM-PTSP Office. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research reveal that the principle of accountability in public services at the Makassar City DPM-PTSP Office has been realized by looking at the accountability of staff and employees in carrying out their respective duties and functions quite professionally. Meanwhile, the issuance of business permits through the OSS-RBA system has been implemented, which makes it easier for service recipients, and the goals and objectives have been well realized. The principle of accountability has been implemented and carried out effectively and efficiently. Service recipients revealed that it was very easy to access services at the Makassar City DPM-PTSP and that community ideas were needed as visitors to realize transparent public services. By implementing accountability and transparency in public services at the DPM-PTSP Office, good governance has been realized and implemented well.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan jasa pengiriman pada Kantor PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Makassar dan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan yang berkonstribusi terhadap pelayanan jasa pengiriman pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Makassar. Informan yang ada dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pegawai dan pelanggan dari Kantor Pos Indonesia Makassar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini merujuk pada strategi pelayanan jasa pengiriman, baik yang sedang diimplementasikan oleh Pos Indonesia maupun strategi yang direkomendasikan melalui analisis SWOT sesuai dengan kondisi PT Pos Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa sistem pelayanan yang diterapkan di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Makassar sudah cukup memenuhi standar-standar pelayanan dan dilakukan dengan baik. Strategi yang sedang diterapkan oleh Pos Indonesia yaitu melakukan promosi dengan teknologi modern saat ini, mengembangkan produk-produk layanan mengikuti keinginan pelanggan, mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dengan cara tetap menjaga amanah dan selalu dipercaya serta menjunjung sikap ramah, sopan, dan disiplin. Melalui strategi-strategi tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa Pos Indonesia mampu bersaing dan bertahan ditengah-tengah arus persaingan bisnis saat ini. Kemudian berdasarkan analisis IFAS dan EFAS, ditemukan bahwa posisi perusahaan memiliki kekuatan yang besar sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. The research aims to determine the delivery service system at the Makassar City Branch of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and to determine the determinant factors that contribute to delivery services at the Makassar City Branch of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). The informants in this research consisted of employees and customers from the Makassar Indonesian Post Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research refers to delivery service service strategies, both those being implemented by Pos Indonesia and strategies recommended through SWOT analysis according to the conditions of PT Pos Indonesia. Based on the research carried out, it can be seen that the service system implemented at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City Branch is sufficient to meet service standards and is carried out well. The strategy being implemented by Pos Indonesia is carrying out promotions using current modern technology, developing service products according to customer desires, maintaining customer loyalty by maintaining trust and always being trusted and upholding a friendly, polite and disciplined attitude. Through these strategies, it can be seen that Pos Indonesia is able to compete and survive amidst the current flow of business competition. Then, based on the analysis of the IFAS and EFAS tables, it was found that the company's position was in the 1st quadrant, where Pos had great strength so that it could take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

Behavior Based Safety merupakan upaya pencegahan kecelakaan proaktif yang berfokus pada perilaku At risk atau perilaku berbahaya yang berpeluang menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Disiplin diartikan sebagai sikap, perilaku, dan tindakan yang sesuai dengan norma-norma perusahaan, baik yang tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Peneltian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedisplinan kerja karyawan pada PT. Indrabas Purnama Makmur dan untuk mengetahui bentuk pemberian imbalan terhadap karyawan PT. Indrabas Purnama Makmur Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis yang terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. . Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan observasi dokumen. Teknik wawancara dilakukan secara tidak terstruktur dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Teknik observasi dilakukan oleh satu orang dan didampingi oleh salah satu staf secara alamiah. Analisis data penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan yang dimiliki oleh pekerja, baik berupa disiplin perintah maupun disiplin yang dipaksakan sendiri, masih kurang dalam menerapkan disiplin perilaku keselamatan. Bentuk-bentuk kompensasi yang diberikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berbeda-beda, dimana hal ini diberikan agar diharapkan para pekerja dapat lebih giat dan lebih berhati-hati dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diembannya. Behavior Based Safety is a proactive accident prevention effort that focuses on At risk behavior or dangerous behavior that has the potential to cause work accidents. Discipline is defined as attitudes, behavior and actions that are in accordance with company norms, both written and unwritten. The research aims to determine the work discipline of employees at PT. Indrabas Purnama Makmur and to find out the form of giving rewards to employees of PT. Indrabas Purnama Makmur Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The analysis model used is an analysis technique that consists of three activity streams that occur simultaneously, including data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. . This research method uses interview techniques, observation and document observation. The interview technique was carried out in an unstructured manner using an interview guide. The observation technique is carried out by one person and naturally accompanied by one of the staff. Research data analysis is descriptive. The results of this research show that the discipline possessed by workers, both in the form of ordered discipline and self-imposed discipline, is still lacking in implementing disciplined safety behavior. The forms of compensation provided, both directly and indirectly, are different, this is given so that it is hoped that workers will be more active and more careful in carrying out the work they are responsible for.
