Abstract

During the socialization of five hundred students spread across several campuses, namely: for ten days at Langlangbuana University, Syedza Saintika University, Muhammadiyah University of Luwuk, Mandaling Natal State Islamic College, and Tamansiswa University Palembang. These eight characteristics, which are among the materials used in the author's outreach program, are hoped to serve as a primary reference for finding accredited and high-quality academic journals and helping to avoid predatory journals. The author sincerely hopes that participants in this outreach program will improve their reading literacy, enhance their thinking paradigms, and enhance the quality of their writing.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Researchers have the belief that it is also used as a hypothesis in this research regarding the Brand Association variable which can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the more and better brand associations will make the product more known to the public, regarding product identity and product quality. Objectives In the end, the public/potential consumers can make purchasing decisions. Apart from that, researchers also believe that if the influence of the Brand Association variable on Purchasing Decisions is moderated by the Brand Ambassador variable, it can further strengthen the influence of the Brand Association variable on Purchasing Decisions because Brand Ambassadors will convince buyers of product quality, product suitability, and so on. Methods: This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely research that uses previous research as a basis for building new arguments to prove the influence of the Independent variable on the Dependent variable and the strength of the moderating variable in strengthening the relationship between the two variables (Kurniawan, 2018). The data used in this research is secondary data distributed digitally to MS Glow consumers spread throughout Indonesia, totaling 300 consumers. These data were analyzed using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool. Results and Conclusions: The results of table 3 of the path coefficient show a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.021. The results of the second row of the third table of Path Efficiency show a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions because it has a positive direction and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.021. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven and accepted.

Abstract

Bullying in primary schools is a major problem that affects students' psychological and academic development. Through a literature review study, This article examines the various educational models that have been used to prevent bullying in primary schools. The educational models used include character education, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), collaboration-based, media-based, community, whole-school approach, multi-model, and health education. Studies show that a holistic approach involving teachers, parents, students, and the whole school community effectively prevents harassment. Reproductive health education, psychoeducation through videos, role plays, and counseling with lectures and discussions were the education models found to be more effective in preventing harassment. While each model has benefits in increasing students' awareness and understanding of harassment, there are some drawbacks to be aware of. Certain models take a considerable amount of time to implement and require regular psychoeducational support. Therefore, educational models should be tailored to the circumstances and resources available in each school when implemented. To ensure that bullying prevention education is successful, support is needed from various parties, including schools, teachers, education personnel, parents, society, and the community. It is expected that the incidence of harassment in primary schools can be significantly reduced with the right approach and effective cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of school principals in the development of multi-curriculum in elementary schools. The main focus of this research is to understand how principals design, implement, and evaluate multi-curriculum. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a deeper insight into the strategic role of principals in curriculum development and to offer practical recommendations that can be applied to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Caruban, Madiun City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The subjects of the study include the principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted through steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with verification. The findings reveal that the principal plays a crucial role in the development of multi-curriculum, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The principal collaborates with the teaching team to design an integrative curriculum, facilitates its implementation by providing resources and training, and conducts periodic evaluations to ensure the curriculum's effectiveness. The experience of MIM Caruban shows that visionary leadership and strong collaboration among all school stakeholders are essential for the successful implementation of multi-curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) approach on improving statistical literacy and learning motivation of sixth-grade elementary school students in data processing material. The identified problem is that many students struggle to understand and process statistical data and lack motivation to learn. Conventional teaching methods still used at MI Muhammadiyah Caruban are considered less effective. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test on the experimental group applying the SAVI approach and the control group using conventional methods. The results show that the experimental group experienced a significant increase in statistical literacy with an average score increase of 20 points (from 65 to 85) compared to the control group, which only increased by 6 points (from 64 to 70). Learning motivation also significantly increased with an average rise of 20 points (from 70 to 90) in the experimental group, while the control group only increased by 7 points (from 68 to 75). Statistical tests show a significant difference between the two groups, with a significance value of p < 0.05 for statistical literacy and learning motivation. These findings indicate that the SAVI approach is proven effective in enhancing students' understanding of statistical data and motivating them to learn.
