Abstract

The use of technology is the key to increasing effectiveness and efficiency in communication. One technology that is currently developing is chatbot, a computer program that can interact with humans via chat or text messages. Chatbots can speed up the flow of communication, simplify information retrieval, and increase the level of community involvement in various activities. Training in the use of ChatGPT Technology for writing correspondence is important considering the need for efficiency and quality in written communication, especially for Village PKK cadres. This training aims to improve cadres' ability to use ChatGPT technology to compose correspondence more effectively and efficiently. With this training, several significant outcomes were achieved. First, there will be an increase in productivity in the preparation of official and informal letters by Village PKK cadres, because the use of ChatGPT technology will speed up the process of writing and sending letters. Second, it can improve the quality of cadres' written communication, so that the message conveyed can be more clearly and effectively understood by the recipient. Lastly, the use of ChatGPT Technology can expand the scope of messages delivered to the people of Cimulang Village, Bogor, so that important information and education can be broader and more easily accessible to all residents. This training not only supports the efficiency and quality of communication but also strengthens relations between cadres and society as a whole.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya kemampuan para ibu-ibu HIMPAUDI Cempaka Putih dalam menggunakan Microsoft Word sebagai media pendukung kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, terutama di bidang pengolahan surat-menyurat. Tujuan dari kegiatan layanan masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan di bidang teknologi, memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Word untuk membantu dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengolah kata serta surat-menyurat menggunakan Mail Merge. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas surat-menyurat dan laporan kegiatan agar terlihat lebih baik. Para ibu-ibu HIMPAUDI akan belajar cara menggabungkan data kontak dengan surat elektronik atau surat cetak dengan cepat dan akurat. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyusun dan mengirim komunikasi, sekaligus menghilangkan potensi kesalahan manusiawi dalam proses tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode learning by doing dan ceramah, tanya jawab, praktek langsung/simulasi, diskusi, serta pemecahan masalah dengan pendampingan. Kelompok peserta berjumlah 22 orang. Hasil yang dapat dicapai dari kegiatan layanan masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemanfaatan fasilitas IPTEK dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word sebagai media pendukung kegiatan operasional, terutama dalam hal surat-menyurat. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi internal, memastikan penyampaian semua informasi penting tepat waktu, dan mengurangi beban administratif yang tidak perlu. Dengan penerapan Mail Merge, HIMPAUDI Cempaka Putih dapat lebih fokus pada tujuan inti organisasi mereka dan memperkuat kerjasama antar anggota

Abstract

The current COVID-19 pandemic is still very worrying and still shows no sign of ending, the development of positive confirmed cases continues to increase every day, plus there are still many people around who wash their hands by touching hand washing tools directly. This is what makes the author to make hand sanitizer automatically. An automatic hand sanitizer that is used to help reduce or minimize direct contact in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 that is currently happening. Most hand washing tools, especially hand sanitizers, are used manually by pressing. Arduino is a single board microcontroller or board that is open source or open source, so we can use it or make modifications and it is specially designed to make it easier to create objects or develop electronic devices that can interact with various sensors or controllers, the hardware has an Atmel processor. AVR. Electromagnetic light which has a wavelength longer than visible light. One of the sensors that can be used to detect objects is an infrared sensor. Infrared wavelength is between 700nm to 1mm, that means this wave is longer than light wave and shorter than radio wave. This wave can be used as a short distance transmission medium because it cannot penetrate buildings and is susceptible to other electromagnetic waves. Infrared is in the frequency of 300GHZ to 400THz.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers and students carried out the online teaching and learning process from home. Distance learning has several problems including the limitations of teachers and students in the world of information and communication technology, the facilities and infrastructure they have, and environmental conditions that are less supportive. The use of laptops and the internet every day are used by students and teachers as the main means of the online teaching and learning process. Continuous use without proper maintenance and lack of knowledge in overcoming the problem of damage to laptops makes teachers and students unable to identify the location of the damage and how to deal with it. Therefore, this expert system application was created to assist teachers and students in detecting the symptoms of laptop damage experienced and solutions to overcome the damage. In the development of this expert system using the Naive Bayes method, this method only requires a small amount of training data to determine parameter estimates during the classification process. The results of the application of the nave Bayes method produce appropriate calculations based on the symptoms of damage and a predetermined list of damage so that it can make it easier for users when analyzing the beginning by using existing symptoms with a system that has been built with very efficient time and has an accuracy rate of 100%.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is done to measure the performance of an employee on the work done. The company conducts performance appraisals on employees at least every six months, involving all employees. This study uses the Absenteeism_at_work dataset. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm in the classification process. Classification will be grouped into two, namely: disciplined and undisciplined The classification process will be carried out using K-Nime. Algorithm performance measurement using Knime Analytics Platform is open-source software for creating data science models. Knime builds data understanding and designs data science workflows and reusable components using accuracy, recall, and precision parameters. From the research conducted, the results of the Decision Tree algorithm have an accuracy rate of 94.6% while the label No. 5.4%. Based on the nineteen attributes proposed, it can be concluded that the Decision Tree algorithm has better performance.

Abstract

Makalah ini menjelaskan tentang penggunaan metode parsing dengan menggunakan analisis sintak dalam tehnik kompilasi, yang bertugas mengubah program yang di lulls dalam bahasa sumber menjadi bahasa sasaran. Yang dimaksud dengan parsing dari sebuah kalimat adalah konstruksi atau pembentukan pohon sintaks untuk kalimat tersebut.Pohon sintaks untuk sebuah kalimat dari banyak bahasa selalu mempunyai sebuah simpul akar(root) yang diberi label sesuai simbol Start dari Grammarnya.Simpul daun dari pohon sintaks menyajikan simbol terminal dalam kalimat yang telah diuraikan. Semua simpul bukan daun menyajikan simbol nonterminal. Setiap simpul nonterniinai mempunyai sejumlah cabang ke bawah yang berasal dari ruas kanan ciari baris produksi yang dipergunakan.

Abstract

The technology of integrated information stored information in the form of documents with information that can be viewed on the monitor screen that consists of words, numbers, diagrams, videos, sounds, and images. Information technology can be utilized for marketing the much-loved crafts community. Particular crafts of knitting materials such as bags, shirts, bags HP, tablecloths and various other products requiring precise marketing tools and accurate that can be published and marketed throughout Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi Artificial Intelligence (AI) generatif sebagai alat otomatisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) serta organisasi perempuan di Indonesia. Teknologi AI generatif memungkinkan pembuatan konten otomatis dalam bentuk teks, gambar, dan desain yang sangat relevan untuk meringankan beban tugas repetitif. UMKM sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam hal sumber daya, waktu, dan akses terhadap tenaga kerja yang terampil, sehingga adopsi AI generatif dapat membantu mengatasi tantangan ini. Dalam konteks pemberdayaan perempuan, organisasi seperti Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Kota Tangerang telah berperan aktif dalam pendidikan, ekonomi, dan advokasi sosial. Namun, adopsi teknologi AI generatif pada UMKM yang dikelola oleh perempuan masih terhambat oleh rendahnya literasi digital dan kesenjangan gender dalam akses teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan gender dalam penggunaan teknologi melalui pelatihan AI generatif bagi pekerja perempuan, membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan digital yang relevan dan meningkatkan daya saing. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan organisasi seperti Fatayat NU dapat lebih produktif dan inovatif, selaras dengan visi mereka dalam pemberdayaan perempuan dan pengembangan komunitas. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk UMKM dan organisasi perempuan terkait manfaat serta tantangan adopsi AI generatif, sebagai upaya memperkuat pemberdayaan ekonomi dan sosial di era digital

Abstract

Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif sangat penting dalam pendidikan anak usia dini untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan keterampilan dasar pelajar muda. TPA Ibnu Salam menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran yang menarik, karena metode konvensional seringkali kurang beragam dan kurang memiliki akses terhadap teknologi. Proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan aplikasi ChatGPT sebagai sarana pembelajaran interaktif bagi siswa TPA Ibnu Salam di Cilodong, Depok. Dilakukan secara offline pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2024, program ini mencakup sesi pelatihan langsung di mana pendidik dan siswa terlibat dengan modul terstruktur dan sumber daya teknologi digital untuk memperkaya proses pembelajaran. Metodologinya melibatkan pelatihan langsung, dengan pendidik menerima panduan tentang cara mengintegrasikan ChatGPT untuk memfasilitasi interaksi kelas. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan dan minat siswa dalam belajar, perluasan pengetahuan guru, dan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi lembaga mitra dalam memasukkan teknologi yang dapat diakses ke dalam ruang kelas mereka. Masukan dari peserta sangat positif, dengan kepuasan yang tinggi dilaporkan dalam berbagai bidang seperti konten pelatihan, pengorganisasian sesi, dan penerapan praktis. Inisiatif ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini, memperkenalkan solusi teknologi sederhana dan relevan yang memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan TPA Ibnu Salam dan meningkatkan strategi pengajaran.

Abstract

Efforts to improve healthcare services in the medical world are being made by implementing rapidly evolving Computer and Information Technology. In the medical field, particularly in infusion procedures, this is the most commonly used device. The function of infusion is to administer fluids or medication into the body through an intravenous route at a constant rate for a specific period. Infusion is performed for patients who urgently need medication or require a continuous and slow administration of fluids due to dehydration. However, during implementation in the field, issues may arise due to a lack of medical personnel and nursing errors, especially considering the ongoing Covid-19 conditions. An automated infusion monitoring device is one of the solutions created to ease the nursing process by monitoring and regulating the infusion flow rate through a monitor that displays real-time fluid volume in the nurse's area. The author employs an Arduino Mega 2560 as the data reader, a Load Cell sensor to measure the weight of the fluid in the infusion, a Servo to control the infusion flow rate, and an ESP module to connect to the server
