Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaturan bank digital di Indonesia dan menganalisis legalitas pendirian bank digital di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Sumber dan jenis bahan hukum yang digunakan yaitu bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Teknik memperoleh bahan hukum dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan atau dokumen. Analisis yang digunakan dengan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaturan mengenai perbankan digital diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 1998, POJK No. 38/POJK.03/2016, POJK No. 12/POJK.03/2018, POJK No. 13/POJK.03/2021, POJK No. 12/POJK.03/2021 dan Surat Keputusan Direksi BI No. 27/164/KEP/DIR/1995. Legalitas pendirian bank digital di Indonesia dilakukan dengan pendirian Bank BHI Baru dan Bank BHI yang akan bertransformasi menjadi Bank Digital.

Abstract

Investasi pengembangan SDM merupakan program jangka panjang yang di dalamnya terdapat program jangka menengahyang harus sedini mungkin diformulasikan perencanaanya dan diimplementasikan. Investasi ini harus menunjang perkembangan ekonomi dengan visi membangun suatu masyarakat madani yang makmur dan berkeadilan. Dalam hal ini ada tiga hal yang perlu dilakukan yaitu sumber daya sejarah dan budaya, kualitas sumber daya manusia, pemberdayaan rakyat.Madrasah dalam tujuannya berupaya mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan umum. Menyeimbangkan keduanya untuk menggapai kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Ada beberapa aspek yang perlu dikembangkan dalam lingkup lembaga pendidikan Islam pada umumnya, dan Madrasah pada khususnya untuk menumbuhkan kualitas SDM yang berwawasan global paling tidak harus asanya pengelolaan yang baik dari aspek pendidikan (pedagogis), aspek Moral-Spiritual, aspek sosio-kultural, aspek Sistem pendidikan, aspek sarana dan prasarana

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist chemistry teachers in the Banjar Regency Chemistry Teachers Working Group (MGMP) in developing learning evaluation materials. This training aims to improve the quality of learning in the Independent Curriculum for chemistry teachers in creating learning evaluations using Wordwall. Based on the questionnaire results filled out by MGMP chemistry teachers in the Banjar Regency, it was found that 50% of teachers stated that they were skilled enough in using technology in preparing learning evaluation materials. The methods in this activity are divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. Considering this condition, the community service team needs to address the problems teachers face by conducting training on preparing IT-based teaching materials held at SMAN 1 Martapura with two offline meetings attended by 21 teachers. Based on the training results, there was an improvement in teachers' understanding of creating interactive evaluation materials using Wordwall, and teachers' responses to the activity showed a good category. The interactive evaluation products produced can be used to assist the chemistry learning process.

Abstract

The internet has not been optimally utilized to support student learning, especially chemistry. Therefore, a research study was conducted to develop interactive digital teaching materials as an interactive e-module supported by the Heyzine application on colloids. This study aimed to develop teaching materials that possess (a) validity, (b) practicality, and (c) effectiveness. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, & Disseminate). The developed e-module was tested on grade XI MIPA 2 students at SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin during the 2022/2023 academic year. The testing was conducted individually, in small groups, and a limited manner. Data was collected using questionnaires for validation, readability, response, and test assessment. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the developed e-module met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria. The validity test results indicated a high level of validity, with an average score of 95.64%. The e-module was also found to be practical based on the readability test, student and teacher response questionnaires, and the observation of teacher's abilities and implementation of learning. The practicality test scores indicated good to excellent quality. Furthermore, the limited testing demonstrated the effectiveness of the e-module in achieving learning objectives, as indicated by a high average n-gain score of 0.74. Overall, the developed e-module was able to enhance students' knowledge and learning outcomes in the field of colloids.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions for shrimp cracker products in Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency. By using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers, this research identifies the relationship between price variables and purchasing decisions. The analysis results show that price does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a significance value greater than 0.05. Although the data used is reliable with 95.3% valid cases, the data distribution is not normal which can affect the analysis results. The multiple linear regression test and F test show that the regression model built is not significant, with only 2.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions that can be explained by price. These findings indicate the need for further research to explore other factors that might influence purchasing decisions for shrimp cracker products in Punti Village.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes in the admission of new students at MDTA AL IRFAN, including factors that support and inhibit the process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study revealed that the management of new student admissions at MDTA AL IRFAN has shown positive performance. This was achieved through structured planning, efficient implementation, and continuous evaluation. Factors such as visionary leadership, collaboration with external parties, and community support are important aspects in the success of new student admissions. However, obstacles such as limited resources and the dynamics of changes in the external environment need to be addressed strategically so that MDTA AL IRFAN can continue to develop as an excellent Islamic educational institution that is in demand by the community.

Abstract

The role of religion becomes very decisive in shaping the morality of human behavior that is more friendly to the environment. Religion becomes a source in guiding human behavior on the environment. Religious teachings are explored in the context of education to be one of the approaches, and learning resources to increase student awareness of the environment. The design of this quantitative research is done with a comparative approach pretest one-group-post test design to compare the students' attitude and concern for the environment before and after the implementation of learning by using religious approach on the environment. The subjects were 27 students of class V SDN Aengtabar 1 Bangkalan. Questionnaires were used to measure students' attitudes and concern for the environment. A statistical test of paired samples was used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant difference before and after the implementation of learning by using religious approach. Implemented learning could inspire more students to have an attitude and concern for the environment. It is these values that should be imparted to students early on with the foundations of the religion as a guideline to behave.

Abstract

Lippo Karawaci Tbk is one of the largest property companies in Indonesia that operates in a dynamic external environment, characterized by macroeconomic pressures, strict regulations, and changes in consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the company's strategy in facing external and internal challenges, as well as developing strategies based on resource advantages and sustainability principles. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on profit growth at PT. Lippo Krawaci Tbk during the period 2013-2023, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is associative research. The instrument used in this study is a list of financial report tables of PT. Lippo Krawaci Tbk. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Lippo Krawaci Tbk for 27 years (1996-2023). The sample is the financial statements for the last 11 years from 2013-2023 consisting of the balance sheet of total debt, total equity and the Profit and Loss report consisting of Net Profit. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, namely Purposive Sampling. The data analysis techniques used to process data in this study are the Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test consisting of the F Test (partial) and the T Test (simultaneous).

Abstract

Communication is one of the basic things in human life. Communication cannot be separated from human life, because it is a process of interaction between a person or group of people and their environment. In this case, good communication is very influential on the quality of service. The better the quality of service in the company, the higher the achievement of customer satisfaction. At the same time, poor service can undermine customer trust and satisfaction. . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and Telkomsel customer satisfaction in Palangka Raya City. Data collection was carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to Telkomsel service users in Palangka Raya City who were selected by random sampling. Respondents were asked to provide value or satisfaction points for Telkomsel's service quality. The procedure used in this study is a simple regression procedure with cross section data type. The data obtained was processed using the Eviews 12 application. The results of the data analysis obtained the regression model Y = 15.706 + 0.8041X. From this study it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Panoramic radiography is an imaging examination used to visualize the teeth and oral cavity using X-rays. This examination requires proper patient positioning and clear instructions to prevent imaging errors, such as the appearance of artifacts. Providing effective instructions can be initiated through good public speaking skills. Effective communication between radiographers and patients is essential to achieve optimal image quality. Radiographers who deliver clear instructions and explanations can assist patients in understanding the examination procedures they will undergo. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between public speaking indicators—respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble—and patient understanding during panoramic radiographic examinations. Methods: Data were collected using a questionnaire completed by outpatients undergoing panoramic radiography. The data were then statistically analyzed using the chi-square correlation test. Results: Based on the correlation analysis between public speaking and patient understanding, among the five indicators of effective communication (respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble), two indicators showed a significant relationship with patient understanding (p-value < 0.05), while the remaining three indicators had p-values > 0.05, indicating no significant relationship. Conclusion: Most respondents were aged 21–30 years and were female, and they perceived radiographer communication as effective with a generally good level of patient understanding. The chi-square test results demonstrated that the clarity and humble indicators had a significant relationship with patient understanding, whereas respect, empathy, and audible showed no significant association. Keywords : panoramic radiography, patient understanding, public speaking ABSTRAK  Latar Belakang:Radiografi panoramik merupakan pemeriksaan untuk melihan gigi dan rongga mulut menggunakan sinar X. pemeriksaan radiografi panoramik memerlukan pemosisian dan isntruksi yang tepat agar tidak terjadi kesalahan foto seperti munculnya artefak. Pemberian instruksi yang baik dapat dimulai dengan public speaking. Komunikasi yang efektif antara radiografer dan pasien diperlukan agar mencapai tujuan yaitu hasil foto yang baik. Radiografer yang memberikan instruksi dan penjelasan dengan baik dapat membantu pasien dalam memahami prosedur pemeriksaan yang akan dilakukannya. Tujuan: Penelitian betujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan public speaking indikator respect, empathy, audible, clarity, humble dengan pemahaman pasien saat pemeriksaan radiografi panoramik. Metode: Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner yang diisi oleh pasien rawat jalan radiografi panoramik yang kemudian hasilnya diolah secara statistika menggunakan uji korelasi chisquare. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara public speaking dengan pemahaman pasien, diketahui dari lima indicator komunikasi efeltif (respect, empathy, audible, clarity, humble) terdapat dua indicator yang berhubungan dengan nilai p value< 0.05 dan tiga indicator lain memiliki p value>0.05 sehingga tidak ada hubungan dengan pemahaman pasien. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas responden berusia 21–30 tahun dan berjenis kelamin perempuan, serta menilai komunikasi radiografer telah efektif dengan tingkat pemahaman pasien yang tergolong baik. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa indikator clarity dan humble memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemahaman pasien, sedangkan indikator respect, empathy, dan audible tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Kata kunci : pemahaman pasien, public speaking, radiografi panoramik
