Abstract

Learning Arabic in elementary to tertiary educational institutions will equip students with four language skills, namely maharat al-istima’, al-kalam, al-qira’ah, and al-kitabah. Optimal skill acquisition cannot be separated from the appropriate method to be applied, because Arabic functions productively or expressively, namely to make others understand (al-ifham) through oral and written communication. Differences in learning backgrounds make students’ ability to write Arabic not yet well understood. Insya` muwajjah aims to train students’ initial stage abilities in writing Arabic. This study combines qualitative descriptive and eclectic methods. Data were collected through interviews and observations. The discussion of this article focuses on the application of Insya’ muwajjah (guide composition) in 7th Grade Students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thoriqul Huda Mojowarno Jombang. The results of the study show that the application of guided composition strategies can improve Arabic writing skills.

Abstract

Learning speaking skills must be given to students in the initial stages of learning a second (foreign) language, including learning Arabic. Even though speaking skills occupy a very important position, researchers through interviews with Arabic language teachers in Class XI-IPS1 found that most Class This fact is also confirmed by the Arabic oral test scores which are below the minimum completion limit in the field of Arabic language studies. The results of the research show that the application of the Audio-lingual method has proven to be effective in improving the speaking skills of Class The quantitative evidence is the results of the oral tests for all students which show that all groups obtained scores in the passing range, meaning that they exceeded the minimum standard for completeness in Arabic lessons, namely 6.5, the minimum score obtained by all students was 69.2. As for the aspect of the speaking proficiency test in the form of pronunciation, a score of 79.2 was obtained, meaning that this method has a great influence on increasing proficiency and fluency in Arabic.

Abstract

Science plays a crucial role in Islam. No other religion, and no holy book like the al-Qur’an, places such a high value on knowledge and commands its adherents to seek it. Islam is a religion of salvation that does not separate knowledge into dichotomous boxes. Islam should not be separated from science; instead, it should be integrated. Everything in the universe, including human creation and culture, essentially belongs to and originates from Allah. Science and technology are developing rapidly. Allah has provided humans with the tools of reason and senses to produce knowledge, as well as the universe and its contents. All of this serves the purpose of science and technology, which are based on religion. Science, as it develops, can originate from religious, rational, empirical sources, or a combination of all three. The integration of Islamic religious knowledge with science, or vice versa, implies that all knowledge ultimately originates from Allah. All manifestations of knowledge are ultimately aimed at serving God Almighty.

Abstract

This journal explains about " The Effect of Application of Paragraph Building Method in Arabic Language Learning to Increase Writing Skills at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catak Gayam – Mojowarno - Jombang ". The choice of the title is based on the assumption that the Paragraph Building method is a learning method that prioritizes students' ideas, thus requiring students to be more creative in developing their ideas and putting them into writing or sentences. Because learning with this method is different from existing lessons, by exposing students to interesting themes, it is hoped that it can support students Writing Skills. The author takes two problem formulations to be studied, namely, how to apply the Paragraph Building method for class X students of Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catak Gayam Mojowarno Jombang, and the second formulation is how the effect of applying the Paragraph Building method to class X students at Madarasah Aliyah Darul Faizin. Research methods in writing this scientific work are quantitative research using the "t" test formula to analyze the data, because this type of research is an experimental type of research. This study aims to determine the significance of differences in the achievement level of students ' Writing Skills before and after using the Paragraph Building method on 75 students consisting of 2 classes. While the sample used was random sampling technique, the research sample was 36 students who were divided into two classes, namely the control class and the trial class. And data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Then the results obtained are that the Paragraph Building method has an effect on the Writing Skills of class X Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin students, with the details of the trial class the average score is 6.63 (initial test) and 7.91 (posttest), while the control mean scores were 6.38 (initial test) and 6.94 (post test). Thus there is an effect because between the two there is a difference of 0.97

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah kayu bangunan secara optimal sebagai souvenir di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ghozaliyah telah diupayakan dalam sebuah program pemberdayaan santri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan adalah Pendekatan edukatif), di mana tim pelaksana pengabdian dan mitra pengabdian (pengurus bidang kesenian dan pengelola limbah kayu) menggunakan aset yang sudah ada setelah itu dikembangkan dan didayagunakan. Pemberdayaan pengurus pondok bidang kesenian ini menunjukkan upaya peningkatan kapasitas kader. Pengurus bidang kesenian dan tutor dari pengelola /pertukangan terbukti dapat mengakui potensi peserta pelatihan sekecil apapun. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip bahwa setiap manusia terlahir dengan kelebihan masing-masing. Tidak ada yang tidak memiliki potensi, walau hanya sekedar kemampuan untuk tersenyum. Semua berpotensi dan semua bisa berkontribusi. Keberhasilan desiminasi keterampilan dalam bidang pertukangan untuk pemanfaatan limbah kayu bangunan untuk souvenir bernilai jual membuktikan telah terjadi difusi inovasi pendidikan. Praktik service learning melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan upaya pengurus dan santri memupuk soft skill nya. Keberhasilan tim pelaksana pengabdian dalam dinilai dari dampak-dampak perubahan, antara lain: Kemunculan kader baru yang memiliki bekal ketrampilan pembuatan souvenir yang nantinya akan dipasarkan pengurus bidang kesenian di kalangan santri serta Pengalaman para pengurus membangun kemitraan sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan potensi dan asset yang mereka miliki untuk mengembangkan kreativitas santri di bidang pertukangan.

Abstract

Reading and writing literacy are essential basic skills that everyone must master. These literacies are needed to access information, communicate, and develop oneself. For elementary school students, reading and writing literacy are critical skills to be acquired. Good reading and writing literacy will help students understand lessons, complete school assignments, and develop creativity. The use of alphabet flashcards in teaching reading and writing is an effective method to assist students in developing their literacy skills. However, it is important to remember that such teaching aids should be used as part of a broader and integrated learning approach that includes teacher-student interactions, appropriate reading materials, and individual support for students who need additional assistance. This community service program employs a student-centered learning strategy. This strategy emphasizes the role of students as active participants in the learning process, encouraging them to construct their own knowledge.

Abstract

Kualitas dan prestasi kegiatan non akademik pada suatu lembaga pendidikan dewasa ini menjadi salah satu penilaian khusus masyarakat terkait kualitas pendidikan di dalamnya secara menyeluruh pada suatu lembaga pendidikan. prestasi non akademik seakan menjadi ukuran penilaian baru bagi sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan nama baik sekolah kepada calon peserta didiknya. Bahkan pada beberapa sekolah unggulan prestasi kegiatan non akademik mendapat prioritas utama dalam proses pengelolaannya. Sekolah yang mampu menghasilkan peserta didik berprestasi, maka sekolah tersebutlah yang akan mendapat kepercayaan   lebih   dari   masyarakat. Pengelolaan    kegiatan    non    akademik    yang    baik     bukan     hanya menambah nilai lebih terhadap nama baik sekolah diantara sekolah-sekolah yang lain. Keberadaan kegiatan non akademik di sekolah merupakan wadah pembinaan peserta didik sesuai bakat, minat, dan potensi peserta didik dalam berkeaktifitas dan berkreasi diluar jam pelajaran sekolah. Oleh karena itu Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pendampingan bimbingan ini adalah Membangun motivasi dan melatih siswa/siswi Kelas 11 melalui  program bahasa arab terstruktur demi mencapai prestasi di bidang akademik dan non akademik baik tingkat regional maupun nasional. Setelah pemaparan materi diharapkan output siswa/siswi yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam bidang bahasa Arab Terintegrasi PAI dan Bahasa arab murni. membimbing belajar siswa/I terpilih dalam program belajar terstruktur.

Abstract

Artikel ini melaporkan hasil pendampingan penerjemahan kitab Akhlaqul Banat Juz 1 untuk santriwati di Pesantren Al-Ghozaliyah Jombang. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan membaca dan penerjemahan kitab kuning secara mandiri di kalangan siswi jenjang pemula. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan metodologi penerjemahan yang sistematis, melatih kemampuan bahasa Arab, dan meningkatkan pemahaman santriwati terhadap isi kitab akhlak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, latihan penerjemahan ayat demi ayat, diskusi kelompok kecil, dan evaluasi berkala. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan santriwati dalam hal pemahaman kosakata, tata bahasa Arab dasar, dan keberanian untuk mempresentasikan hasil terjemahan di kelas. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan sikap yang positif berupa peningkatan motivasi untuk mempelajari kitab kuning dan kesadaran akan pentingnya moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan perlunya tindak lanjut berupa program pembiasaan halaqah tarjim mingguan agar keterampilan yang diperoleh dapat dipertahankan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article discusses the urgency of using digital learning media in Arabic language teaching in the digital era, which has fundamentally changed the educational landscape and demands significant adaptations in learning methods and media. Arabic, as a language of religious, cultural, and global significance, faces unique challenges in its learning amidst the learning style preferences of a contemporary, technology-savvy generation. The study focuses on the impact of digital media, identifying its opportunities and challenges, and reviewing successful implementations at various levels of education. The study’s findings illustrate that digital learning media not only enhance motivation and accessibility but also personalize and enrich the Arabic language learning experience. Success depends heavily on a holistic implementation strategy, including teacher competency development, equitable infrastructure provision, and relevant content design. The study confirms that digital media is not merely a complementary tool but an essential component for ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of Arabic language learning in the future.
