Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job crafting and leader-member exchange on work-family enrichment through work engagement on married women  employees in the finishing department of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used a probability sampling and obtained the sample size that must be used is 127 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale 1-5. The analytical method used is the test instrument (validity and reliability), hypotheses testing and path analysis test with SPSS 23. The results of the study show that all hypotheses are accepted. Therefore could be known that job crafting has a positive effect on work engagement. Leader-member exchanges have a positive effect on work engagement. Job crafting has a positive effect on work-family enrichment. Leader-member exchanges have a positive effect on work-family enrichment. Work engagement has a positive effect on work-family enrichment. The path analysis test results also show that job crafting has a positive effect on work-family enrichment and leader-member exchange that has a positive effect on work-family enrichment through work engagement.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Workplace spirituality and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance Through Work Engagement Study on the production employees of PT. Busana UtamaTextile Buaran Pekalongan. The type and design of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 237 employees. The samples in studies using probability sampling techniques, obtained the sample size should be used 149 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire that measured with the Likert scale. Data analysis using partial test and path analysis using SPSS version 23. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Results from the study showed that workplace spirituality has a positive effect on employee performance. Results also showed perceived organizational support positive effect on employee performance. As for the influence of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on work engagement has a positive effect. In addition, the work engagement proved to mediate the relationship between workplace spirituality on employee performance and relationships perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence POS and extraversion personality to OCB and affective commitment as mediation. The population in this research that all employees Aneka Jaya Supermarket Sambiroto number of 126 employees. Mechanical sampling using saturated sample so that the entire population of the research sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis method is test instrument (validity and reliability), a descriptive analysis of the respondents, and test hypotheses and test path analysis with the data processing program SPSS version 25. The results showed that all hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, the POS has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Extraversion personality has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has positive and significant effect on OCB. POS has positive and significant impact on OCB. Extraversion personality has positive and significant effect on OCB. The test results of path analysis also showed that the POS and extraversion personality and sgnifkan positive effect on OCB through affective commitment. POS positive and significant impact on OCB. Extraversion personality positive and significant impact on OCB. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procedural fairness and organization learning on innovative behavior through work engagement. The population in this study were all batik craftsmen in Semarang City IKM Batik, totaling 165 people. Based on this population 117 respondents were taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire, observation and interviews. The analytical method used is SPSS IBM Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that procedural justice has positive and significant influence on innovative behavior, organizational learning can have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior and work engagement, work engagement can have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, then work engagement can mediate the positive influence of procedural justice and organizational learning on innovative behavior. The conclusion of this research is procedural fairness,organizational learning and work engagemEnt can increase innovative behavior. Furthermore work attachment can mediate the influence of procedural fairness and organization learning on innovative behavior. Suggestions for IKM batik management are to have emotional closeness such as the availability of leaders to listen to the complaints of employees, the existence of activities such as workshops and exhibitions on a regular basis to trigger increased knowledge so that it is easier to create new ideas.

Abstract

This study aims to Determine the effect of work family conflict and work engagement on life satisfaction through work life balance as a mediating variable of study in female nurses at RSI who are married. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using proportional sampling sampling technique and Obtained sample size that must be used is 118 female nurses who are married, the analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the application of SPSS 23. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that five hypotheses were accepted, and two hypotheses were rejected. So it can be seen that work family conflict has a negative and not significant effect on life satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on life satisfaction. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on work life balance. Whereas the work life balance is only Able to mediate the relationship between work engagement and life satisfaction.Suggestions for future research are to develop other variables that can mediate the relationship of work family conflict in the life satisfaction of female nurses, for example social support. While the advice for the hospital is to reduce the activities that make-female nurses so tired, and provide time off when it is Necessary to reduce conflicts that occur

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment and leader-member exchange as mediating variables for sewing employees of PT. Apparel One Indonesia 1. The sample used is 92 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical tests with analysis tools, namely SmartPLS 3.0. The conclusion of this study is that organizational justice cannot improve organizational citizenship behavior either directly or through organizational commitment. However, organizational justice can increase organizational citizenship behavior only when through mediation of leader-member exchange. Recommendations for companies are that during the recruitment process, it is better to choose employees who are truly competent so that tasks can be distributed according to the employees' abilities. In addition, employees must be involved in every decision making so that employees will feel needed and recognized which in turn will bring out commitment to employees.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang variatif akan membantu siswa dalam pemahaman materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Pada sekolah MA Yasis AT-Taqwa Pahesan, model pembelajaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang konvensional. Disini siswa kurang berperan aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar dan siswa akan cenderung merasa bosan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut peneliti mencoba menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I yaitu 64,58 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 54,16%, sedangkan untuk siklus II nilai rata-ratanya 79,79 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 79,16%. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa 55,47% dan siklus II menjadi 76,54%. Sedangkan kinerja guru pada siklus I 51,42% dan meningkat disiklus II 91,42%. The learning processwill help studentsvariedin understandinglearning materialsprovided bythe teacher. AtschoolMAYasisAT-Taqwa Pahesan, learning modelused is stillusingconventionallearning models. Here thestudents areactively involved inthe learning processand students willtend to feelbored. To solvethe problem, the researcher tried toapply thelearning modelContextual Teaching andLearning(CTL) as an effort toimprove student learning outcomes. The design ofthis studyisaction researchwithtwocycles, each cycleincluding planning, implementation, observationand reflection. The result showedthe average valuein the first cycleis64.58withclassical completeness54.16%, while forthe second cycleaverage value79.79withclassical completeness79.16%. In the first cycleof student activityand55.47% to76.54% the second cycle. While theperformance of teachersin the first cycleincreased51.42% andincreased91.42% in thesecond cycle.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Karangreja Purbalingga secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 209 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 137 siswa. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 31,666 + 0,401X1+ 0,170 X2 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 54,5%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial motivasi sebesar 38%, dan fasilitas belajar sebesar 4,4%.The purpose of this research is to find out whether is there any influence of motivation and learning facilities to student learning outcomes subject Economic IPS of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Karangreja Purbalingga either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research were student of class VIII totaling 209 student and the sampling totaling 137 student. The data was collected using observation, questioner, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the multiple regression analysis is Y = 31,666 + 0,401X1+ 0,170 X2 + e. There is a simultaneously influence as much as 54,5%, whereas partially the influence of readiness to learn as much as 38%, and learning facilities 4,4%.

Abstract

Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata diklat korespodensi (studi kasus pada siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran) baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui baik secara simultan maupun parsial apakah motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata diklat korespodensi (studi kasus pada siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran). Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X AP sebanyak 88 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi, dan lingkungan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara angket atau kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut Y= -13.716 + 0.896X1 + 0.347X2 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 83,5%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial motivasi sebesar 37,94% dan lingkungaan sebesar 14,97%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata diklat korespodensi kelas X AP di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Problems examined in this study is there any influence of the environment on motivation and learning outcomes in correspondence training eye (A Case Study of Class X Office Administration Program at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran) either simultaneously or partially. Population studied in this research is class X AP as many as 88 students. Variables that were examined in this study is motivation, and environment. Data collection is done by means of a questionnaire or questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis in this study is as follows Y = -13 716 + 0.896X1 + 0.347X2 + e. There is a simultaneous effect of 83.5%, while the partial effect of motivated by 37.94% and amounted to 14.97% environment. The conclusion of this research there is motivation and environmental influences on learning outcomes in correspondence training class X at SMK Widya Praja AP in Ungaran either simultaneously or partially.
