Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh mediasi variabel kelelahan emosional antara beban kerja berlebih dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga pada kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat wanita RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo Semarang dengan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling yang berjumlah 75 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan path analysis dengan program SPSS for Windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja Berlebih dan Konflik Pekerjaan Keluarga memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kelelahan Emosional dan Kelelahan Emosional memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kelelahan Emosional berhasil memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja berlebih terhadap kinerja dan juga berhasil memediasi hubungan antara konflik pekerjaan keluarga pada kinerja.

The purpose of this study was to deteminate the influence of work overload on job performance the mediating of emotional exhaustion. The population of this study is employees of PT. Royal Kotindah Purbalingga. A total samples is 96 employees, and used proportionate random sampling. Methods of data collection used documentation and quetionnaires. Methos of data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, and path analysis. Data analysis used SPSS softwere for windows version 21. The result of this study show that work overload and emotional exhaustion have a negatiff significant effect on job performance. In addition, the result also show that work overload have a positive significant on emotional exhaustion. Futhermore, this study finds that emotional exhaustion mediates the relationship work overload on job performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of working life and emotional intelligence on the performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study on nurses at Christian Hospital Ngesti Waluyo Temanggung as many as 189 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The sampling technique using proportional cluster sampling technique as many as 129 people. Methods of data analysis using classical assumption test, regression analysis and path analysis. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The results showed that the quality of work life had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence positive effect on organizational commitment. Quality of work life has a positive effect on performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive effect on performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance. The quality of work life positive effect on performance through organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence positive effect on performance through organizational commitment. Suggestions for the agency is to perform the briefing prior to the work and to supervise and control the tasks and responsibilities of the nurse, then evaluated and the results communicated to the person concerned.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of customer relationship management and brand image on customer loyalty through satisfaction in the official Suzuki Indosun Semarang workshop. The population in this study were consumers of the Semarang Indosun Suzuki official workshop who had served more than once with a total sample of 115 respondents, through non-probability sampling techniques, namely accidental sampling. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method in this study consisted of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and path analysis. Instrument testing is carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. The results show that customer relationship management and brand image have a significant effect on satisfaction. Customer relationship management and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the path analysis test show that customer relationship management and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction. So that it can be said that satisfaction is able to become an intervening variable the influence of customer relationship management and brand image on customer loyalty.

Impulse buying behavior encourages consumers to shop unplanned without thinking of the benefit of the product purchased. Without dorongaan hedonic behavior or hedonic motives and lifestyle are high on the consumer, then the consumer will not do impulse buying. The purpose of this study to determine the direct and indirect effects of hedonic motives to impulse buying using variables shopping lifestyle as an intervening variable. The population in this study are all consumers Giant Tidar Magelang. Sampling using purposive sample with 115 the number of respondents. Data collection method used is the method of questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data using path analysis path (path analysis) with the variables include hedonic motives, lifestyle shopping, impulse buying. The results showed that hedonic motives direct influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying. The result of path analysis showed that the lifestyle shopping able to mediate the association between hedonic motives to impulse buying. The conclusions of this study proved that hedonic motives direct influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying. Shopping lifestyle has a role as an intervening variable between hedonic motives to impulse buying. Suggestion for the company to further improve the facilities as well as the novelty of the atmosphere in the store. For further research to examine other retail types and can add new variables and or indicator to enrich the model and answer the problems and limitations of this research is going on.

This study aims to determine the effect of job crafting and leader-member exchange on work-family enrichment through work engagement on married women employees in the finishing department of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used a probability sampling and obtained the sample size that must be used is 127 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale 1-5. The analytical method used is the test instrument (validity and reliability), hypotheses testing and path analysis test with SPSS 23. The results of the study show that all hypotheses are accepted. Therefore could be known that job crafting has a positive effect on work engagement. Leader-member exchanges have a positive effect on work engagement. Job crafting has a positive effect on work-family enrichment. Leader-member exchanges have a positive effect on work-family enrichment. Work engagement has a positive effect on work-family enrichment. The path analysis test results also show that job crafting has a positive effect on work-family enrichment and leader-member exchange that has a positive effect on work-family enrichment through work engagement.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Workplace spirituality and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance Through Work Engagement Study on the production employees of PT. Busana UtamaTextile Buaran Pekalongan. The type and design of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 237 employees. The samples in studies using probability sampling techniques, obtained the sample size should be used 149 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire that measured with the Likert scale. Data analysis using partial test and path analysis using SPSS version 23. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Results from the study showed that workplace spirituality has a positive effect on employee performance. Results also showed perceived organizational support positive effect on employee performance. As for the influence of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on work engagement has a positive effect. In addition, the work engagement proved to mediate the relationship between workplace spirituality on employee performance and relationships perceived organizational support on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence POS and extraversion personality to OCB and affective commitment as mediation. The population in this research that all employees Aneka Jaya Supermarket Sambiroto number of 126 employees. Mechanical sampling using saturated sample so that the entire population of the research sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis method is test instrument (validity and reliability), a descriptive analysis of the respondents, and test hypotheses and test path analysis with the data processing program SPSS version 25. The results showed that all hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, the POS has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Extraversion personality has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has positive and significant effect on OCB. POS has positive and significant impact on OCB. Extraversion personality has positive and significant effect on OCB. The test results of path analysis also showed that the POS and extraversion personality and sgnifkan positive effect on OCB through affective commitment. POS positive and significant impact on OCB. Extraversion personality positive and significant impact on OCB. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procedural fairness and organization learning on innovative behavior through work engagement. The population in this study were all batik craftsmen in Semarang City IKM Batik, totaling 165 people. Based on this population 117 respondents were taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire, observation and interviews. The analytical method used is SPSS IBM Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that procedural justice has positive and significant influence on innovative behavior, organizational learning can have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior and work engagement, work engagement can have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, then work engagement can mediate the positive influence of procedural justice and organizational learning on innovative behavior. The conclusion of this research is procedural fairness,organizational learning and work engagemEnt can increase innovative behavior. Furthermore work attachment can mediate the influence of procedural fairness and organization learning on innovative behavior. Suggestions for IKM batik management are to have emotional closeness such as the availability of leaders to listen to the complaints of employees, the existence of activities such as workshops and exhibitions on a regular basis to trigger increased knowledge so that it is easier to create new ideas.

This study aims to Determine the effect of work family conflict and work engagement on life satisfaction through work life balance as a mediating variable of study in female nurses at RSI who are married. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using proportional sampling sampling technique and Obtained sample size that must be used is 118 female nurses who are married, the analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the application of SPSS 23. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that five hypotheses were accepted, and two hypotheses were rejected. So it can be seen that work family conflict has a negative and not significant effect on life satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on life satisfaction. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on work life balance. Whereas the work life balance is only Able to mediate the relationship between work engagement and life satisfaction.Suggestions for future research are to develop other variables that can mediate the relationship of work family conflict in the life satisfaction of female nurses, for example social support. While the advice for the hospital is to reduce the activities that make-female nurses so tired, and provide time off when it is Necessary to reduce conflicts that occur
