Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment and leader-member exchange as mediating variables for sewing employees of PT. Apparel One Indonesia 1. The sample used is 92 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical tests with analysis tools, namely SmartPLS 3.0. The conclusion of this study is that organizational justice cannot improve organizational citizenship behavior either directly or through organizational commitment. However, organizational justice can increase organizational citizenship behavior only when through mediation of leader-member exchange. Recommendations for companies are that during the recruitment process, it is better to choose employees who are truly competent so that tasks can be distributed according to the employees' abilities. In addition, employees must be involved in every decision making so that employees will feel needed and recognized which in turn will bring out commitment to employees.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang variatif akan membantu siswa dalam pemahaman materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Pada sekolah MA Yasis AT-Taqwa Pahesan, model pembelajaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang konvensional. Disini siswa kurang berperan aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar dan siswa akan cenderung merasa bosan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut peneliti mencoba menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I yaitu 64,58 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 54,16%, sedangkan untuk siklus II nilai rata-ratanya 79,79 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 79,16%. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa 55,47% dan siklus II menjadi 76,54%. Sedangkan kinerja guru pada siklus I 51,42% dan meningkat disiklus II 91,42%. The learning processwill help studentsvariedin understandinglearning materialsprovided bythe teacher. AtschoolMAYasisAT-Taqwa Pahesan, learning modelused is stillusingconventionallearning models. Here thestudents areactively involved inthe learning processand students willtend to feelbored. To solvethe problem, the researcher tried toapply thelearning modelContextual Teaching andLearning(CTL) as an effort toimprove student learning outcomes. The design ofthis studyisaction researchwithtwocycles, each cycleincluding planning, implementation, observationand reflection. The result showedthe average valuein the first cycleis64.58withclassical completeness54.16%, while forthe second cycleaverage value79.79withclassical completeness79.16%. In the first cycleof student activityand55.47% to76.54% the second cycle. While theperformance of teachersin the first cycleincreased51.42% andincreased91.42% in thesecond cycle.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Karangreja Purbalingga secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 209 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 137 siswa. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 31,666 + 0,401X1+ 0,170 X2 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 54,5%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial motivasi sebesar 38%, dan fasilitas belajar sebesar 4,4%.The purpose of this research is to find out whether is there any influence of motivation and learning facilities to student learning outcomes subject Economic IPS of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Karangreja Purbalingga either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research were student of class VIII totaling 209 student and the sampling totaling 137 student. The data was collected using observation, questioner, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the multiple regression analysis is Y = 31,666 + 0,401X1+ 0,170 X2 + e. There is a simultaneously influence as much as 54,5%, whereas partially the influence of readiness to learn as much as 38%, and learning facilities 4,4%.

Abstract

Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata diklat korespodensi (studi kasus pada siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran) baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui baik secara simultan maupun parsial apakah motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata diklat korespodensi (studi kasus pada siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran). Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X AP sebanyak 88 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi, dan lingkungan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara angket atau kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut Y= -13.716 + 0.896X1 + 0.347X2 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 83,5%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial motivasi sebesar 37,94% dan lingkungaan sebesar 14,97%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata diklat korespodensi kelas X AP di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Problems examined in this study is there any influence of the environment on motivation and learning outcomes in correspondence training eye (A Case Study of Class X Office Administration Program at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran) either simultaneously or partially. The purpose of this study is to determine either simultaneously or partially in motivation and environment toward learning outcome in correspondence subject (A Case Study of Class X Office Administration Program at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran). Population studied in this research is class X AP as many as 88 students. Variables that were examined in this study is motivation, and environment. Data collection is done by means of a questionnaire or questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis in this study is as follows Y = -13 716 + 0.896X1 + 0.347X2 + e. There is a simultaneous effect of 83.5%, while the partial effect of motivated by 37.94% and amounted to 14.97% environment. The conclusion of this research there is motivation and environmental influences on learning outcomes in correspondence training class X at SMK Widya Praja AP in Ungaran either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang berjumlah 126 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru, lingkungan sekolah dan minat belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Y = 2,574 + 0,333X1 + 0,513 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 37,1%, serta pengaruh secara parsial keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 27,2% dan lingkungan sekolah sebesar 5,5%.This purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence teacher’s teaching skill and school environment to student interest simultaneously or partially. The population in this research is student of office administration in SMK N 1 Slawi. The variables in this research are teacher’s teaching skill, school environment, and interest students. The data was collected using questioner and documentations. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the multiple regression analysis is Y = 2,574 + 0,333 + 0,513 + e. There is a simultaneous influence as much as 37,1% along with partially the influences of teacher’s teaching skill as much as 27,2% and school environment as much as 5,5%.

Abstract

Kondisi belajar mengajar yang efektif adalah adanya minat dan perhatian siswa dalam belajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang baik. Berdasarkan observasi awal ditemukan bahwa guru telah memenuhi kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan keluarga yang mendukung, serta fasilitas belajar yang memadahi untuk belajar. Akan tetapi ditemui bahwa masih rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap minat belajar siswa secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang berjumlah 99 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 1,770 + 0,211X1 + 0,275X2 + 0,440X3.. Secara simultan (R2) kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa sebesar 44,8% dan sisanya 55,2% dipengaruhi oleh sebab lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. An effective teaching and learning condition is when students have interest and attention in learning to reach the teaching and learning purposes well. Based on the early observation, it was found that teachers had fulfilled their professional competences, supportive family environment, and well-equipped learning facilities to study. However, it was found the tenth grader students of Office Administration Department still had low learning interest. The purposes of this study are to know the influence of teacher professional competences, family environment, and learning facilities towards the students’ learning interest simulaneously and partially. The population and sample of this study were 99 tenth grader students of Office Administration Department in SMK Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The methods of collecting data used interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis used descriptive analysis of percentage and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the multiple regression analysis obtained the equation of: Y= 1,770 + 0,211X1 + 0,275X2 + 0,440X3. Simultaneously (R2) the teachers’ professional competences, family environment, and learning facilities gave the influence of 44,8% towards the students’ learning interest and the rest of the data which was 55,2%, it was infuenced by other factors which were not studied in this research.

Abstract

Minat membaca dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pencapaian hasil belajar siswa dalam bidang-bidang studi tertentu seperti halnya membaca. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa cukup rendahnya minat membaca di perpustakaan bagi siswa SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah pengunjung, peminjam buku dan daftar pembaca di perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh peranan guru, fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan pustakawan terhadap minat membaca di perpustakaan bagi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis deskriptif. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji F hitung = 47,074 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan Y= 10,165+ 0,533X1 + 0,079X2 + 0,053X3+ e. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara pengaruh peranan guru, fasilitas perpustakaan, dan pelayanan pustakawan terhadap minat membaca sebesar 64.4%. Pengaruh secara parsial variabel peranan guru terhadap minat membaca yaitu 83%, fasilitas perpustakaan yaitu 80%, sedangkan pelayanan pustakawan yaitu 66%. Interest as understood and used by people during this time may affect the quality of student achievement in specific areas of study as well as reading . The problem in this research note that the relatively low interest in reading in the library for students of SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. It is seen from the number of visitors , the borrower's books and readers in the library list SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. This study aims to know is there any influence of the role of teachers , library facilities and services librarians to interest in reading in the library for students of classes XI SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga .This study includes quantitative research. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages and multiple linear regression .The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 188.745 with probability was 0.000 < 0.05, while the results of multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 10,165 + 0,533X1 + 0,079X2 + 0,053X3. The amount of influence simultaneously between the role of teacher, library facilities and services of the librarians in the library's reading interests SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga 64.4%. The simultaneous influence of the role of teacher was ar 83%, library facilitieswas ar 80% and librarian gives was 66% the student interest.

Abstract

Peranan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) tidak dapat dipisahkan dari upaya para Stakeholder terkait untuk mewujudkan pertumbuhan sekaligus mengangkat kesejahteraan para pelaku UMKM. Salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM, adalah dengan meningkatnya omset penjualan. Kondisi ini diharapkan dapat tercapai, dengan memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran digital, yang di-desain khusus untuk para pelaku UMKM di Kota Semarang. Hal ini menjadi penting, karena percepatan teknologi yang bergerak sangat cepat, menyebabkan perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam memilih dan melakukan transaksi jual beli. Situasi inilah yang mendorong UMKM harus mampu berbenah dan melakukan inovasi, untuk tidak hanya sekedar bertahan, tetapi juga mampu menikmati keuntungan finansial dari perubahan teknologi yang terjadi saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support on OCB through organizational commitment as a mediating variable on employess of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mulia Kabupaten Pemalang. The type of research used is quantitative research, with a sample of 97 respondents. Sampling technique using saturated sample. The research analysis method used is intrument test (validity and reability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis test using SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods use interview, observation and questionnaire technique. The result showed that job satisfaction and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational commitmen have a positive and significant effect on OCB, but perceived organizational support have a positive and insignificant effect on OCB. Organizational commitment is positive and significant able to be a mediating variable on the relationship between job satisfaction and perceived organizatioanl support on OCB. Suggestions from this research are that the company should be able to improve its employee skills training program, provide oppurtunities for employees to improve their careers, provide rewards for employee achievements and increase gahthering programs with team work in the event.
