Abstract

This article explores the significance of exclusive breastfeeding, child nutrition, and personal hygiene in enhancing maternal and child health. The study aimed to enhance mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, child nutrition for ages 0-24 months, and personal hygiene through home visits and leaflet distribution. The program was conducted in 15 households in Mata Wawatu Village, utilizing Pre-Test and Post-Test assessments to evaluate knowledge changes. The findings indicated a notable improvement in mothers' understanding following the educational interventions. Additionally, the appealing leaflet media contributed to raising public awareness.

Abstract

This article discusses the maintenance of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) in Mata Wawatu Village as an effort to improve public health. The aim of this program is to provide information to the public regarding the benefits and cultivation techniques of medicinal plants. The methods employed include qualitative research with a descriptive approach, encompassing observations, interviews, and documentation collection. The findings of this study indicate that this initiative has successfully enhanced the community's understanding of TOGA and encouraged them to utilize medicinal plants in their daily lives. This program is expected to improve the health and well-being of the community and reduce dependence on chemical medications

Abstract

Bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor penyeba bketerlambatan klaim JKN di RSU Bahtermas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara ditinjau dari aspek ketidaklengkapan berkas klaim, kepatuhan pada standard operasional prosedur, sumber daya manusia kesehatan dan teknologi informasi. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, dengan teknik purposive sampling.Dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, studi pustaka dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi keterlambatan klaim JKN di Rumah sakit Umum Bahteramas Provinsi sulawesi tenggara, terutama jika ditinjau dari aspek kelengkapan berkas yang tidak ada kepastian batas waktu klaim, terjadi ketidaktahuan dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap standar operasional prosedur, tidak adanya penghitungan proporsi beban kerja SDMK pengelola klaim JKN, dan keberadaan teknologi informasi yang tidak merata.Untuk itu disarankan kepada RSU Bahteramas meningkatkan performa dalam menangani keterlambatan pengajuan klaim yang terjadi, dalam hal batasan waktu untuk melengkapi berkas klaim JKN, menempatkan Tenaga BPJS di Rumah Sakit untuk memaksimalkan arus pemberkasan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a common and widely performed operation on pregnant women and its prevalence is increasing every year. The incidence of cesarean section in Indonesia is around 22.8% of all deliveries. Spinal anesthesia for cesarean section is very beneficial because of the simplicity of the technique, fast onset, reduced systemic toxicity but has the risk of complications that often occur after anesthesia and surgery are pain, nausea and vomiting. Objective: To analyze the comparison of the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PON-V) between fasting and non-fasting in patients with caesarean section who underwent regional anesthesia. Research Methods: Experimental research with clinical trials and including quantitative research. It will be held in March 2021 at IBS RSUD Caruban, Madiun Regency. The sampling technique was probability sampling using consecutive sampling where the sample consisted of 30 SC surgery patients who were divided into two groups, namely 15 fasting and non-fasting patients with spinal anesthesia. Data analysis using Paired Sample T Test with SPSS 22.00 for windows. Result : Post operative nausea and vomiting occurred in both groups . The difference in the incidence of PON-V in both fasting and non-fasting groups in cesarean section patients, the T test (independent T Test) showed a p value of 0.380 (p value > 0.05). Conclusion: There is no difference in the comparison of PON-V between fasting and non-fasting patients in sectio cesarean surgery patients at Caruban Hospital, Madiun Regency in 2021.

Abstract

Anxiety is a common psychological response that can negatively impact a person's well-being if not properly managed. One effective method to alleviate anxiety is through distraction relaxation services, which help divert attention from stressors and promote relaxation. This study explores the effectiveness of distraction relaxation techniques in reducing anxiety levels among individuals experiencing psychological distress. The intervention includes guided relaxation,sensory distraction, and mindfulness-based activities aimed at calming the mind and body. The findings indicate that distraction relaxation services significantly reduce anxiety, improve emotional stability, and enhance overall mental well-being. This study highlights the importance of incorporating relaxation techniques into mental health interventions to support individuals dealing with anxiety.
