Abstract

This study aims to determine the factor of women entrepreneurship and analyze publication trends by knowing the number of articles, citations, most authors, and network clusters. This research is the first step to looking at existing research and finding research themes related to women's entrepreneurship. The method used is bibliometric analysis. Data was obtained through a database search, google scholar, by using the software Harzing's Publish or Perish. Initial results obtained as many as 509 articles were then extracted by only taking articles from reputable international publishers, so 72 articles were used. The study results show that the most frequently cited authors are Fauzi et al. (2020). Words often appear: women, entrepreneurship, women entrepreneur, women entrepreneurship, and studies. Bibliometric mapping supports the scientific explanation between probability theory and proof. Women's research Entrepreneurship can be developed more broadly on themes that appear few and have yet to be widely included in research in the last five years. Therefore, this research is expected to be a reference for further research on problems, training, challenges, cases, and rural women.

Abstract

This study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess the adoption of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang, examining its influence on performance and business growth. Primary data were gathered via questionnaires completed by 192 MSME respondents utilizing P2P lending services. A snowball sampling technique was employed, and the data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods, with structural equation modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings indicate that Perceived Ease of Use exerts a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, and similarly, Perceived Ease of Use positively influences Behavioral Intention to Use. Moreover, Perceived Usefulness significantly enhances Behavioral Intention to Use, which, in turn, positively affects Actual System Use. This research expands the TAM framework within the domain of Islamic financing for MSMEs, emphasizing the role of maqasid sharia in P2P lending. Key principles such as adherence to sharia-compliant transactions, the use of Islamic contracts, transparency, and ethical conduct in financial dealings are central to this framework. The study makes a significant contribution to the literature by illustrating how P2P lending technology, when integrated with sharia principles, can foster the growth and sustainability of MSMEs

Abstract

Anemia is a condition when the number of red blood cells or the concentration of oxygen transporter Hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is insufficient for the body's physiological needs. In pregnancy, the need for oxygen is higher, triggering an increase in entropoietin production. As a result, plasma volume increases and red blood cells increase. However, the increase in plasma volume occurs in a greater proportion compared to the increase in erythrocytes, resulting in a decrease in hemoglobin concentration due to hemodilution. During pregnancy the amount of blood increases. The increase in blood cells is less than the increase in plasma, resulting in blood thinning. The increase was in plasma by 30%, blood cells by 18% and hemoglobin. Anemia during pregnancy is a health problem that is often encountered in pregnant women which can cause complications in future pregnancies. The importance of information about anemia for the community and appropriate methods that can reach the community are important to reduce the risk of maternal death. The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women by providing health education about preventing anemia. The method used is by providing health education about preventing anemia. As a result of this activity, pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and how to prevent anemia has increased after the outreach activities were carried out.
