Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep keadilan dalam pembagian warisan menurut hukum Islam, khususnya perbedaan bagian antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka kualitatif dengan analisis mendalam terhadap pandangan ulama klasik dan kontemporer. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa keadilan dalam Islam bukanlah kesetaraan mutlak, melainkan pemberian hak sesuai proporsi dan tanggung jawab masing-masing ahli waris. Rasio bagian laki-laki dua kali lipat perempuan merupakan implementasi keadilan distributif yang didasarkan pada tanggung jawab finansial laki-laki dalam keluarga Islam. Selain itu, terdapat kondisi-kondisi khusus di mana perempuan menerima bagian warisan lebih besar dari laki-laki, menegaskan fleksibilitas dan keadilan sistem waris Islam. Pemahaman yang tepat tentang perbedaan antara ‘illah (sebab hukum) dan hikmah (tujuan hukum) penting untuk menghindari kesalahpahaman terhadap ketentuan ini. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa sistem waris Islam tidak diskriminatif terhadap gender, melainkan mengatur pembagian secara proporsional sesuai beban sosial-ekonomi dan tanggung jawab keluarga. Oleh karena itu, tuduhan ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan dalam warisan Islam dapat dibantah dengan pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap konteks dan tujuan hukum waris tersebut.

Abstract

The Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism as one of the regional apparatus, namely assist Regional Heads in carrying out the preparation and implementation of regional policies in in the fields of youth, sports and tourism, as also mandated in the Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, Head of the Culture, Youth, Sports Service and Tourism, in this case the Head of the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism Tanah Bumbu Regency is responsible for the main duties and functions of the department. The purpose of This system was created to utilize digital media to introduce and facilitate tourists to find out information about tourist destinations in the Tanah Bumbu area. Method This web-based tourism information system application in Tanah Bumbu Regency uses rapid application development (RAD) whose goal is to meet user expectations by relatively short time and produces better system quality. This system uses System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) method in the system and language development process PHP programming and using MySQL database. It is hoped that this system will make things easier the public gets faster and easier access to information and to increase the number of tourists visiting. Abstract

The swift pace of digital change in healthcare has opened new doors for mobile health services (m-health), but users in developing areas still face major hurdles, like high consultation costs, no real-time updates on health facility activities, and poor usability of current platforms. This study wants to create a user-focused mobile health app, "GoHealth," using the Design Thinking approach to solve these exact problems. The research framework combines the five steps of Design Thinking—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—with a specific focus on improving user interaction and accessibility. Quantitative results showed an overall Task Success Rate (TSR) of 92%, though specific tasks like 'Input Form' and 'Payment' initially had a lower success rate of 80% before iteration. The high-fidelity prototype has a simplified consultation flow, real-time location tracking for health facilities, and a curated health literacy module. Usability testing with representative users (n=5) using the Unmoderated Usability Study method showed a high task completion rate but identified areas for improvement in micro-interactions. This study concludes that a human-centered approach significantly enhances perceived utility and efficiency in mobile health applications by bridging the gap between technological capability and user needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of responsibility on the mastery of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material and to examine the role of disciplined behavior as a moderating variable in strengthening this relationship among high school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design and explanatory survey method. The research was conducted through several stages, namely problem identification, literature review, variable determination and instrument adaptation, questionnaire distribution, data examination, outer model evaluation, inner model evaluation, and hypothesis testing. The research sample consisted of 56 high school students in the Yogyakarta region, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3. The research results show that discipline behavior has a positive and significant effect on the mastery of PAI material (0.503; t = 3.806; p = 0.000), while responsibility does not have a significant direct effect on the mastery of PAI material (0.171; t = 0.910; p = 0.363). Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on discipline behavior (0.715; t = 8.723; p = 0.000). Additionally, the interaction between responsibility and discipline behavior has a positive and significant effect on the mastery of PAI material (0.360; t = 3.678; p = 0.000), indicating that discipline behavior strengthens the influence of responsibility on students' mastery of PAI material. The research results show that disciplined behavior strengthens the relationship between responsibility and mastery of PAI material. This emphasizes that mastery of PAI material is not only determined by cognitive ability but also by the embodiment of responsibility in orderly and consistent learning behavior. PAI learning needs to emphasize the instillation of values and the formation of disciplined behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of implementing visual communication design elements in building a digital brand image on the Instagram account @tndon_id. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study method to provide an in-depth understanding of visual practices in a real-world context. Data were collected through visual observation of feed content, interviews with account managers, and supporting documentation, then analyzed using visual communication design principles such as color, typography, illustration, and layout. The findings reveal that @tndon_id applies visual communication design strategically and consistently as a communication system rather than merely an aesthetic element. Strong visual consistency contributes to the formation of a recognizable brand identity and enhances perceptions of professionalism and credibility among audiences. Furthermore, the implementation of clear typographic hierarchy, visual storytelling through illustrations, and structured layout patterns effectively supports fast and clear message delivery, aligning with the characteristics of social media audiences. Content segmentation with distinct yet integrated visual styles also plays a key role in maintaining both consistency and flexibility. These findings highlight that visual communication design serves as a crucial strategic instrument in building a strong digital brand image, particularly on dynamic social media platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Cross-Cultural User Experience (UX) on the MOOI Filters website and to develop a more adaptive design solution for international users. The research is motivated by the growing importance of cross-cultural user experience in supporting global market expansion, particularly for local Indonesian business websites. The main issues identified include unclear information structure, unsystematic navigation, and content delivery that does not fully meet the needs of international users. The research employs a Design Thinking method with a descriptive qualitative approach, consisting of the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Data were collected through direct website observation, UX element analysis based on Cross-Cultural UX theory, and expert validation using Heuristic Evaluation based on Nielsen’s ten usability principles. The redesign process focuses on simplifying navigation, improving information hierarchy, restructuring visual elements, and presenting more explicit and globally understandable content. The results indicate a significant improvement in design quality. The average UX evaluation score increased from 2.87 to 4.22 (on a 1–5 scale), reflecting an improvement from “moderate” to “good–very good.” The most notable improvements were observed in recognition rather than recall, help and documentation, and error recovery. These findings demonstrate that the Cross-Cultural UX approach effectively enhances information clarity, access efficiency, and global readiness. Therefore, it can be concluded that this approach is a relevant solution for reducing interaction barriers and improving overall user experience.
