Abstract

The development of science and technology is difficult tostop. Technology as a product of science penetrated all the lines of life. Islamic boarding schoolcan not be separated from technology. Positive and negative of technology is a necessity. The ease of all affairs is one of the positive impacts of technology, while the negative impacts of technology are gave birth to instant-minded and “devilish” human beings. Good character education in these conditions plays an important role in life. Islamic boarding school as an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia is considered and trusted as a character education institution. Indeed, the term character education is introduced and proclaimed by Western educational leaders, but the substance of education has been done in Islamic boarding school. Thomas Lickona called it moral knowing, it is reflected in the akhlak subject in Islamic boarding school, as well as the term moral action is reflected in the praised behavior of the santri and exemplified by the kiai and the ustadz. The integration between moral knowing and good behavior in the students’ real life is able to give birth to the sensitivity to do well (moral feeling). Those three components of character education is implemented in a reflective that is indirectly the cultivation of good characters students such as habituation to do good and exemplary exemplified by ustad and kiai, and also done substantively that is by way of character materials taught directly through moral education in Islamic school or recitations.

Abstract

In general, every job has a goal, the goal will be achieved after the activity is completed. Likewise, this research also has goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district and identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district. In addition, this research is also expected to bring benefits in the form of knowledge and insight to the wider community in achieving halal certification according to Islamic teachings. This research was conducted based on descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used include interviews with information providers (MSME actors) as a source of information.

Abstract

Blended Learning dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bentuk pelatihan di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui beberapa hal terkait dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa IAIN Madura pasca pemanfaatan blended learning di era COVID-19. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik eksplorasi subjektif dengan sumber informasi esensial yaitu mahasiswa semester 3 dan 5 dan opsional yaitu dari studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode investigasi informasi Miles dan Heberman yaitu penurunan informasi; pertunjukan informasi; dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, sistem blended learning bisa menjadi satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran daring; kedua, pelaksanaan blended learning memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan; ketiga, pelaksanaan blended learning di IAIN Madura telah berjalan selama satu semester (ganjil 2021/2022); keempat, pasca penerapan blended learning, mahasiswa IAIN Madura mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan IPK; dan kelima, ada beberapa tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan blended learning.

Abstract

The presence of the digital age has had a significant influence on the world of Islamic education today. The changes that occur, of course, cannot be left alone by Islamic education policymakers. Now, Islamic education is faced with significant challenges as well as promising opportunities in this era of digitalization. This is also inseparable from the role of philosophy in the realm of Islamic education, which is one of the determinants of Muslim education policy. This research aims to provide a new perspective on Islamic education regarding the presence of the era of digitalization in life. The results explain the need for innovation in Islamic education so that it is not eroded by the era of digitalization. Through the use of digital technology, Islamic education is expected to be at the forefront of developing methods, media, and curricula utilizing digital technology intelligence.

Abstract

The digital era has changed the paradigm and practice of human resource management (HR). This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on HR, with a focus on paradigm shifts, digital skills development, and the use of technology in decision making. The pre-digital era emphasized administration, while the digital era demands attention to employees' digital skills. Developing digital skills is important, considering these skills are key in the modern world of work. A competency-based approach is a more suitable method for dealing with technological change. HR management has a major role in facilitating organizational adaptation and success in the ever-evolving digital era. The World Economic Forum (2020) said skills such as understanding technology, data analysis, and proficiency in using digital devices have become important in today's world of work. In facing the digital era, organizations are faced with new challenges and opportunities. Changing the HR management paradigm from administrative to strategic requires adaptive and innovative leadership. Digital skills development is the foundation for productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, employee training and development must be the main focus. A competency-based approach allows a more precise identification of the required skills requirements. In addition, the use of technology and data analysis enables more accurate and objective decision making.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan otentik telah menjadi subjek yang semakin menarik minat dalam studi manajemen dan organisasi.Dalam konteks perubahan yang cepat dan kompleks,organisasi membutuhkan pemimpin yang dapat menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan mengarahkan anggota tim mereka menuju tujuan bersama. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kepemimpinan otentik dan menggambarkan bagaimana kepemimpinan otentik dapat menjadi jalur menuju kesuksesan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan otentik melibatkan keaslian,transparansi,kepercayaan,dan komitmen terhadap kepentingan kolektif.Seorang pemimpin otentik mampu mengembangkan hubungan yang kuat dengan anggota timnya, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif, dan mendorong pertumbuhan pribadi dan profesional mereka.Kepemimpinan otentik juga berhubungan dengan kesuksesan organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Dengan mempraktikkan kepemimpinan otentik, pemimpin dapat menciptakan budaya organisasi yang berfokus pada kesejahteraan karyawan,inovasi,dan kualitas kerja yang tinggi. Selain itu, kepemimpinan otentik juga dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan loyalitas karyawan, yang berkontribusi pada produktivitas yang lebih tinggi dan retensi tenaga kerja yang baik.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of consumer reviews and electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on the purchasing decisions of Azarine sunscreen products on e-commerce platforms. The methodology used is quantitative research with a case study approach, involving 45 respondents who are students at Trunojoyo University Madura. The analysis results indicate that consumer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while e-WOM does not show a meaningful impact individually. These findings provide insights into the importance of consumer reviews in shaping purchasing decisions and identify the need for further research to understand the dynamics of e-WOM in this context.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning needs at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with a focus on four main aspects: student characteristics, the implemented curriculum, expected learning outcomes, and the teaching media used. We use a qualitative literature study method to analyze relevant literature, including books and journals. Theories related to this topic serve as the data sources. The research results show that the characteristics of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah include cognitive, emotional, social, motivational, moral, and motor aspects that interact with each other in the learning process. By understanding individual differences, teachers can manage the classroom more effectively and choose appropriate learning media to support the participation of all students. The curriculum functions as a tool for achieving educational objectives, incorporating crucial elements that facilitate its effective implementation. In Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, students aim to achieve learning achievements, which encompass aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that align with the applicable curriculum. This process involves the interaction between new experiences and previous experiences, which contributes to changes in students' attitudes and behaviors. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah expects this research to provide insights for the development of more effective learning strategies. Thus, a comprehensive understanding of student characteristics and the curriculum will enhance the quality of education at the primary level.
