Manufacture Information Technology Asset Portfolios is a document contains some information technology investments to manufacture asset that can be used as a reference in determining the right business strategy for the purpose or performance to be achieved, in this case operational efficiency or organizational innovation.The industrial of environment where a firm competes will have a moderating effect on the relation between manufacture information technology asset portfolios with operational efficiency or organizational innovation. This research aims to identify and analyze the industrial environment influence of the relation between manufacture information technology asset portfolios with operational efficiency. This research is quantitative, and using secondary data in the form of annual report of manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2009-2011. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling criteria are manufacturing companies revealed that manufacture information technology asset in the annual report company. Data analysis was performed with the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with moderating regression analysis (MRA) method. The results of the research showed that the industrial of environment statistically has positive and significant influence to the relation between manufacture information technology asset portfolios with operational efficiency. Rice is a staple food for most of the Indonesia's population, so various efforts to be made to maintain continuity of production. Jember Regency is one of the rice production centers in East Java Province with production numbers continuing to decline over the last few years. One of the reasons for this decline in rice production is the increase in planthopper pest attacks due to climate change. The Jaya Abadi farmer group is one of the farmer groups in the rice production center area which always cultivates rice commodities every year. Based on problem identification and discussions with partners, it is known that planthopper pest attacks are the main threat in rice cultivation, because they can cause puso or crop failure. Seeing these conditions, community service activities that will be carried out include socialization and training in making liquid smoke pesticides as an alternative for controlling planthopper pest attacks. The production of liquid smoke is carried out by utilizing agricultural waste, which is often found in the partners' surrounding environment. This agricultural waste will be processed into liquid smoke using simple pyrolysis technology. Liquid smoke contains several compounds that can be used as a pesticide to exterminate plant pests. Based on the activity evaluation, it is known that socializatio and training activities can increase farmers' knowledge and skills in controlling planthopper pests by using liquid smoke pesticides. Apart from being cheap and easy to make, using liquid smoke pesticides can also reduce costs and safe for the environment.

Benih unggul menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam produksi padi karena penggunaan benih unggul bermutu benih yang digunakan dalam usahatani, maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat produksi yang akan diperoleh. Salah satu produsen benih unggul di Jember adalah TeFa Seed Center Politeknik Negeri Jember yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2019. Varietas benih padi yang diproduksi Tefa Seed Center antara lain: Sunggal, Inpari 32 HBD, IR 64, Way Opo Buru, Ciherang, Cibogo, Inpari 33, Memberamo, Mekongga, Situbagendit, Inpari 33, Cakrabuana, dan Mantap. Berbagai macam varietas yang diproduksi ini menyesuaikan permintaan distributor maupun petani langsung yang sesuai dengan lokasi lahan pertaniannya. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor secara sistematis berdasarkan kekuatan, peluang, kelemahan, dan ancaman sehingga dapat merumuskan strategi serta kebijakan yang tepat pada Tefa Seed Center. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perusahaan menghadapi peluang yang sangat besar, namun disisi lain Seed Center menghadapi beberapa kendala/kelemahan internal. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah sebagai berikut: meningkatkan ketersediaan produk setiap bulan; membangun mitra kolaboratif dengan pemerintah, asosiasi pedagang benih, dan toko pertanian membuat kebun percobaan untuk meyakinkan mitra; menyediakan tenaga pemasaran dan produksi benih yang terlatih; peningkatan manajemen distribusi produk; menambah pekerja untuk costumer service; membangun budaya organisasi yang sehat dan kompetitif.

This article is designed to develop the concept of a sustainable village through an in-depth exploration of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Jember Regency. The primary focus of this research is to understand how Village Funds can be configured to support the concept of a Sustainable Village. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods by processing APBDes data from 223 villages in Jember Regency to form the concept of a sustainable village. The results indicate that villages allocating funds with a priority on infrastructure spending, such as Yosorati, Mulyorejo, and Darungan, are more likely to implement the concept of a sustainable village compared to villages with lower allocations in the same category. This article highlights the importance of integrating sustainability principles into the planning and budgeting of Village Funds to ensure that development not only improves current living quality but also preserves the environment for the future.

Padi masih menjadi komoditas pangan pokok yang dibudidayakan oleh petani di Desa Sukodgiri, Kecamatan Ledokombo, Kabupaten Jember. Selama tiga tahun terakhir produksi padi di Desa Sukodgiri terus mengalami penurunan akibat serangan virus kerdil pada padi. Virus ini menyebabkan tanaman padi tumbuh kerdil, daun berwarna kuning, dan akhirnya tanaman padi tidak dapat menghasilkan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian memberikan sosialisasi terkait pemanfaatan agensia hayati Trichoderma sp., pelatihan perbanyakan agensia hayati, serta aplikasinya di lahan budidaya padi. Trichoderma sp. digunakan sebagai agen pengendali hayati agar tanaman lebih tahan terhadap serangan penyakit. Pemanfaatan agensia hayati ini diharapkan mampu menekan serangan virus kerdil yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan produksi padi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam menggunakan agensia hayati Trichoderma sp. di lahan budidaya padi

Padi masih menjadi komoditas utama yang dibudidayakan oleh petani yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Jaya Abadi di Desa Lembengan, Kecamatan Ledokombo, Kabupaten Jember. Selama beberapa tahun terakhir petani mengeluhkan turunnya produksi padi akibat serangan OPT. Dalam menanggulangi serangan OPT selama ini petani masih menggunakan pestisida kimia secara berlebihan, sehingga memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi lingkungan. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian memberikan sosialisasi pemanfaatan agensia hayati Trichoderma sp., pelatihan perbanyakan agensia hayati, serta aplikasinya pada lahan budidaya padi. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah metode pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif yang melibatkan mitra secara aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam menggunakan agensia hayati Trichoderma sp. dalam budidaya padi. Pemanfaatan agensia hayati ini diharapkan mampu menekan serangan OPT dan meningkatkan produksi padi. Kata kunci: Agensia Hayati, OPT, Padi, Trichoderma

The development of mobile-based applications has gained significant momentum, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated technological disruption, prompting a shift from manual to mobile-based systems. Advances in information technology have encouraged researchers to develop height measuring devices that are portable, efficient, fast and easy to use. It was new challenge in migrating from print and manual based systems to mobile based systems. The aim of this research is to design and develop a prototype for an arduino-based portable tool for anthropometric and nutritional assessment. The method used is the Prototype model method so it requires a systematic and sequential approach step by step. The tools used are ESP32 WROOM Microcontroller, ESP32 Expansion Breakout Board, HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor, HX-711 Load cell Sensor, 20x4 I2C LCD. The developed anthropometric detection tool automatically determines nutritional status by measuring the weight and height of both children and adults. It is two separate tools that must be connected via WiFi Hotspot, the data from the two sensors will be processed via an Android application. In conclusion, this portable tool offers a user-friendly design compared to previously developed tools, enabling more effective and efficient nutritional status assessments.

The Javanese community, which is the majority in Kediri, has unique and profound cultural values that have shaped their way of life, social interactions, and even business practices for generations. Values such as cooperation, empathy, harmony, and deliberation often serve as the foundation for interaction and business management. Based on the explanation above, the urgent research gap is the lack of in-depth understanding of how Javanese cultural values can be specifically and explicitly harmonized in the design and implementation process of accounting information systems in SMEs. This research aims to deeply explore how Javanese cultural values, firmly held MSMEs “Sambal Pecel Bu Siti Kediri”, influence and can be harmonized in the design and implementation of AIS. Javanese cultural values are an important foundation in the life of Javanese society, shaping worldviews, ethics, and daily behavior. This research is a qualitative study based on the philosophy of post-positivism, used to examine objects in their natural conditions. shows that the design and implementation of the AIS in the MSMEs "Sambal Pecel Bu Siti" can be driven by two factors, namely Javanese cultural values and experience. The findings can be explained using the yccy theory, which states that each organization has different ways of operating. The majority of MSMEs actors understand and practice Javanese cultural values such as guyub (cooperation), nrima ing pandum (accepting with sincerity), tepa slira (empathy), and andap ashor (humility). Thus, integrating Javanese cultural values into the design and implementation of the AIS at MSMEs “Sambal Pecel Bu Siti” not only makes operations more efficient but also enhances a sense of ownership and business ethics based on culture. The system that has been built not only serves as a financial control tool but also to preserve noble values in the context of modern business.
