Abstract

Tujuan diselenggarakannya Program Kemitraan Masyaakat Intenal UHO tentang Pembuatan Alat Pemeras Santan Kelapa Dengan Metode Hidrolik ialah sebagai media untuk memberikan solusi sekaligus edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Kelapa merupakan sala satu tanaman perkebunan yang banyak ditanam oleh masyarakat atau penduduk di Sulawesi Tenggara, dimana tanaman kelapa ini banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat mulai dari daun, batang dan buah kelapa, yang dapat dibuat menjadi minyak kelapa secara tradisional. Alat atau teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengolahan buah kelapa menjadi minyak sangat mempengaruhi kualitas maupun kuantitas poduksi yang dihasilkan. Desa Puasana Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang merupakan salah satu daerah di Sulawesi Tenggara yang menjadi sentral dalam pengolahan buah kelapa menjadi minyak Tradisional. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk merealisasikan program ini adalah Sosialisasi Pembuatan Alat Pemeras Santan Secara Hidrolik serta uji coba di lokasi pengolahan minyak kelapa tradisional, sehingga dalam pembuatan minyak kelapa tradisional yang dilakukan oleh para pengrajin minyak kelapa tradisonal dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dan hasil produksi yang diharapkan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Tujuan diselenggarakannya Program Kemitraan Masyaakat Intenal UHO tentang Pembuatan Alat Penggilingan Jagung sebagai media untuk memberikan solusi sekaligus edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Peternakan merupakan sala satu sektor dalam pengembangan Agribisnis.Komoditas ternak yang banyak dikembangkan oleh masyarakat atau penduduk di Sulawesi Tenggara, adalah sapi,kerbau, kambing, kuda, ayam dan itik.Kabupaten Konawe selatan selain sebagai penghasil beras juga sebagai penghasil ternak salah satunya adalah peternakan itik yang terdapat di Desa Tetenggolasa . Melihat potensi yang dimiliki Kabupaten Konawe Selatan , sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam melaksanakan Tridarma kami membantu mengatasi kendala peternak yaitu dalam pengolahan pakan.Dengan penerapan teknologi tepat Guna (TTG) kami membuat Alat penggilingan jagung yang dapat digunakan oleh peternak itik dan ayam dalam pengelohan pakan. . Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk merealisasikan program ini adalah Sosialisasi Pembuatan Alat penggilingan jagung dan sistem perawatannya , sehingga dalam pembuatan Alat penggiling jagung dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dan hasil produksi yang diharapkan dapat tercapai

Abstract

Pengkondisian udara merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengkondisikan udara ruangan sesuai dengan temperatur yang diinginkan.Tujuandalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara mengontrol sistem pendinginan dengan menggunakan temperatur kontrol dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan suplai udara dingin terhadap parameter-parameter psikrometrik yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rangkaian yang digunakan dalam sistem  kontrol sangat menentukan kerja sistem mekanik pada alat KTENG-1000 AHU dan penambahan suplai udara dingin pada proses pendinginan udara ruang terbukti mampu mempercepat proses pendinginan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Technological advances in measuring instruments provide convenience in carrying out the work of measuring an object. But on the other hand, these advances require skilled operators so that they can be applied to the object being measured. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of teachers and students in recognizing various measuring tools to increase their competence in the use of measuring tools. The method of implementing the activity uses an approach to theoretical exposure, direct demonstration and practice, discussions, and questions and answers that are directly related to measuring instruments including solar power meters, viscometers, micrometers, thermometers, tachometers, torques, welding gauges, dial indicators, and anemometers. The results achieved from the implementation of this community service activity, teachers and students gain knowledge of various types of measuring instruments and how to apply them to various objects being measured.

Abstract

One of the classic problems that are difficult to overcome in urban life is environmental problems where waste is not handled properly, especially inorganic waste. Currently, the largest contributor to waste after organic waste is inorganic waste in the form of canned waste. The use of aluminum as a packaging material is due to its being lightweight, easy to shape, and does not endanger human health. On that basis, its use as packaging is widespread which also triggers the forerunner of the waste problem in people's lives. Aluminum waste will be a source of income for the community if it is handled properly by involving waste processing technology in the form of recycling technology through metal smelting or casting. This service program aims to introduce metal casting applications made from canned waste into frying pan products for the community in Lepo-Lepo, Kendari City. The activity stages include: socializing the introduction of aluminum-based cans of packaging waste and the practice of smelting aluminum cans in a crucible furnace and pouring molten metal into molds. The implementation of this service activity can raise awareness of participants to be able to process waste, especially aluminum can packaging into frying pan products, and create new jobs to improve the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Spotlights are a lighting tool in supporting an activity at night or activities in a room. The problem that occurs in the community in the lighting system is that there are still many places that have not been reached by electricity. The purpose of this study was to determine the design or design of a strong support frame structure for a 2,000 watt generator-powered floodlight. This research focuses on the design or design of tools which include selecting the sizes of the main parts and selecting materials that are in accordance with the conditions of use and calculating the strength of the tool. In this research, the dimensions of length (165cm), width (72cm), height (300cm) consisting of spotlights with a power of 400 watts as many as 4 pieces, lampposts made of UNP 75x40 iron, as well as generators as a source of electrical energy and wheels to move spotlights. in this design it is known that the critical load on the top is 152.61 kg, the critical load on the bottom is 85.44 kg, and the welding shear stress in this design is 40037. 33 N/m2. 33 N/m2. Abstract

Indonesia has large water sources, but cannot be fully utilized, for example in the agricultural sector because of the difference in land height and water sources, in connection with that we need pumps that can be used to supply water to the land. The purpose of this research is to design, manufacture pumps, determine the materials used and their strengths, and determine the power generated. Research methods include the design and manufacture of pumps as well as material selection and strength calculations. The results showed that the material for the piston was galvanized pipe with a tensile stress of 330 N/mm2, 3mm thick, the piston rod was a bolt with a tensile stress of 60 N/mm2, the cylinder used PVC pipe with a tensile stress of 21.933 N/mm2, 4.5 mm thick. , the connecting rod and shaft are made of standard assental iron with a tensile stress of 568.7 N/mm2, the sprocket uses a standard spretpat motor with a tensile stress of 509.94 N/mm2, and the chain uses a motor chain, length 1035.5 mm, tensile stress 608.01 N/mm2 and the power generated is 46.96 watts.Kata kunci: alternative, design, pump, reciprocating pump

Abstract

Head loss is a phenomenon of flow losses in the piping system. Head loss is very detrimental in fluid flow, because it can reduce the efficiency of fluid flow. This study aims to determine how much the value of head losses (hT) is that occurs in the reducing T pipe connection with diameter variations on the pipe branch 0.0254m (1 inch), 0.019m (3/4 inch), 0.0127m (1/2 inch). This research was carried out experimentally by measuring the branching flow of the flowing fluid by recording the time and volume of water that had entered the measuring tank, then reading the preasure on the manometer. The results showed that the increase in flow rate (Q) was directly proportional to the head loss (hT). Flow greatly affects the size of the Reynolds number of the three connections, the lowest total head loss occurred in the 1-inch reducing T pipe connection with a value between 0.1715 m- 0.2814 m and the highest total head loss occurred in the reducing T inch pipe connection with a value between 0.4110 m- 0.5867 m.Keyword: Reynold Numbe, debit, head Loss

Abstract

Vibration is an alternating motion through its equilibrium point caused by a disturbance or deviation. This study aims to determine the value of vibrational displacement in fiberglass composite beams supported by fixed-fixed, fixed-free, and fixed-roll. The research method includes the design of a vibration test tool made of U-profile steel. The test material uses a composite beam measuring 1000 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm. variations in the placement of the exciter are 10 cm, 25 cm, 40 cm, 55 cm, and 70 cm. the result of the study were obtained on the support of the fixed-fixed the highest deviation value was at a distance of 25 cm, namely 0.193 mm, and the lowest value at a distance of 70 cm, namely 0.096 mm. On the fixed-free support the highest deflection value is at a distance of 70 cm which is 0.455 mm, and the lowest value is at a distance of 10 cm which is 0.133 mm. And while on the fixed-roll pile the highest deviation value is at a distance of 10 cm, which is 0.123 mm. Kata kunci: vibration, displacement, composite, support variation.

Abstract

The jack is one of the modern technologies that is used to facilitate work during the process of lifting heavy loads so that heavy loads will be easily lifted according to the desired needs. The purpose of this research is to know the designer of the electric lift (bold jack) and to know the designer of the gearbox/gear holder and the motor mount. This research method design design, calculate the load, calculate the torque and power transmission, . In this study, it produces 5880 joules of work with a force of 14700 N, has a dc motor with 400 watts and a rotational speed of 700 rpm with power transmission that occurs ivn some parts of the motor at 700 rpm, reducer at 480 rpm, sprocket 345.6 rpm and what happens to the jack is 57.6 rpm with a chain speed of 1.645 m/s and the allowable shear stress is 0.00019 Mp and the equivalent load is 113.37 or 5142 kgf.Key words : Formulation, clove oil. engine performance
