Abstract

Kejadian Stunting di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Tingginya angka kejadian stunting menunjukkan rendahnya kwalitas gizi pada balita, stunting merupakan suatu gangguan pertumbuhan yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan psikomotorik dan kognitif. Upaya pencegahan stunting dapat dilakukan melalui deteksi dini status gizi, beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya stunting salah satunya yaitu asupan gizi, dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan  food recall 1x24 jam. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan gizi dengan tingkat stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan lokasi penelitian Puskesmas Dasan Agung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam satu waktu menggunakan SOP konseling food recall dalam satu kali 24 jam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 25 balita dengan diagnosis stunting. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan asupan zat gizi dengan balita stunting. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa balita dengan asupan zat gizi kurang memiliki resiko 2,686 mengalami kejadian stunting dibandingkan balita dengan gizi baik.

Abstract

The high rate of urbanization has encouraged housing development to meet housing needs, especially in border areas. This research was conducted to obtain investment feasibility data by professionals/investors. Three Site Plan designs that have different lot sizes and house types were analysed simultaneously. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to analyse the measurable criteria and unmeasured criteria. The results of both were assessed by investors using rational-intuitive decision models. This study finds, the analysis of measurable criteria produces Site Plan A having 60 lots with the lowest production costs and selling prices. Meanwhile, Site Plan B and Site Plan C planned 37 and 35 lots with higher production costs and selling prices. Therefore, the financial feasibility simulation generated a significant difference. The results of the analysis of unmeasured criteria indicated that the different category values of each Site Plan dominated each other. The rational-intuitive model divided the percentage based on profit, which was 75% measurable and 25% unmeasurable. The calculation results stated that Site Plan A was more feasible to implement financially and fulfilled the planning as part of an urban area. In conclusion, the results of measured and unmeasured analyses had significant differences. However, by evaluating rational-intuitive decision models performed by professionals, decisions that meet both types of analysis could be produced. Therefore, the calculation of financial feasibility is not the only tool to determine the feasibility of a project. The ability of an investor is also a determining factor in deciding the feasibility of an investment.

Abstract

Nutritional problem that still often occurs in toddlers is stunting. The prevalence of stunting in NTB was recorded at 33.5%, still above the national figure of 29.6%. Empower the community to use catfish pond land as an effort to prevent stunting. Implementation methods include preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparation stage involved obtaining permits from institutions and the local government. The implementation stage involved providing material about using land as a catfish pond to prevent stunting to 30 heads of families. In the evaluation of activities, there was an increase in knowledge about handling stunting and how to prevent it by using catfish pond land as an effort. Conclusion: Together with the village government, the community will try to utilize the yard as a way to prevent stunting in toddlers

Abstract

Maternal mortality in Indonesia remains a big challenge. Currently, maternal health services cannot be separated from the impact both in terms of access and quality due to the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The World Health Organization stated that strict health care during a pandemic will have an impact on the use of health services, especially reproductive health services. The form of this activity is education on hand washing and distribution of masks for pregnant women. The expected output from this activity is the publication of an accredited institutional journal or journal. In addition, the results of this activity will be presented and published in a community service seminar. These activities include hand washing education, hand washing practices, provision of facilities for washing hands, distribution of masks and education on how to use masks correctly. Outreach and demonstrations have been proven effective in increasing knowledge and skills about washing hands and using masks as an effort to prevent transmission of COVID-19

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi di mana pertumbuhan anak balita terhambat akibat kekurangan gizi yang berkepanjangan, terutama selama 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Stunting dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan otak. Desa bug-bug adalah salah satu desa yang ada di provinsi NTB yang masih tinggi kasus stuntingnya, dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 269 orang, dengan 18 balita mengalami stunting. Tingginya kejadian ini disebabkan oleh pola konsumsi yang tidak seimbang dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya asupan gizi yang mencukupi. Setiap daerah memiliki pangan lokal yang kaya akan nutrisi, namun masih belum banyak masyarakat yang memanfaatkan dalam olahan Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI). Pemanfaatan pangan lokal dalam pengolahan MP-ASI merupakan salah satu upaya strategis untuk mencegah stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pencegahan stunting melalui penggunaan pangan lokal sebagai bahan dasar MP-ASI yang bernutrisi di Desa Bug-Bug. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan dan demonstrasi serta lomba pembuatan MP-ASI berbahan dasar pangan lokal yang memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pencegahan stunting melalui pemanfaatan pangan lokal, dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 50,41
