Abstract

HRS-WC digolongkan atas 2 jenis gradasi yaitu senjang dan semi senjang. Akan dibuat jenis campuran bergradasi senjang dan semi senjang dari bahan dasar yang sama, yaitu batu pecah dari bukit Marsela Ketapang. Hasil penelitian pada campuran HRS-WC gradasi senjang kadar aspal optimum 6,7%, pada HRS-WC gradasi semi senjang kadar aspal optimum 6,65 %. Campuran HRS-WC gradasi senjang relatif lebih rendah terhadap campuran HRS-WC gradasi semi senjang ditinjau dari Stabilitas yang lebih kecil 6,35 % (dari 1114,35 kg ke 1047,85 kg), Marshall Quotient (MQ) yang lebih kecil 5,01 % (dari 298,42 kg/mm ke 284,18 kg/mm), VFB lebih kecil 2,47 % (dari 73,86 % ke 72,08 %), dan flowlebih kecil 0,14 % (dari 3,75 % ke 3,7 %). Untuk campuran Hot Rolled Sheet – Wearing course (HRS-WC) gradasi semi senjang yang lebih rendah terhadap campuran Hot Rolled Sheet – Wearing course (HRS-WC) gradasi senjang di tinjau dari VIM yang lebih kecil 1,09 % (dari 5,29 % ke 4,77 %), VMA lebih kecil dengan selisih 0,41 % (dari 18,99 % ke 18,25 %). Abstract

Persimpangan ruas jalan menempati posisi utama dalam hambatan diperjalanan. Kemacetan, antrian kendaraan dan tundaan sangat sering terjadi a di simpang bersinyal Jalan Sultan Hamid – Jalan Tanjung Raya I – Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan – Jalan Tanjung Raya II, lengan simpang Jalan Sultan Hamid memiliki geometrik sejajar dengan Jembatan Kapuas 1. Simpang ini juga merupakan akses penghubung lalu lintas darat dari kota maupun keluar kota Pontianak, sehingga memiliki resiko tinggi bila kemacetan terjadi terlalu lama. Perencanaan Jembatan Paralel Kapuas  1 dilakukan untuk mengatasi kemacetan, namun mengakibatkan perubahan kinerja pada simpang saat sekarang. Tujuan penelitian menganalisa kinerja dan merencanakan sinyal lalu lintas pada simpang. Metodologi yang digunakan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan survey lapangan. Pengolahan data menggunakan teori perhitungan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Tiga analisa sinyal yang dilakukan yaitu, 1) Empat fase dengan tidak mengizinkan belok kiri langsung, 2).  Empat dengan mengizinkan belok kiri langsung, 3) Empat fase dengan lajur khusus untuk belok kanan dan mengizinkan belok kiri langsung. Hasil analisa simpang saat ini memiliki tingkat pelayanan tipe F, hasil kinerja simpang adanya Jembatan Paralel Kapuas 1 memiliki tingkat pelayanan tipe D. Jembatan Paralel Kapuas 1 dan perencanaan sinyal dengan tetap mengizinkan belok kiri langsung (LTOR) tanpa menunggu waktu hijau adalah solusi terbaik.Kata Kunci: Jembatan Paralel Kapuas 1, Kinerja, MKJI,  Persimpangan, Traffic Linght

Abstract

As one of the big cities in Indonesia, the level of life activity of Pontianak city community isquite high category. Therefore, one of the priority support required is the availability of adequatefacilities and infrastructure. In Pontianak city, community activities to reach the place (location) ofthe activity center, can be done in two ways namely by means of motor vehicle transportation, andon foot. For the users of vehicles has been provided pathways are arranged in such an orderlymanner. Similarly for pedestrians, there has been a specially provided sidewalk path. But, in facttoday the sidewalks are no longer functioning ideally. Most of the sidewalks in Pontianak City haveswitched functions. The sidewalks are filled with permanent and non-permanent buildings, such asstalls or street vendors, city garden pots, posters and billboards, vehicle parking, mailboxes, policestations and various other buildings. This study aims to find out how the perception of pedestriansabout the convenience of the utilization of the pavement path that has been available in the city ofPontianak, especially in Jalan Jendral Urip Pontianak.The method used in this research is through documentation techniques, questionnaires, andinterview techniques. While for the method of data analysis is by testing the questionnaire throughanalysis of validity test instrument. where the value rxy (value coefficient correlation score grain andtotal score) obtained from the calculation consulted with value r on the product moment table withα = 5%. The questionnaire item is valid if the value is rxy > r tabel. To test the reliability of researchquestionnaire, used alpha analysis technique. The value r11 (instrument reliability value) obtainedfrom the calculation is consulted with the value r in the product moment table with α = 5%.Instruments are said to be reliable if the value is r11 > r table.The results of descriptive analysis percentage analysis, (in 5 sampling zones) about theinfluence of street hawkers on the comfort of pedestrians in the utilization of the sidewalk in termsof all factors. With the number of respondents 438 pedestrians, the total score of 11,843, thepercentage of 51.98%, and belonging to the criteria of poor in the utilization of the sidewalk onJalan Jendral Urip Pontianak. From the results of the study that factors include, street hawkers,good sidewalks, appropriate tilt, cleanliness and maintained alertness, good protection, pollutionand odors that should always be observed, as well as ensuring a sense of security, and completenesssupporting facilities, all of which are the main elements that support the sense of comfort in theutilization of the sidewalk on Jalan Jendral Urip Pontianak.Keywords : Street vendors, Pedestrians, Sidewalks.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of the research performance roads perintis kemerdekaan Pontianak that in terms of the volume of traffic flow, the capacity and the degree of saturation.Calculation analysis and planning in this research using methods MKJI 1997 .The withdrawal of the primary data in the form of geometric figure the road, the volume of traffic, obstacles aside , and speed obtained directly in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum in the form of the population data and the site plan  research sites. Based on the results of research on perintis kemerdekaan roads in Pontianak by using the MKJI 1997 obtained volume the top daily an average of 2722 smp/hours in segments 1 and 2712 in segments 2, with capacity of roads 3107.6 smp / hours. The degree of saturation (DS) as much as 0,875 in segments 1 and 0,872 in segments 2 with level of service category "E" on both segments. The results of the projection in the year 2021 showed the value of a larger DS, 1.33 on segments 1 and 2 with a level of service on "F". For it conducted an analysis that are supposed to be improving the performance of Perintis Kemerdekaan in 2021 with change of geometric designs to four lanes undivided two way 2 (4 UD) with wide lanes effectively 3.5 meters per strip, making been gained capacity roads as much as 5809,2 smp/hour on both segments with the DS value i.e 0.71 on segment 1 and 0,70 on segment 2. Abstract

Proses penuaan aspal merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya suatu penurunan kualitas pada perkerasan lentur Laston. Campuran Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC – WC) merupakan lapis aus dan berada di lapis permukaan paling atas yang memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan karakteristik yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor lingkungan (udara, temperatur dan sinar matahari). Kerusakan ini terjadi lebih awal dari umur rencana konstruksi jalan yang diperhitungkan, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penuaan pada campuran aspal AC-WC dilihat dari karakteristik Marshall Test.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yaitu dengan variasi kadar aspal 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5% dan 7% terhadap total berat agregat untuk menentukan kadar aspal optimum (KAO). Sedangkan pada pembuatan campuran AC – WC ini mengacu pada spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010 Revisi 3. Untuk pengujian pada penuaan jangka pendek (Short Term Oven Aging, STOA) adalah dengan pengovenan benda uji  AC - WC pada suhu 135°C sebelum dipadatkan selama 4 jam dan untuk penuaan jangka panjang (Long Term Oven Aging, STOA) dilakukan pengovenan 85°C selama 2 hari setelah dipadatkan. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian STOA dan LTOA dengan metode Marshall Test sehingga didapat hasil karakteristik Marshall pada campuran AC – WC.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilaboratorium didapat kadar aspal optimum sebesar 6,75% untuk campuran aspal dalam membuat pengujian penuaan aspal. Dari penelitian penuaan aspal berpengaruh pada nilai kararteristik Marshall pada campuran AC - WC, semakin lama umur penuaan semakin turun nilai karakteristiknya. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil pengujian penuaan perkerasan terjadi penurunan nilai pada penuaan jangka pendek (STOA) nilai stabilitasnya 639,5 kg (tidak masuk spek). Nilai flow sebesar 3,1 mm. Nilai VIM 7,7 mm (tidak masuk spek). Nilai VFB 66,0%. Nilai VMA 22,6%. Nilai MQ 206,5 kg/mm (tidak masuk spek). Pada penuaan jangka panjang (LTOA) Nilai stabilitasnya yaitu 688,7 kg (tidak masuk spek). Nilai flow 3,2 mm. Nilai VIM 0,6 mm (tidak masuk spek). Nilai VFB 96,5%. Nilai VMA 16,6%. Nilai MQ 212,6 kg/mm (tidak masuk spek). Dan pada pengujian lapangan dengan umur aspal 5 tahun sebagai pembanding dari penuaan jangka panjang (LTOA) di dapat nilai stabilitasnya 519,2 kg (tidak masuk spek). Nilai flow sebesar 3,1 mm. Nilai VIM 0,9 mm (tidak masuk spek). Nilai VFB 95,2%. Nilai VMA 19,5%. Abstract

Road plays an important role in transportation activities and population mobility. The high activity at the intersection of Jalan Imam Bonjol - National Power Road causes a traffic flow conflict. So that it needs an analysis of the performance of Jalan Imam Bonjol and the intersection of Jalan Imam Bonjol - Jalan Daya Nasional in order to provide improvements to the problems of road and intersection performance. This study primary data collection in the form of a survey of road and intersection traffic volume, road geometric and intersection, and road side barriers on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at 06.00 - 21.00 and secondary data, namely location maps, population and vehicles in Pontianak City . Then the data is analyzed traffic volume in units of junior high / hour followed by calculation of road capacity to the degree of traffic saturation, calculating road performance for the next 5 years and calculating intersection traffic volume, intersection capacity and degree of saturation for signalless and signaled intersections. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the degree of saturation of Jalan Imam Bonjol = 0.90. In the year 2022 degrees of saturation = 1.12, while for the intersection of Jalan Imam Bonjol - National Power Road the degree of saturation is = 1.70. With the high degree of saturation, the geometric improvements in roads and intersections need to be done to increase capacity. On Jalan Imam Bonjol widening the road to 12 meters with 4 lanes 2 directions so that the degree of saturation = 0.59 and in 2022 degrees saturation = 0.73. The high degree of saturation at the intersection requires that the settings using traffic lights get the degree of saturation = 1.08. The still high degree of saturation requires a geometric change in the intersection of Jalan Imam Bonjol - Jalan Daya Nasional, on Jalan Imam Bonjol with a width of 12 meters with 4 lanes 2 directions and at Daya National Road with a width of 10 meters with 2 lanes 2 directions so that the degree of saturation is obtained = 0.87. Alternative repairs carried out are using traffic lights with 2 phases, degree of saturation = 0.74 with delay = 19 seconds / second where the level of intersection performance (c) traffic flow is still stable, and transferring vehicles from the National Power Road to the Road Imam Bonjol to turn left directly through the BRI office of Tanjungpura University towards the road of the old Post Office of Tanjungpura University.Keywords: Jalan Imam Bonjol, Degree Of Saturation, Road Performance, Intersection Performance

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan transportasi di Kabupaten Kubu Raya saat ini adalah kemacetan lalu lintas. Penyebab terjadinya kemacetan tersebut salah satunya yaitu pembangunan infrastruktur dengan tingkat tarikan yang tinggi di  Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Salah satunya yaitu Mall Of Borneo yang akan dibangun di Jalan Arteri Supadio. Dengan dibangunnya pusat perbelanjaan tersebut akan menimbulkan efek terhadap kinerja ruas jalan yang berada disekitarnya. Evaluasi terhadap lalu lintas dilakukan guna mengefektifkan fungsi dan guna sarana dan prasarana sehingga tidak menimbulkan efek dan konflik yang akan terjadi terhadap lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh aktivitas Pusat Perbelanjaan Mall Of Borneo dan mengetahui kinerja ruas lalu lintas pada ruas Jalan Mayor Alianyang dan Jalan Arteri Supadio.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan parameter Volume lalu lintas (Q), Kapasitas (C), Derajat Kejenuhan (DS). Kapasitas jalan menggunakan 5 variabel yaitu kapasitas dasar (C), faktor penyesuaian lebar jalan (FCw), faktor penyesuaian pemisah arah (FCsp), faktor penyesuaian hambatan samping (FCsf), dan faktor penyesuaian ukuran kota (FCcs). Sedangkan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) menggunakan 2 variabel yaitu volume lalu lintas (Q) dan kapasitas (C). Nilai DS nantinya akan dibandingkan untuk perkiraan 5 tahun kedepan dengan tahun sekarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai DS tahun 2015 untuk ke 2 ruas jalan yang masih dikategorikan arus pada tingkat pelayanan A yaitu dengan nilai DS Jalan Mayor Alianyang 0,12 dan Jalan Arteri Supadio 0,12. Sedangkan untuk perkiraan 5 tahun pada tahun 2020 nilai DS Jalan Mayor Alianyang 0,20 dan Jalan Arteri Supadio 0,21 ternyata tidak terjadi perubahan yang terlalu besar artinya tingkat pelayanan masih dalam kondisi yang baik (tingkat pelayanan A).     Kata Kunci: Dampak, Volume Lalu Lintas, Kapasitas Jalan, Derajat kejenuhan.

Abstract

Traffic congestion on urban roads in big cities has become a major topic that has always been a problem, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. In general, there are three factors causing congestion problems that are getting worse, namely the increasing of vehicle ownership (demand), limited resources for road construction and other transportation facilities (supply), and not yet optimal operation of existing transportation facilities (operating system). The phenomenon of congestion becomes an interesting thing to be studied, just like the congestion caused by the influence of Flamboyan Market activity to the traffic on Jalan Gajah Mada street where the number of vehicles do the parking on the road body (On street parking) causing traffic congestion.                The methodology used in this research is to perform the primary data processing of field survey results and collect some information needed as secondary data.From the result of road performance analysis that happened on Gajah Mada Street on Sunday, 21 May 2017 with amount Rp 32019.231. On Monday, 22 May 2017 with the amount of Rp 32972.26. Abstract

Transportation that can be used by two-wheeler riders to cross Kapuas River in Sungai Raya consists of two options, there are Kapuas Bridge 2 and klotok in Sungai Ambangah - Arang Limbung village. The subjects of this study are two-wheeler riders that came from Kapur, Mekar Baru, Madu Sari and Sungai Ambangah village with destination to Sungai Raya, Teluk Kapuas and Arang Limbung village. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that can be affected the two-wheeler riders in choosing a mode of transport crossing (mileage, travel time, value of time, and expense) on both routes that were observed and also obtain a mode choice models by using logit models. The relationship between these factors are described by a mathematical model. This model is used to determine the sensitivity model from responses of two-wheeler riders who choose klotok, if there’s a change in one of factor that influence the mode choice.The data collection process lasted for 4 days at two different locations, there are Desa Kapur with the direction toward Kapuas Bridge 2 and in boat dock. The information that have to require are origin-destination survey, speed surveys, and  two-wheeler’s income that came from Kapur, Mekar Baru, Madu Sari and Sungai Ambangah village.The analysis showed that there is significant relationship between distance, travel time, value of time and expense that affect two-wheeler riders from Kapur, Mekar Baru, Madu Sari and Sungai Ambangah village to use klotok.   Keywords: mode choice, sensitivity, logit model, two-wheeler riders

Abstract

The case study is located at the Veteran road crossing, namely at the crossing facility (zebra crossing), Pahlawan road and Sultan Hamid crossroad on the crossing facility (zebra crossing). Observations made related to the type of crossing facility needs at the location of the study. By evaluating existing facilities and analyzing existing or non-existing facilities for pedestrian numbers and vehicle volumes. Data collected in the form of pedestrian volume data, vehicle volume, vehicle speed data and other supporting data. The method used in the study of determining the type of crossing facility needs is the appropriate approach methods, namely determining the type of crossing facilities in accordance with the Procedure for Determining Pedestrian Facilities in Urban Areas (1995) and the Department of Advice Note TA / 10/80, while for determining the average speed of the vehicle according to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual.
