Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the ability of information literacy librarian at the Central Library Warmadewa University. This research is descriptive qualitative research the study subjects were Central Library Warmadewa University and the object of the research is information literacy. The population and samples in this study were librarian of Central Library Warmadewa University much as 7 librarian. The results of this study are librarian information librarianship in terms of formulating the problem, the librarian understands and identifies the information sought. Looking for a source of information, the librarian selects and determines the source of information. Finding and accessing information, librarians use search strategies and keywords in information search. Utilization of information, librarian read and summarize information in can. Synthesizing information, librarians combine and make informed conclusions. Evaluate information, the librarian reads and rechecks the information obtained. Keywords : Literacy Information

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is aimed to find out the influence of redesign library spatial to user interest for visit Perpustakaan Universitas Warmadewa. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The research was located in Perpustakaan Universitas Warmadewa The sample in this study was calculated by using Slovin formula with 10% tolerance error, the sample amount of 94 samples, the sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with the formula Y= a + bX. The results obtained in this research showed that redesign library spatial to user interest for visit Perpustakaan Universitas Warmadewa comply the five dimensions of interior design: lighting, use of color, storage space, texture and pattern and scale and balance to create a room in accordance with the function of college libraries. Seen from result of hypothesis test show that t count value less than alpha (? = 0,05) become 0,00 <0,05 can be concluded there is the influencing of redesign library spatial to user interest for visit Perpustakaan Universitas Warmadewa. Abstract

The leadership style of a library head can give positive motivation for librarians who will affect the progress of the library. The purpose of the research was to find out the leadership style of the library and the effect of the leadership style towards the work motivation of librarians in the Office of Archives and Library of Bali Province. This research used descriptive method and quantitative approach. The data was collected by using questionnaires and literature study with nonprobability sampling of 99 respondents. The result of the research showed that the leadership style applied in the Office of Archives and Library of Bali Province was democratic. The results of SPSS program version 24, data processing showed t count value of 0.000 smaller than alpha 0.0005 meant that there was influence of leadership style of library head towards employee work motivation in Archive Service and Library of Bali Province. Abstract

ABSTRACT School library is a place to collect and manage information to be served to users as well as a fun learning tool. The problem that is discussed in this final project is to what entitlement the utilization of fiction collection for users. The type of which used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used participant observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire. Population in this research is all library member of SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara which totally to 80 member. The sampling technique is Incedental Sampling method that is sample determination technique by chance only. The fiction collections that are often read partly by the respondents are fiction due to entertainment and leisure time. The fictional collection owned by SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara are very diverse, such as comic books, novels, besides newspapers, and magazines. The collection of fiction in SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara has been optimally utilized by the users. The fiction collections are also used as learning materials for Indonesian subjects in schools. Abstract

ABSTRACT User education is an activity that has an important influence on the optimal utilization of aservice and activities in the library. This study aims to determine the conditions of user education implementation and the influence of user education on the utilization of facilities and service at UPT STMIK STIKOM Indonesia Library. This library has some facilities and adequate services supported by user education programs to provide education about the library to the entire academic community STMIK STIKOM Indonesia with the aim to utilize the facilities and services available effectively and efficiently. This study discusses the effect of user education on facilities and services with quantitative and descriptive methods. Sources of data in this study comes from primary data through observation and questionnaires, and secondary data such as the history of STMIK STIKOM Indonesia Library, employee data, organizational structure, visit statistics and mission vision. Other sources of data come from articles in journals, textbooks, website sites, previous research and direct observation. Data analysis techniques in this study using the validity test, reliablitas test, and simple regression analysis using SPSS software (Statistical Package Social Science). The result shows that there is a significant influence between user education on the utilization of facilities and services at UPT STMIK STIKOM Indonesia Library. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a descriptive quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of diorama services on user satisfaction in the Archives and Badung District Government Library if measured by the ServQual method. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires that are calculated using a Likert scale using five independent variables, namely: physical evidence or tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and one The dependent variable is user satisfaction. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that the calculated t value is smaller than alpha, it can be concluded that there is an influence of diorama services on user satisfaction in the Archives Service and the Government Library of Badung Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the name of the author, journal and online website which are often cited, obsolescence of cited literature and the form of cited literature in the article of the students in D3 Library Study Program Udayana University who were graduates in 2017-2019. Using descriptive research with the data source is bibliography scientific articles as many as 46 scientific articles with 378 bibliographies. From the results of the study showed that the rank of authors who are frequently cited is Mr. Sugiyono as many as 29 times cited. In analyzing the journal as many as 66 citations. Journals that are often cited are journals from within the country. At the age of half-life, were 10 years old. In the research results, the analyzed forms of literature are namely books, journals, online websites, and laws. Keywords: Citation, Scientific Articles, Literacy obsolescence.

ABSTRACT Utilization of magazine and newspaper services in the library at this time is still much in demand by library visitors to simply just read or be used as research and other needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of magazine and newspaper services in the Bali Archives and Library Service. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative approaches. Hypothesis testing results show that the t value is smaller than alpha, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of magazine and newspaper services with user satisfaction in the Archives Service and the Provincial Library of Bali. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of damage to the medical record as well as how the preservation process of medical record files in the Klungkung Regional General Hospital. The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method. Data is this study were obtained through observation and interviews. The informants is this study consisted of three people consisting of the head of the medical record, the guarantor of the assembling, and the outpatient medical record affairs department of the Klungkung Regional General Hospital. The results of research observations and interviews indicate that the archive preservation activities are guided by hospital Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).
