Abstract

Civic Administration Information System (SIAK) made by the writer when he had apprenticeship is run well. By the time being, the SIAK users find some problems,because the SIAK being used now has some deficiencies, those are: it is stand alone, unspecific civic data, not optimal form interface, uncomplete KTP data, and uncertaindata redundancy. It based Local Area Network (LAN) is a multiuser information system used to process computerized civils data and is able to minimalize data redundancy.The output of SIAK is family Certificate (KK), Indonesian Biodata, Identity Data Card (KTP), and Migration Certificate.

Abstract

VoIP is a technology that utilizes the Internet Protocol to provide voice communications electronically and in real-time. How it works to change the voice intodigital data format that can be transmitted through a specific IP network. Conducted research methodology, consisting of six strands include observationalstudies and interviews, literature study, analysis and system design, experiment, test the quality of the system, and conclusions.VoIP works on a computer network installed VoIP server. The server acts as a proxy that has the benefits of inter-user communication. VoIP communications can becarried out within the scope of the campus and outside the campus with an internet connection.The test results with the method of random sampling McCall using several factors related to the operational properties of software, it can be concluded that thequality of VoIP in Sahid University of Surakarta was 76.5% with good results.

Abstract

In the era of globalization is very big influence on the advancement of technology a company or government. Office of Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu(BPMPT) Surakarta one of the government agencies that have always wanted to follow the development of information technology is growing. Archive management personnel data for this is still not good so the search for the data to be inefficient in terms of time and effort, the data is not stored properly because it uses a sheet of paper that is easily torn, the data are easily lost, easily damaged and recording employee data are still using Ms Excel making it less efficient. The research objective is to produce a computerized system in the Office of Personnel Data BPMPT Surakarta created to facilitate the search for archived data Personnel. Methods of data collection in this study using the method of observation and interviews, while the method of system development using sequential Linear Model /Waterfall Model. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and system testing using blackbox testing methods. The results of the new system is a new system that can facilitate the delivery of information personnel data and search archive of personnel data. Archive of personneldata can be reprinted as desired. From the test results, it appears that the 100% (one hundred percent) functional run in accordance with the test scenario and the system isable to facilitate the Officers in BPMPT Office manage archives staffing data and information delivery personnel data, with this system, able to facilitate the search forarchive personnel data, especially data that long.

Abstract

Correspondence Information System is a system built with the needs of matters relating to the activities of the letter - correspondence. Correspondence information system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Every user has different permissions. The existence of this system the user can easily create letters quickly as the letter associated with the final project and job training and letters associated with other Information Engineering study program and equipped with facilities to upload your inbox so that the performance of the user to be more effective and efficient .Testing this letter information system using black box method is the method of testing software that tests the functionality of the application as opposed to the internalstructure or work. System test results showed no significant obstacles found in normal use, most users are satisfied with this system with the services provided.

Abstract

Sat Tahti (Force of Detainees and Evidence) at Polres Boyolali which has the task to manage the evidence in this case a vehicle, provide information about the vehicleseized and prepare for the service to society. Sat Tahti has provided a media that can provide information to the public but tht application is difficult to operate and there isno provided media of communication between the user. So it is necessary to develop the ease of operation and the addition of the communication media between the community and police. The methods used for data collection is observation, interview, and literature. Analysis of the data used is DAD (Data Flow Diagram). The Development method iswaterfall. Assessment is the method of five view. Final results can be explained as follows: (1) Simplify Sat Tahti manage data evidence the vehicle. (2) Provide ease of data retrieval based on the vehicle license plate number of the vehicle. (3) With the development of these applications can improve the communication between the community and police through the medium of communication provided.

Abstract

In 2016, Sahid Surakarta University uses internet access with bandwidth capacity of 15 Mbps, it is obtained from the internet service provider (ISP) and uses Mikrotik Router as a server. Through bandwidth capacity increasing, the allocation for computer laboratory also increased to 2 Mbps so it needs proper bandwidth management that the distribution of bandwidth separates all the computers at the computer laboratory equally. The methods of the research were observation, interview, and review the literatures before implementation. This research was carried out for comparative analysis of two queuing technique. They are Simple Queue and Queue Tree with Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) system. Besides the implementation uses Mikrotik Router OS, the comparison was performed based on four parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) in TIPHON standard, they are throughput, delay , jitter, and packet loss. Tests was performed by 5 client with 5 times of testing for each client. Data collecting was implemented to determine the value of the QoS parameters by Wireshark Network Analyzer when download and upload data simultaneously on an FTP server using FileZilla Client. The results Simple Queue and Queue Tree when uploading data produces a satisfactory value with the index 3.5. Throughput value for Simple Queue and Queue Tree is 75%. Simple Queue has the advantage on delay and jitter parameters, it is 55.11 ms (Simple Queue) than 55.47 ms (Queue Tree) for delay and 55.10 ms (Simple Queue) than 55.46 ms (Queue Tree) for jitter. The results queuing system when download is higher than the upload that is 3.75. It includes a category satisfying. Simple Queue has an advantage in throughput (84%), delay (28.72 ms), and jitter (28.72 ms), Queue Tree has a throughput value (81%), delay (29.72 ms), and jitter (29 , 72 ms).

Abstract

Until now, the activity of making lecture schedules, recaps lecturer teaching, teaching faculty and SK presence of lecturers teaching Sahid University Surakarta still done by semi-manual. The process is still semi manual and accuracy factors sometimes lead management generated less than perfect. Supported by the advanced technology of today's world, then how making lecture schedules, recaps lecturer teaching, teaching faculty and SK presensi teaching faculty should be addressed to follow along with the development of science and technology. This study aimed to establish Class Service System Sahid University Surakarta for ease of manufacture lecture schedules, recaps lecturer teaching, teaching faculty and SK presence of lecturers teaching. This system was written using the PHP programming language with UML as a model method, and using data collection techniques include interviews, observation, library research, and uses sequential analy sis Linear Model or Waterfall Model Class Service System Sahid University of Surakarta has been tested with a method WebQual to 30 respondents and produce final calculation value of 80.1%. Based on these results it can be concluded that Class Service System Sahid University Surakarta is good and deserves to be implemented at Sahid University of Surakarta

Abstract

The quality of an agency can be obtained in various ways such as by improving the quality of employee resources, training/education, structured work management as well as the management and care of good data. Currently, data management is essential for any institution, both government and private agencies, because basically all agencies working process requires data that will be processed and processed in a way to produce a report that will be used in accordance with their respective needs. Sahid University of Surakarta is one example of private educational institutions that need servicing and processing of structured data, such graduation data. Because they are still using semi manual procedure on the sistem, so that need takes a special system to do service graduation. The process of making "Graduation Service System" begins with an objectbased system design using UML, followed by building a database, system interface design for admin, students, and visitors. Then implemented in the major programming languages such as PHP, javascript and database such as MySQL.This graduation service system has been tested using the method WebQual to 30 people and resulted in the final calculation of the 77.4% value. Based on these results it can be concluded that the graduation service system is good and feasible to be implemented at Sahid University of Surakarta to do the processing, management and graduation data services to students in an integrated manner.

Abstract

In a university, the academic process becomes one of the processes that need to be a major concern. The academic process need to run smoothly. Unfortunately, the academic process in the university of Sahid Surakarta is often hampered because the students have difficulties in taking the study plan card. Students must take the study plan card manually. Therefore, an academic information system is required that the study plan card can be accessed online by the students.The academic information system is a complex system. Object-oriented design becomes the most suitable method for this system. The system can be divided into subsystems. UML is selected as a modeling language. There will be three diagrams used to describe this system. They are use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Finally, this paper aims to design academic information system based on object-oriented approach using unified modelling language in the university of Sahid Surakarta.

Abstract

Company as an organization that is driven by human resources faced with a variety of selection in order to determine a quality workforce. The success of a company can not be separated from the role of employees as Human Resources (HR), which runs the activities to promote the company in question.The choices made by a company in the recruitment of new employees is very influential on the performance and progress of the company, so the company must be careful in selecting new candidates. Decision-making involving many alternatives and many of the criteria is certainly not an easy thing, it will take a lot of time and a great opportunity errors occur. It is based because the screening directly handled by the manager so that the manager is sometimes difficult to divide his time. Based on these problems, PT. Datacom Solusindo requires Selection of Prospective Employees Systems in order to assess new candidates. The research objective is to build an application System Selection of Prospective Employees are expected to help PT. Datacom Solusindo in selecting new candidates. The methods used in researchare the waterfall method, profile matching and black box waterfall method, profile matching method and black box method.The result of research is that new system is able to provide the calculation result in accordance with manual result and is able to provide on rangking candidates from the most recommended based on calculation of weighted value of prospective employees. The test results on the Admin is logged, the post of managing data, manage the data of prospective employees, prospective employees manage profile data, personnel data management, doing the counting process, and report test results to the user that is logged in and view reports on ranking all work well.
