Abstract

Postpartum Depression (PPD) is a serious mother’s mental health problem that may endanger the safety of mother and her child. This study aimed to identify whether emotion regulation, maternal self-confidence, and marital satisfaction could be a significant predictor of PPD. The participants of this study were 100 women who gave birth in the past 2-24 weeks. Research instruments presented via online platform, comprised of: ASIPP (Alat Asesmen Ibu Postpartum/Postpartum Maternal Assessment Tool containing the Emotion Regulation Scale, the Maternal Self-Confidence Scale, and the Marital Satisfaction Scale) and the early detection scale for postpartum depression. Regression analysis showed that only maternal self-confidence and emotional regulation were proven significant in simultaneously predicting PPD, while marital satisfaction was not proven to significantly predict PPD either partially or simultaneously. This finding suggested that psychological prevention programs for postpartum mothers were better focused on encouraging maternal self-confidence and emotion regulation ability of the mothers.

Abstract

Self-efficacy has an important role in career decision-making. The collected data showed that there were some students (grade 11 and grade 12) had confused to decide their career choice. The data proved that career guidance is necessary for high school students. If students get assistance earlier, students will be more confident to make career decisions in their future. Therefore, the \"PLANS\" training was given to grade 11’s students. The goal was to increased student’s career decision-making self-efficacy. This quasi experiment conducted using the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and post test samples using double pretest. Data were collected using Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale. The subjects were 34 students of grade 11 who had medium career decision-making selfefficacy (16 students of experiment group and 18 students of control group). The result showed that career decision-making self-efficacy of experiment group is higher than control group after “PLANS” training. The “PLANS” training contribute to 73% of career decision-making self-efficacy improvement.

Abstract

Salah satu fenomena menarik yang terus diteliti pada siswa SMA adalah kurangnya kematangan karier, yang berakibat pada siswa merasa tertekan dengan tuntutan akademis dibidang yang kurang sesuai dengan dirinya sehingga memunculkan perasaan salah memilih jurusan dan berakhir dengan drop out. Oleh karena itu, siswa diberikan pelatihan daring PLANS untuk meningkatkan kematangan kariernya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis eksperimen kuasi untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttestsamples dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan dua alat ukur kematangan karier, yaitu skala sikap (r=0,859) dan tes kompetensi (r=0,615). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 18 siswa dengan skor kematangan karier sedang dan rendah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah non-parametrik tes, yaitu uji Wilcoxon. Bedasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai signifikansi skala sikap 0,008 (p<0,05) dan nilai signifikansi tes kompetensi 0,007 (p<0,05) menunjukkan adanya perubahan nilai skala sikap dan tes kompetensi yang signifikan dari skor pretest ke posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Kesimpulannya adalah pelatihan daring PLANS dapat meningkatkan kematangan karier pada siswa SMA kelas XI.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between Tiktok as a promotional media and product quality on the purchasing decision of Moisturizer The Originote. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of Tiktok promotions and product quality on the purchasing decision of Moisturizer The Originote. The research utilized nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Findings from the analysis indicate that Tiktok promotions have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (β1 = 0.562, t-value = 7.894, sig < 0.05), while product quality also significantly impacts purchasing decisions (β2 = 0.433, t-value = 6.057, sig < 0.05). Simultaneously, Tiktok promotions and product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions (F-value = 93.952, sig < 0.000), with an R-squared value of 0.660, suggesting that 66.0% of the variation in purchasing decisions for Moisturizer The Originote can be explained by Tiktok promotions and product quality, while the remaining 34.0% is influenced by other factors not included in this study's model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of career awareness of junior high school students in Yogyakarta. The development of the times will give rise to various new types of work. The importance of having a promising career is understanding and being aware of existing career changes. Career awareness must be developed, especially in junior high school (SMP). Students at the junior high school level are in the initial phase of determining future career steps. When they enter the next career level, it will be directional and easy for students to undertake. The analysis of the level of career awareness in this research can be the basis for developing teaching materials for guidance and counseling services in increasing career awareness for junior high school students, especially in Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran karir siswa sekolah menengah pertama di kota Yogyakarta. Perkembangan zaman akan memunculkan berbagai macam jenis pekerjaan baru. Pentingnya memiliki karir yang baik dengan memahami dan menyadari perubahan karir yang ada. Kesadaran karir perlu untuk dikembangkan sejak berada di bangku sekolah khususnya di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Siswa pada tingkat SMP menjadi fase awal untuk menentukan Langkah karir kedepan agar ketika memasuki jenjang karir berikutnya akan terarahkan dan mudah untuk dijalani oleh siswa. Analisis tingkat kesadaran karir pada penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi landasan untuk mengembangkan materi bahan ajar layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kesadaran karir siswa SMP khususnya di kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze how supply chain management and dynamic capability impact the business performance of Madura Duck MSMEs located in Bekasi. To explore this, a quantitative method is employed using an explanatory approach to investigate the causal links among the variables. The study involved a sample of 100 participants, specifically owners and managers of Madura Duck MSMEs in Bekasi, chosen through a purposive sampling method. Data were gathered via a questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 10, with analysis conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result here is proved that the supply chain positively influences business performance significantly, presenting a coefficient of 0.307 (t = 2.241, p = 0.025). Meanwhile, dynamic capability has an even greater impact on business performance, with a coefficient of 0.530 (t = 4.009, p = 0.000). Additionally, there is a noteworthy indirect impact by the supply chain at the business performance through dynamic capability, which has a coefficient of 0.438 (t = 3.918, p = 0.000). The research model accounts for 64.5% of the variations in the business performance of Madura Duck MSMEs in Bekasi. This study offers both theoretical and practical insights into how the supply chain and dynamic capability affect the business performance of culinary MSMEs. The results imply that fostering robust dynamic capabilities, backed by efficient supply chain management, is crucial for enhancing the business performance of Madura Duck MSMEs in Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an augmented reality-based career awareness board game for Generation Z students. The current development of the era demands that Generation Z have a good career. In reality, currently, there are still many Generation Z students in schools who do not have the skills, competencies, and awareness to have an optimal career. One important thing that Generation Z students need to have is career awareness. Having career awareness will help someone recognise their career needs based on their competencies, talents, and interests. Developing career awareness can be achieved through guidance and counselling services. Furthermore, to streamline the learning process, services also need to be supported by innovative media, including interactive media. board game. Board games are tools that can be designed and adapted to the needs and learning materials to be delivered. Furthermore, in this study, the designed board game is not only tailored to the material but also to technological developments. Therefore, augmented reality technology is incorporated to keep up with technological developments and the characteristics of Generation Z. The method in this study uses a research and development method with the Borg and Gall model, which is carried out up to the expert testing stage. The results of this study, the production of a board game that is safe and tested for validity by three experts and is said to be valid for use with the topic career awareness, from the validation test data, with an average of 0.83. In conclusion, the developed board game can be used as an alternative tool to increase career awareness. It is hoped that through board game, this can be an alternative tool in guidance and counselling services to develop career awareness of Generation Z students.
