Abstract

The ownership of Percaton Asta Tinggi land is governed similarly to other types of land ownership. If individual ownership is not recognized, the land is considered state property under the state's full control. This situation reflects a legal vacuum, creating ongoing issues due to the lack of a clear legal framework for ownership and authority over the land. This study examines the management, ownership, status, and authority concerning Percaton Asta Tinggi land. Findings reveal that the land is managed by the Somala Addition Foundation, with control entrusted to the guardians of Asta Tinggi as managers and custodians, as specified by a specific decree. The land is registered under a use-rights certificate, granting the foundation authority to manage the land based on the Regent's Decree. The decree restricts the land's purpose solely for management and benefit utilization, prohibiting personal ownership or sale. While land transfer registrations follow standard procedures, the registration of Percaton Asta Tinggi land is deemed invalid and nullified when intended for sale. This study underscores the need for a legal framework to address the specificities of managing and transferring rights over Percaton Asta Tinggi land.

Abstract

Buku teks merupakan sarana pendidikan yang standar mutunya perlu diatur. Tetapi kenyataannya guru masih memiliki keluahan mengenai buku siswa Kurikulum 2013. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kesesuaian Bab Himpunan pada Buku Siswa Matematika untuk SMP/MTs Kelas VII Kurikulum 2013 Edisi Revisi yang ditulis oleh Atang Supriadi dan diterbitkan oleh Grafindo Media Pratama tahun 2019 dengan Kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen sesuai dengan 4 kriteria Kurikulum 2013. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar penskoran analisis kesesuaian bab himpunan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil analisis diperoleh 91,67% untuk kesesuaian dengan SKL, kategori sangat baik; 87,5% kesesuaian dengan pendekatan saintifik, kategori sangat baik; 81,25% kesesuaian dengan penilaian autentik, kategori baik; dan 90,9% kesesuaian dengan kelayakan materi, kategori sangat baik. Buku teks sudah cukup baik dijadikan sebagai sumber referensi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika, walaupun ada beberapa kekurangan atau ketidaksesuaian dengan Kurikulum 2013. Textbooks are educational facilities whose quality standards need to be regulated. But the fact is that teachers still have concerns about the 2013 Curriculum student books. The research aims to analyze the suitability of the Chapters of the Association of Mathematics Student Books for Class VII SMP / MTs of the Revised 2013 Curriculum written by Atang Supriadi and published by Grafindo Media Pratama in 2019 with the 2013 Curriculum The type of research is descriptive qualitative research with instruments by the 4 criteria of the 2013 Curriculum. The instrument used is a score sheet for the set of chapter conformity analyses. Data collection methods used are documentation and observation methods. The analysis results obtained 91.67% for conformity with SKL, very good category; 87.5% conformity with the scientific approach, very good category; 81.25% conformity with authentic assessment, good category; and 90.9% conformity to the eligibility of the material, very good category. Textbooks are good enough to be used as a reference source used in mathematics learning, even though there are some deficiencies or inconsistencies with the 2013 Curriculum.

Abstract

Management development in a sports club greatly influences the club's growth and achievements. This study aims to evaluate the management development system of the LAPGAS Volleyball Club in Jambi City in 2025, focusing on aspects of organization, training, finance, and athlete development. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The research informants consist of club administrators, coaches, athletes, and other relevant parties involved in sports development in Jambi City. The results indicate that the club's management system has a fairly well-structured organization, but there are still challenges in terms of funding and training facilities. The athlete development program is already running in a structured manner, but improvements are still needed in technology-based training and competition strategy aspects.

Abstract

Technological advancements have prompted XYZ School to enhance the quality of its educational offerings. A significant initiative undertaken is the implementation of the EdConnect School Management System, which aims to bolster administrative efficiency, refine academic processes, and expedite access to information for educators and school personnel. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of the EdConnect School Management System's implementation on the quality, effectiveness, and punctuality of its users' performance at XYZ School. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing data collection techniques via questionnaires completed by 44 participants, comprising educators and school staff who utilize the system. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The result indicate that the use of Edconnect has a positive and significant effect on user performance, with a regression coefficient of 0,928 and a coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of 0.964. These findings demonstarate that the optimal utilization of school management information system plays a crucial role in improving work quality, effectiveness and timeliness of users.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menuntut guru sekolah dasar menjadi fasilitator yang kreatif, adaptif, dan inovatif dalam pembelajaran. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital guru masih menjadi kendala dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif di kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis kearifan lokal untuk memperkuat literasi dan numerasi di era digital. Program dilaksanakan pada 22–23 Juni 2025 di MI Darus Sholah dengan melibatkan 20 guru sekolah dasar dan menggunakan pendekatan Community Development melalui tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media digital kontekstual, mengintegrasikan nilai budaya lokal, serta menerapkan pembelajaran yang menarik dan bermakna. Sebanyak 95% peserta menilai pelatihan efektif dan aplikatif, sementara 85% berhasil menghasilkan produk media digital berbasis budaya seperti cerita rakyat, motif batik, dan tradisi daerah. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya komunitas belajar digital berbasis budaya serta inisiatif ekonomi kreatif di lingkungan sekolah. Integrasi teknologi dan kearifan lokal terbukti memperkuat karakter, kreativitas, dan profesionalisme guru dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran berdaya saing di era Society 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategies of female volleyball players in improving teamwork in the ASVI_VC club. The background of this study is based on the persistent obstacles in coordination between players, such as misunderstandings when receiving the ball, lack of communication on the field, and a suboptimal understanding of each player's role, which impacts the decline in team cohesion. Therefore, effective communication is a crucial factor in supporting the success of team play. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to explore in depth the forms of communication that occur between players during training and matches. The research subjects consisted of five female athletes who are active in club activities. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data analysis used a model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that verbal and nonverbal communication play a crucial role in improving teamwork. Verbal communication such as giving directions, signals, and motivation helps clarify tasks and improve game coordination. Meanwhile, nonverbal communication such as hand signals, eye contact, and body movements helps speed up responses between players on the field. In addition, effective communication can build trust, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and improve team cohesion. Thus, a good communication strategy has a positive impact on improving the team's performance and success in matches.
