Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan bagian penting dalam pembangunan di Indonesia dan banyak bergerak di sektor informal.Surakarta sebagai salah satu kota besar, kegiatan ekonominya mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, termasuk pada sektor UKM. Perkembangan UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner di Surakarta terus mengalami peningkatan. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM kue tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar pada keunggulan bersaing dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kinerja pemasaran. Sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 UKM kue tradisional di wilayah Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidental. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan path analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data dihasilkan: (1) orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (2) orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, (3) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara orientasi pasar dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Kata-kata kunci: Orientasi Pasar, Keunggulan Bersaing, Kinerja Pemasaran, UKM

This study aims to obtain a description of the intension of entrepreneurship students of the College of Economics S1 Program in Surakarta. In addition, to examine and analyze the role of creative mediation and proactive attitudes in the influence of emotional intelligence on the intention of entrepreneurship students of the College of Economics S1 Program in Surakarta. The sample in this research is 150 students, sampling using convenience sampling technique. Data quality testing is done by validity and reliability test. While the data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and path analysis. Based on data analysis, the result is as follows: (1) proved that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence to intention of entrepreneurship, (2) proved that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence to creativity, (3) proved that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence to proactive attitude, (4) proved that creativity has a positive and significant influence to intention of entrepreneurship, (5) proved that proactive attitude has a positive and significant influence to intention of entrepreneurship, (6) proved that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence to intention of entrepreneurship with creativity as a mediator variable, (7) proved that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence to intention of entrepreneurship with a proactive attitude as a mediator variable. The culinary business in Solo continues to grow along with the development of Solo City to become one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. One of the culinary businesses that is growing is typical snacks of Solo City and present cakes. Currently, the most popular cakes include donuts. Changes in consumer tastes and market demands require companies to make innovative and creative efforts towards their products and marketing strategies. This study was intended to examine the effect of product quality and service quality on D'Fresco Donut repurchase interest through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents. The sampling procedure uses accidental sampling. The analysis techniques used include: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) testing research instruments, (3) classical assumption test, and (4) path analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of product quality and service quality on repurchase interest mediated by customer satisfaction. Bisnis kuliner di Kota Solo terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan Kota Solo menjadi salah satu tujuan wisata di Indonesia. Salah satu bisnis kuliner yang sedang berkembang adalah jajanan khas Kota Solo dan kue kekinian. Saat ini kue kekinian yang sedang digemari tersebut diantaranya adalah Donat. Perubahan selera konsumen dan permintaan pasar menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan upaya inovatif dan kreatif terhadap produk dan strategi pemasarannya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji tentang pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang D’Fresco Donut melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai varibel pemediasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Prosedur pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan diantaranya: (1) analisis deskriptif, (2) pengujian instrumen penelitian, (3) uji asumsi klasik, dan (4) path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang dengan dimediasi kepuasan pelanggan.

Organizations operating in the public sector are required to improve their performance to provide optimal service to the public. Organizations can strive for work efficiency by improving employee performance. Because of this, organizations need to manage human resources optimally, especially those related to employee performance and the factors that influence it. This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the mediating effect of work motivation in compensation relationship patterns on employee performance. The samples involved in this study were 105 family planning field officers or called PLKB. Samples were drawn using the total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, normality tests, outlier tests, and hypothesis testing. Meanwhile, to find out the significance of the mediating variable, the Sobel test was used. The results of this study are statistically proven that compensation contributes positively and significantly to employee performance mediated by work motivation.

ABSTRACTWaste is not only disposed of in its place but must be managed so that it is useful and has use value. One way is to establish a waste bank. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to service partners, namely the PKK group RT. 05/ RW. 06 Joyosuran Village Pasar Kliwon District Surakarta regarding waste management and waste banks, as well as empowering partner members to utilize waste into something of economic value. The implementation of community service activities will be carried out on 3-4 September 2022. The expected benefit is to increase the knowledge and understanding of partners regarding proper waste management and the establishment of independent waste banks. The method of implementing socialization is through a lecture approach, question and answer, and discussion. The problems faced by partners are the lack of knowledge and understanding of how to properly manage waste and establish a waste bank and operate it. The results of community service activities obtained increased knowledge and understanding related to waste management methods and the establishment of waste banks. ABSTRAKPemilik UMKM dihadapkan pada berbagai hambatan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Salah satu hambatan yang dihadapi adalah minimnya kemampuan keuangan dan manajerial. Keterbatasan kemampuan tersebut menyebabkan UMKM menghadapi kesulitan untuk mempersiapkan modal kerja dan memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. UMKM mengalami kesulitan untuk memperkirakaan ketersediaan kas dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan operasional dan kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan kas bagi UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi adalah menggunakan ceramah dan dialog aktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan UMKM mengenai manajemen kas. Rata-rata nilai pre test sebesar 46,09 dan rata-rata nilai post test sebesar 60,43 memberikan bukti adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 31%. Namun, sebaiknya kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM tersebut sehingga pengelolaan kas yang akan digunakan untuk persediaan modal kerja dan pemenuhan kewajiban jangka pendek UMKM menjadi semakin baik. Kata Kunci : manajemen kas; modal kerja; kemampuan keuangan; kemampuan manajerial ABSTRACTOwners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are faced with various obstacles in running their business. One of the obstacles faced is the lack of financial and managerial capabilities. This limited capacity causes MSMEs to face difficulties in preparing working capital and fulfilling their short-term obligations. MSMEs experience difficulties in estimating cash availability in order to meet their operational needs and short-term obligations. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge regarding cash management for MSMEs. The implementation method used in socialization is using lectures and active dialogue. The result of this activity is an increase in MSME knowledge regarding cash management. The average pre-test score was 46.09 and the average post-test score was 60.43, providing evidence of an increase in knowledge of 31%. However, it is best if this socialization activity is carried out on an ongoing basis by providing assistance to these MSMEs so that the management of cash that will be used to provide working capital and fulfill short-term obligations of MSMEs is getting better. Promosi adalah sesuatu yang wajib dilakukan oleh sebuah usaha. Karena dengan promosi maka sebuah usaha dapat memberikan informasi mengenai produk yang dihasilkan sehingga konsumen tertarik untuk membeli. Hal ini akan berdampak pula pada peningkatan penjualan dan kapasitas usaha. Mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah UKM Ken-Mi Konveksi yang berlokasi di Dukuh Jaten Desa Mojo Kecamatan Andong Kabupaten Boyolali. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada UKM Ken-Mi mengenai peran penting promosi dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi mengenai peran penting promosi dalam meningkatkan penjualan, dengan pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan pola pikir dan persepsi positif dari peserta mengenai promosi, serta pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peran promosi dalam kegiatan usaha juga mengalami peningkatan. Hal itu diindikasikan dengan banyaknya pertanyaan selama sosialisasi sebagai wujud keingintahuan yang besar tentang materi yang disampaikan, dan berencana untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran offline, menyiapkan SDM, sarana dan prasarana untuk melakukan pemasaran online. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dinyatakan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah memberikan manfaat positif bagi UKM Ken-Mi dan secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan lancar.

Effective employee management is one of the critical components of business operations. This achievement is marked by a conducive working atmosphere and improved employee and organisational performance. The rapid changes that occur in the business world result in companies facing various forms of challenges. Companies are required to have an advantage. Employees have a major contribution to realizing these achievements by improving their performance. The aim of this research was to test and analyze the effect of organisational commitment, job satisfaction, organisational culture on the performance of employees of PT Pungkook Indonesia One Grobogan, Central Java. The sample involved was 95 employees. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis methods include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings in the research stated that employee performance is influenced by organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational culture. This study investigates how accounting information systems (AIS) and internal control systems affect employee performance. Work motivation is used as a moderating variable. Accounting information systems are very important for companies, especially in the era of globalization and increasingly rapid technology. In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, companies including Savings and Loan Cooperatives in Surakarta face challenges in improving employee performance in order to remain competitive. For this reason, an effective and efficient accounting information system (AIS) and a strong internal control system are needed, because both are believed to help in decision making, supervision, and work planning. However, the effectiveness of these two systems in improving employee performance cannot be separated from the work motivation possessed by individuals. In other words, the level of work motivation is an important key in strengthening the influence of AIS and internal control on employee performance. Information such as orders, sales, and payments are recorded in this system, which is needed by managers and employees for control and planning. Good performance can be seen from an increase in employee quality and productivity, and a decrease in absenteeism. A good accounting information system helps decision-making and satisfies users. Quality internal controls increase productivity and protect company assets. Employee motivation also affects performance, and perceived needs are important for motivation. This research focused on Surakarta City Savings and Loan Cooperative. Quantitative methods were used to collect primary data from a survey conducted on 100 employees working in various positions in the company. The results showed that the desire to work increases according to the two independent variables and employee performance, or the process the greater the work motivation, the greater the performance of workers affected by internal control and AIS. This research shows that a strict internal control system and proper use of accounting information technology are essential to increase employee productivity.
